1.Using visible electric toothbrushes during the course of oral nursing for patients with peroral endo-tracheal intubation
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(29):19-22
Objective To know the efficacy of oral nursing by visible electric toothbrushes among patients with peroral endotracheal intuabtion. Methods Divided 108 trauma patients with peroral endo-tracheal intubation and clear consciousness into the research group and the control group randomly, there were 54 cases in each group. Routine oral nursing cares were used in the control group, while the visible electric toothbrushes was used in the research group. Compared the efficacy of oral nursing between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of mouth odor, plaque index and oral infection in the research group were better than those of in the control group. Conclusions Using visible electric toothbrushes for trau-ma patients with oral endotracheal tube is a kind of effective and feasibility method, which should be devel-oped in the clinical field.

3.The Effect of Shift Rotation Directions on Work Mistakes and Circadian Rhythms of Urinary Na, K, Cl.
Journal of Korean Academy of Adult Nursing 1999;11(1):158-168
To develop optimal shift systems for an improvement of work schedule satisfaction, health and work productivity, the effects of the direction of the rotational work shifting on the circadian rhythm and adaptation of physiological components and work mistakes were investigated in nursing students. Two groups of seven volunteers participated as experimental subjects, apd seven to twenty nursing students participated as a control group. The directions of rotation work shift were as follows CW(clockwise)-shift system rotation in the direction of day shift(3 days), evening shift(3 days), off duty(l day) and night shift(5 days), and CCW (counterclockwise) -shift system rotation in the reverse direction. Urinary Na, K, and Cl levels were measured with ion-selective electrodes. The levels of performance were measured by a questionnaire to determine the number of mistakes in 12 specific items during duty. The disturbance of Na the circadian rhythm was seen on day and night shifts, especially in the CCW-rotation shift system, and the magnitude of the daily variation was greatest in the CCW-rotation system. The daily rhythms of K and Cl shifted to the right on the evening shift, and the rhythms were reversed on the night shift, which suggests that they adapted to the altered shift work. However, the levels of Cl were higher in day and night shift workers, especially in CCW-shift system. In the ease of urine salts, it seems that the students in CW-shift system more easily adapted to the altered shift. The incidence of mistakes during work were more frequent on the CCW shift than in the CW shift. These data indicate that the direction of rotation effects the worker's health and work performance. These results indicate that the CCW rotation of shift work makes it more difficult for the workers to adapt to the shift on a physiological level, and has many more negative effects on the shift workers' health when compared with the CW rotation. Thus, a clockwise rotating shift system seems to be more desirable for the optimal health and performance of nurses.

6.Meaning of exegetics research on acupoint name.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(5):539-542
Acupoint name has rich TCM meaning and cultural connotation and its nomenclature originates from ancient Chinese. In order to clearly explore the significance of acupoint name, the exegetics is used in this study. It is found that the study on acupoint name contributed to determining the controversial acupoint locations and revealing the cultural connotation and the basic TCM theory behind the acupoint. Additionally, it helps us to understand the effect mechanisms of acupoints [Tianshu (ST 25) is either for constipation or diarrhea as an example], dig the clinical effects of acupoints, discover and rectify the mistakes in nomenclatures such as pronunciation and glyph. All of these study results benefit the accurate and comprehensive recognition on the acupoints.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2014;38(2):136-156
This paper introduced the measurement methods of heat and moisture exchanger during tracheotomy with two main parameters (water loss and pressure drop) and proposed more heat and moisture exchanger evaluation indicators such as the death chamber, the heat exchange rate, as well as those parameters can be used to evaluate the reasonableness of the heat and moisture exchanger performance.

9.The significance of BNP and D-dimer tests in thrombolytic therapy for patients with acute myocardial infraction
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;37(8):1079-1080
Objective To investigate the significance of plasma B‐type Natriuretic Peptide(BNP) and D‐dimer test in thrombo‐lytic therapy for patients with acute myocardial infraction(AMI) .Methods Determinated the plasma levels of D‐dimer and BNP in patients diagnosed with AMI in the hospital by using full automatic immune fluorescence analyzer on admission (before treatment) , the 7th ,14the and 21th day during treatment ,respectively .Patients were divided into large ,middle and small infarction group ac‐cording to the infarct size determined by color Doppler .The correlation between BNP ,D‐dimer and infarct size were analysed .Re‐sults BNP levels in small ,medium and large infarction group were (165 .0 ± 26 .3) ,(237 .0 ± 39 .4) ,(413 .0 ± 61 .2)pg/mL ,respec‐tively ,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0 .05) .The D‐dimer plasma concentrations in the three groups were all higher than the normal reference level(P<0 .05) .In the course of thrombolytic therapy displayed a dynamic change process ,the level of D‐dimer increased first ,then maintained at a relatively high level ,and finally decreased and returned to the normal level . Conclusion The area of myocardial infarction has a certain correlation with the level of BNP ,and the dynamic monitoring of D‐di‐mer can be used to evaluate the effect of thrombolytic therapy .
10.The effect of seabuckthorn flavonoids against ultraviolet injury
Chongqing Medicine 2015;(33):4618-4620
Objective Through the UVB rays radiation skin injury model ,the study investigated the effect of seabuckthorn flavonoids on the protection and restoration of the skin ,in order to provide experimental basis of looking for the new drugs against ultraviolet injury .Methods By UVB radiating repeatedly ,the study built UVB radiation skin injury model in mice ,to observed the morphological changes of the skin in every groups of experimental animal ,the super oxide dismutase (SOD) activity of the skin and the peroxidation damage degree of the skin lipid ,which is also the content changes of malondialdehyde (MDA) and collagen .Results The change of model group whose epidermis layer increased and the dermis thickened was more obvious than the normal group ,so the UVB radiation skin injury model was built successfully .The model group compared with the normal group ,its SOD activity was significantly lower and its MDA content was significantly higher (P< 0 .01) .However ,the SOD activities of positive control group and being fed with seabuckthorn flavonoids group were significantly higher and their MDA contents were significantly lower (P<0 .01) .The model group compared with the normal group ,its collagen content was significantly lower (P< 0 .05) ,and the collagen contents of positive control group and being fed with seabuckthorn flavonoids group were higher ,whose difference was extremely significant(P< 0 .01) .However ,the positive control group had hyperplastic scar .Conclusion Seabuckthorn flavonoids had the fol‐lowing effects :preventing the UVB repeating radiation damage to the skin ,improving the SOD activity of skin tissue and the colla‐gen content ,inhibiting the increase of MDA content and scar hyperplasia ,and having antagonism effect of UVB causing mice skin photoaging .
