Object A study on the ingenol-type diterpene esters of Euphorbia kansui T. N. Liou ex T. P. Wang. Methods Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis, especially 2DNMR ( 1H- 1HCOSY, HSQC, HMBC and NOESY). Results Six ingenol-type diterpene esters were isolated successfully, two of them were identified as 3-O-(2′E, 4′Z-decadienoyl)-20-O-acetylingenol (Ⅰ) and kansuiphorin C (Ⅱ). Conclusion NMR data of compound Ⅰ and 13 CNMR data of compound Ⅱ were first reported. On the basis of variety of 2DNMR experiments, NMR data of compound Ⅰ and Ⅱ were well assigned.

Objective To explore the psychological intervention on the anxiety of patients under gastroscope examination. Methods According to the self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS), 100 patients with anxiety disorder were randomly divided into observation group 50 cases, a control group of 50 cases, check the two groups of patients before, during and after adopt routine health education, observation group given psychological intervention at the same time, compared the two groups of patients with anxiety, check the time and satisfaction. Results After the psychological intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, there were signiifcant differences (P<0.05), check time was shortened obviously, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05), satisfaction was also signiifcantly better than the control group the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention can reduce the anxiety level of patients with gastroscope, shorten the examination time of gastroscope, increase the ability of patients to understand the disease, improve patient satisfaction.

Accurate, fast and sensitive typing of pathogenic microorganisms is very important for tracing the source of dissemination, defining the route of transmission, understanding the relationship between strains and clinical symptoms, exploring the pathogenic mechanism,guiding clinical therapy, etc.In recent years, matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF MS) has played an increasingly important role in the microbial identification, drug resistance and virulence study because of its rapidity, accuracy, good repeatability, high throughput etc.The new microbial typing method-MALDI-TOF MS fingerprint typing appears afterwards.This typing method is characterized by high throughput, rapidity, easy standardization and low cost, and it has promising application prospect in the areas such as epidemiological analysis of pathogenic microorganism, hospital infection control and development of biological markers.

Objective To observe the effect of nasal inhalation of Compound Acorus Liquid(CAL) and oxygen on the recovery of nervous function in cerebral infarction patients.Methods Forty ischemic stroke patients were equally randomized into the treatment group and the control group.The two groups received anti-fibrinogen drug,antiplatelet aggregation drug,and symptomatic treatment;additionally,the treatment group received nasal inhalation of CAL and oxygen,and the control group received nasal inhalation of CAL and oxygen.Ten times constituted one treatment course,and the treatment lasted two courses.Therapeutic effect was evaluated,and the changes of nervous function were assayed by MESSS scoring and Barthel index,and activities of daily life(ADL) were also observed.Results The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 55.0% in the control group(P

Background Gene transfection is an effective therapeutic avenue to target many kinds of eye diseases.Non-viral vectors with high transfection efficiency,long-term expression,low toxicity and high expression levels are pivotal in gene therapy of corneal disease.Objective This study was to evaluate and compare the safety and efficiency between EntransterTM and liposome vectors for transfer of CD25 siRNA in rat cornea.Methods Eighty male SPF SD rats were randomly divided into EntransterTM-CD25 siRNA group,liposome-CD25 siRNA group,simple CD25 siRNA group and normal saline solution (NSS) group with the right eye as experimental eyes.Corneal epithelia of the rats were completely removed after ocular surficial anesthesia,and 50 μl EntransterTM-CD25 siRNA,liposome-CD25 siRNA,CD25 siRNA solution and NSS were topical administered in the eyes respectively.Ocular response and green fluorescence number on the corneas were examined under the slit lamp assisted microscope 12 hours,24 hours,3 days and 7 days after use of the drugs.The rats were sacrificed and the corneas were obtained,and corneal histopathological examination was performed by using hematoxylin eosin stain.The gene transferred efficiency in the corneas was evaluated by fluorescence technology,and the safety of EntransterTM and liposome carriers was assessed using TUNEL stain.The expression and location of CD11b in the corneas were detected by immunofluorescence technology.The use and care of the experimental animals complied with Regulations for the Administration of Affair Concerning Experimental Animals by State Science and Technology Committee.Results The quantity and intensity of fluorescence staining in the corneas were significantly increased in the EntransterTMCD25 siRNA group in comparison with the liposome-CD25 siRNA group,and the corneal fluorescence appeared earlier in the simple CD25 siRNA group,but it disappeared in 24 hours after transfection.Corneal histopathological examination revealed that the corneal edema and inflammatory cell infiltration in corneal epithelium after gene transfection were more dominant in the liposome-CD25 siRNA group than those in the EntransterTM-CD25 siRNA group,simple CD25 siRNA group and NSS group,and no abnormality was seen in the stroma and endothelium.The number of inflammatory cells was more in the liposome-CD25 siRNA group than that in the EntransterTM-CD25 siRNA group,simple CD25 siRNA group and NSS group (all at P =0.00).The number of apoptosis cells was significantly more in the liposome-CD25 siRNA group than that in the EntransterTM-CD25 siRNA group,simple CD25 siRNA group and NSS group in 12 hours and 3 days after transfection (all at P =0.00).Immunofluorescence assay showed the expression of CD11b primarily located in the corneal epithelial and stromal layers.The expression of CD11b was gradually enhanced over time in the liposome-CD25 siRNA group and peaked in 24 hours after transfection.However,the expression was absent in the EntransterTM-CD25 siRNA group,simple CD25 siRNA group and NSS group.Conclusions EntransterTM nanometer material-mediated transfection of CD25 siRNA in corneas of normal SD rats appears to have high transfection efficiency,low toxicity and slight irritating response to corneas,and EntransterTM vector is currently available for the gene therapy of corneal disease.

In 2010, Chinese Pharmacopoeia Committee officially enacted Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition). The Volume 1 of the pharmacopoeia is comprised of the medicinal materials and the decoction pieces, the essential oils and extracts of medicinal plants, prescription preparations and single preparation, etc., which not only provides Latin names of Chinese medicinal materials, also provided Latin names of the original medicinal plants to effectively control the quality of Chinese medicinal materials. In order to raise awareness of correctly citation and maintain the authority and standardization of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, this paper briefly describes abbreviations rules of authors' name of plant scientific name according to the 'International Code of Botanical Nomenclature, ICBN'. Through comparing with the rules of ICBN, 'Flora of China' (Chinese edition and English edition), and authority international plant catalogue databases, the authors made statistic and analysis of the non-standard cited authors' names phenomena of the original plant scientific names recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 edition), and the revision suggestions are proposed.

Thyroid-stimulating hormone receptor(TSHR)is an important autoantigen whose cleavage and shedding can induce autoimmunity.The TSHR is the main functional receptor of the thyroid.The shedding of the ? subunit plays an important role in the forming of TSAb and balancing between TSAb and TBAb.Research on the cleavage and shedding of the TSHR extracellualar domain helps to gain a deep insight into the structure and function of TSHR,illuminate the pathogenesis of autoimmune thyroid disease and find out a new therapy.The structure of TSHR,the mechanism and the significance of its cleavage and shedding are reviewed in this article.

[Method] Collect the clinical cases, and analyze the etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation and treatment of premature ovarian failure for teacher Qin ’s. [Result] Teacher Qin thought that this disease was mainly due to kidney deficiency, especially kidney-yin deficiency, and accompanied by liver depression. This disease can be divided into kidney-yin deficiency, kidney-yang deficiency, deficiency of kidney-yin and yang, deficiency of kidney and liver depression. Reinforcing kidney-yin for kidney-yin deficiency; reinforcing kidney-yang for kidney-yang deficiency; reinforcing kidney-yin and yang for deficiency of kidney-yin and yang; tonifying the kidney essence and soothing liver-qi stagnation for deficiency of kidney and liver depression. [Conclusion] Treatment of premature ovarian failure is based on tonifying kidney, supplement on soothing liver, while some change therapies, should combine disease with syndrome.
