2.Application of Irrational Medication Classification Criteria in Clinical Pharmacy
China Pharmacy 1991;0(02):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the role of clinical pharmacists in intervening irrational medication during the clinical therapy process. METHODS:334 pieces of medication orders in medicine and surgery medical records from Feb. to Apr 2009 were analyzed. The severity and variety of irrational medication orders were evaluated with irrational medication classification criteria. RESULTS:334 copies of medical records included 1 781 pieces of medication orders. 419 pieces of surgery medication orders contained 119 copies of irrational ones and the mean proportion of irrational drug use was 28.4% vs. 272 copies of the irrational ones and 20.0% of proportion for 1 362 copies of medicine medication orders. CONCLUSION:The status quo of irrational medication in our hospital is severe. Clinical pharmacists' intervention on clinical rational medication is of great importance. The severity of irrational medication and the extent of deviating from standard treatment can be evaluated by the irrational medication classification criteria with clear content and practical property, which can be a way for evaluating clinical pharmacists' behavior and the efficacy of clinical pharmacy care.

Chinese Journal of General Practitioners 2013;(7):558-559
A total of 450 residents from three neighborhood committees of Ba'nan were selected to assess their willingness to accept paid influenza vaccine and the influencing factors.Among them,273(60.7%) were willing to accept paid influenza vaccine.Age,economic status, health, flu recognition and vaccine approval were the major influencing factors of vaccination.
4.A discussion on public hospital's financing risks and the control strategies
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2011;27(9):705-707
The paper described the conception and forms of risks for public hospitals financing, proposing the risk avoidance strategy, loss control strategy, and risk transfer strategy against these risks. In addition, it is proposed to take proactive measures to build the financing risk management system for public hospitals, and construct an effective financing risk prewaming mechanism, raise the scientific standard of financial decision-making, and develop a clear-cut economic responsibility system for the hospital leaders during their term, for the purpose of effectively minimizing the risks.
5.Correlative analysis in emotional distress and coping style during acute stage in patients following a-cute traumatic injury
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(17):42-44
Objective To investigate the emotional distress and coping style during acute stage in patients following acute traumatic injury, and the relationship in different coping patterns and emotional distress. Methods A total of 118 patients with acute traumatic injury were included in our investigation.Emotional distress was assessed with the Hospital Anxiety and Depression scale. Coping style was measured with the Medical Modes Questionnaire. Descriptive analysis, independent samples t test and multiple linear regression analysis were used. Results Emotional distress occurred in 50.00% of the patients with acute traumatic injury,22.40% patients only presented anxiety, 17.30% patients only presented depression, and 10.20% patients presented both anxiety and depression. Yielding and avoidance coping styles were more frequently used in patients with depression. Conclusions Incidence of emotional distress was highly fre-quently, many factors were associated with patients" affection reaction.
6.Pharmacodynamic of Jinkecuo Capsule
China Pharmacy 2007;0(27):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the pharmacodynamics of Jinkecuo capsule. METHODS:Foot swelling mice model and cotton ball granuloma rats model were induced using carrageenin for the observation of the anti-inflammatory effect of Jinkecuo capsule;Propionibacterium-induced rats' auricle acnitis model was duplicated for observation of the effect of the Jinkecuo capsule on the propionibacterium-induced acnitis.RESULTS:Jinkecuo capsule had marked inhibitory effect on carrageenan-induced foot swelling of mice (P
7.IL-1?mRNA Expression and Protein Secretion After Ultraviolet Irradiation in Human Keratinocyte Originated SCC12F Cells
Chinese Journal of Dermatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective To investigate IL-1?mRNA expression and protein secretion after ultraviolet irradiation in human keratinocyte(KC)originated SCC12F cells. Methods Expression of IL-1?mRNA was detected by Northern blot and the secretion level of IL-1?protein was analyzed by ELISA.Results There was a spontaneous expression of IL-1?mRNA in SCC12F cells in culture system of normal KC,which was increased along with the culture time, and reached the highest expression level in120hours.The secretion level of IL-1?protein was increased in a time-and dose-dependent manner in SCC12F cells after ultraviolet B(UVB)irradiation. Conclusions SCC12F cells may express IL-1?mRNA spontaneously under regular KC media. The secretion level of IL-1?protein shows both time-and dose-effect after UVB irradiation.
8.Essential role of thyroid hormones in brain developm ent
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2001;0(05):-
Thyroid hormones (TH) play an imp or tant role in the development and maturity of the mammalian brain. Maternal TH de ficiency, even subclinical hypothyroidism, leads to poor neurodevelopment of the fetus. Screening of pregnant women for hypothyroidism is recommended. Identific ation of the TH-responsive genes in the developing brain and investigation on t heir functions are helpful to provide insights into the molecular mechanisms by which TH influence brain development.
9.Analysis on correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin control situation and hemorheological indicators in diabetes patients
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;37(14):1907-1908,1911
Objective To investigate the correlation between the glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) detection data and hemo‐rheological indicators in diabetes patients to provide reference basis for its treatment and prevention .Methods One hundred and forty‐two patients with typeⅡdiabetes mellitus(T2DM ) in the hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into the A group(69 cases ,better control) and B group(73 cases ,poor control) according to the HbA1c detection results .Contemporaneous 70 healthy individuals undergoing physical examination were selected as the control (C group) .The detection results of HbA1c ,hemo‐rheology and biochemical indexes were performed the contrastive analysis .Results Except hematocrit and erythrocyte deformation index without statistical difference among 3 groups(P>0 .05) ,the other hemorheologic indicators had statistical differences among 3 groups(P<0 .05) .No matter the HbA1c level in T2DM patients ,the hemorheological indexes ,triglyceride and total cholesterol were higher than those in the healthy people ,When the HbA1c leve was poorly controlled ,the increase degresss of various indexes were more significant .Conclusion The abnormality of hemorheology indices exist in most of the patients with diabetes mellitus .It is recommended that clinic should monitor the HbA1c level for long term and strictly observe the change of hemorheology indexes to guide the clinical treatment for reaching the effects of early vascular protection and prevention of diabetic complications .
