Blue nevi commonly occur on the skin of head, neck, and arms, and in occasional instances they have been observed in the mucosa of oral cavity, vagina, hard palate, and even breast, and in very rarity observed in the uterine cervix. We have experienced a case of blue nevi on the uterine cervix of a 45 year old famale who was operated under the diagnosis of uterine myoma. In gross findings, besides two well circumscribed uterine myomas measuring 3.5 cm and 0.6 cm in diameter in the anterior myometrium, multiple pin-point sized grayish blue pigments measuring 2-3 mm in diameter aggregated in the submucosa of the uterine cervix. Microscopically the blue nevi showed greatly elongated, slender often slightly wavy melanocytes with long, occasionally branching dendritic processes lie grouped in irregular bundles in the submucosa of the uterine endocervix. The pigments showed positive response to the Fontana-Masson stain in the cytoplasm and the extracellular area.

5.CT findings of extramedullary hematopoiesis in the thorax, liver and kidneys, in a patient with idiopathic myelofibrosis.
Journal of Korean Medical Science 2000;15(4):460-462
Extramedullary hematopoiesis occurring in multiple organs such as thorax, liver and both kidneys is an unusual condition. We report the CT findings of this condition with review of literature. The lesions consisted of intrathoracic paravertebral masses, focal intrahepatic mass and masses of both pelvocalyceal systems on CT scans.

8.A Case of Conjunctival Inclusion Cyst Managed with Marsupialization.
Journal of the Korean Ophthalmological Society 2014;55(2):289-292
PURPOSE: We present a case with conjunctival inclusion cyst at inferior fornix treated by marsupialization. CASE SUMMARY: A 23-year-old woman visited our clinic complaining of left lower eyelid swelling. Ophthalmologic examination and CT scan showed a cystic mass from inferior conjunctival fornix to anterior orbit with shallow fornix and focal symblepharon. The cyst was effectively removed with marsupializaion. Postoperatively, there was no recurrence of cyst and the fornix was deepened. CONCLUSIONS: Marsupialization can be a considerable treatment option in conjunctival inclusion cyst, especially when accompanied by shallow fornix and symblepharon.

Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is a transient condition characterized by altered mental status, seizure, headache, and visual disturbance with typical neuro-imaging findings in the bilateral parieto-occipital regions. Clinicians should be aware of this syndrome because delayed diagnosis and treatment result in irreversible neurologic deficits. We present the case of a 77-year-old male diagnosed with PRES in the setting of postoperative critical illness caused by small-bowel strangulation.
