Abstract: - （ ） ， Noise induced hearing loss NIHL is a hearing disorder that seriously harms the health of workers and it is a （ ） complex disease caused by environmental and genetic factors. Single nucleotide polymorphism SNP is the most common ， （ ） genetic variation which is associated with the occurrence and development of NIHL. MicroRNA miRNA is a kind of small - - ， - non codingsingle strandedRNA whichishighlyexpressedinthecochleaandregulatesgenesbybindingtothe3′ untranslated （ ） - regionoftargetmessengerRNA mRNA .SNPofmiRNA isthemostcommongeneticvariation.SNPinthenon codingregion， participates in gene expression regulation and phenotype generation by leading to abnormal miRNA recruitment thereby， affecting the occurrence and development of NIHL. The genetic susceptibility genes of NIHL include oxidative stress genes - singlegenedeafnessgenesandheatshockproteingenes.TheSNPinthenon codingregionisassociatedwiththesusceptibility， of NIHL. miRNA SNP has been confirmed to be involved in the development of NIHL but the correlation between different miRNASNPandNIHLisdifferent.SNPaffectsthesusceptibilityofNIHLbyaffectingtheexpressionandfunctionofmiRNA.

Objective To investigate the effect of antisense oligodeoxynudeotides(ODN)targeting nuclear factor ?B(NF-?B)on the expressions of Caspase-3 and NF-?B in glomerulosclerosis.Methods Male SD rats were divided into 3 groups:sham operation(group A,n=6),glomerulosclerosis(group B,n=6),intervention(group C,n=9).Group C was divided into 3 groups:sense ODN(group C1,n=3),non-sense ODN(group C2,n=3),antisense ODN(group C3,n=3).Glomerulosclerosis models were made for SD rats by unilateral nephrectomy and being injected with adriamycin into caudal vein.After 8 weeks,various ODN applied to corresponding group for intervention.At the end of the 9th week,kidneys were taken out from all rats for the measurement of expressions of NF-?B p65 and Caspase-3 by immunohistochemistry staining.Results After intervention,on the d7,the rats urine protein,glomerular sclerosis index(GI)and expressions of Caspase-3,NF-?B p65 in group C3 were significantly lower than those in group B,C1,C2(Pa0.05).Conclusion Antisense ODN targeting NF-?B can inhibit the activities of NF-?B,Caspase-3 in rats kidneys and retard glomerulosclerosis and glomerular intrinsic cell apoptosis.

Objective To compare the clinical effects of four kinds of gingival retraction technique in treat-ment of anterior teeth restoration.Methods 169 patients for 352 teeth with tooth body and tooth dentition defect by anterior crown bridge repair were chosen and divided into 4 group by patients'order,including A group(88cases)with single track method,B group(91cases)with single line for two times method,C group(89cases)with double line method and D group(94cases)with double line for two times method.And the fixed restoration satisfaction rate of anterior teeth of both groups was compared.Results The satisfaction rates of gums,shoulder,impression,model and restoration of A group were 73.9%,70.1%,69.3%,65.9%,61.4% respectively,which of B group were 83.5%, 80.2%,80.2%,80.2%,76.9%;which of C group were 84.3%,80.9%,78.7%,77.5%,76.4%;which of D group were 94.6%,93.6%,92.6%,92.6%,90.4%.There were no significant differences in the fixed restoration satisfaction rate of anterior teeth between B group and C group(χ2 =2.43,1.17,2.85,3.04,2.30,all P >0.05). The fixed restoration satisfaction rate of anterior teeth of D group were significantly better than A,B and C groups (χ2 =14.90,16.39,15.83,19.87,21.38,all P <0.05 ).Conclusion Double line for two times method in the treatment of anterior teeth restoration can efficiently avoid ree gingival damage in the situation with abutment shoulder preparation,improve the quality of preparation,impression and model,and are helpful to higher the fitness of the neck of anterior teeth fixed restorations.

Objective To explore the diagnosis evaluation of 64-slice spiral CT angiography(CTA) in cerebral vascular disease.Methods 64-slice spiral CT angiography of 48 patients with suspected clinically cerebral vascular diseases were analyzed retrospectively.The source images were got by TOSHIBA Aquilion VCT Scanner,and all axial images were transferred to an external workstation.The reconstructed images were processed into volume rendering(VR),multiplanner reconstruction(MPR) and maximum intensity projection(MIP),the values were valuably compared with the results of surgery or DSA.Results 30 cases were aneurysms,4 cases were AVM,8 cases were cerebral artery stenosis or occlusion,6 cases were normal.Conclusion The 64-slice spiral CTA is a valuable diagnostic method for various cerebral vascular diseases.

The paper analyzes different expressions of indirectly associated strong-weak connection in the process of biomedical literature knowledge discovery,defines the effect and function of strong-weak connection on literature knowledge discovery,and indicates that the accuracy rate of the discovery of potential connection through strong connection is obviously higher than the accuracy rate obtained through weak connection,and strong connection can serve as an important factor for improving the application effect of literature knowledge discovery.
