1.Protective effect of taurine on diaphragm against adriamycin cytotoxicity

AIM To study protective effect of taurine on diaphragm against adriamycim cytotoxity in rabbits.METHODS The rabbits were divided randomly into three groups.①Control group:The animals were administered NS 2 ml*kg-1 for five days. ②Adriamycin+NS group:The animals were administered NS 2ml*kg-1 for five days and then administered adriamycin 10 mg*kg-1.③Adriamycin+taurine group:The animals were administered taurine 100 mg*kg-1 for five days and then administered adriamycin 10 mg*kg-1.After 24 h,three groups animals were anaesthetized.The transdiaphragmatic pressure(Pdi) and diaphragm evoked potential(DEP) were measured.SOD and MDA were tested.the ultrastructure of diaphragm cells was investigated by eletronmicroscopy.RESULTS The Pdi and amplitude of DEP were lowered by adriamycin(P<0.01).The levels of MDA was increased and the activity of SOD was decreased in diaphragm(P<0.05).The disorder of myofibrills,swelling of mitochondria with broken cristase can be observed by electronmicroscopy.The above changes were inhibited by taurine.CONCLUSIONS The taurine could scavenge the toxic radicals generated by adriamycin and protect the diaphragm myocytes.

To study the protective effect of Shengmai Injection on adriamycin-induced cytotoxity of diaphragm in rabbits. The rabbits were randomly allocated to three groups. 4.Verification of Microbial Limit Test Methods for Three Kinds of Preparations with Heavy Metals

Objective To establish the methods of microbial limit test for three kinds of preparations with heavy metals, such asDingxian Pills,Pizhi Lotion andJiawei Huangqin Ointment.Methods According to Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010, the recovery rates of bacteria, fungus and yeast treated by three preparations were detected. And the methods of testing control bacteria were also validated.Results Culture medium dilution method was proved to be applicable forDingxian Pills. Culture medium dilution method combined with pre-filtration method was proper for Pizhi Lotion. And the extraction method was adopted forJiawei Huangqin Ointment. The recovery rates of these five validation strains reached 70% by appropriate methods. And the same methods were used for validation of the control bacteria.Conclusion The methods of microbial limit test for these three different preparations were established through this study.
5. Transport mechanism of lactosyl-norcantharitin and lactosyl-norcantharitin nanoparticles across Caco-2 monolayer model

Objective: To study the mechanisms of absorption and transport of lactosyl-norcantharitin (Lac-NCTD) and lactosyl-norcantharitin nanoparticles (Lac-NCTD-NPs) in intestinal membranes. Methods: The Caco-2 cell monolayer model was used to study the transport mechanism of Lac-NCTD and Lac-NCTD-NPs across the membranes. The relative factors for enhancing the absorption of drug carriers, including time, temperature, pH value, drug concentration, enhancers, and inhibitors, were also investigated. The differences between Lac-NCTD and Lac-NCTD-NPs in transport of membranes were explored. Results: Lac-NCTD was not only absorbed simply by active transport but also through paracellular transference as the minor. The Lac-NCTD uptake was not controlled by pH value, but positively correlated to uptake time and negatively correlated to temperature and it was also significantly enhanced by the inhibitor of P-glycoprotein (P-gp) and multidrug resistance-associated protein 2 (MRP2). Apparent permeability coefficients (Papp) of basolateral (BL) to apical (AP) was higher than that of AP to BL. Sodium deoxycholate (SDCh) slightly enhanced the drug absorption but oxophenylarsine had no effect. Conclusion: The uptake and absorption of Lac-NCTD are active transport as the dominant process. P-gp and MRP2 have strong efflux effects on the uptake and transepithelial transport of Lac-NCTD. Lac-NCTD-NPs could significantly enhance the drug absorption compared with Lac-NCTD.

Objective To investigate a kind of inflammatory pathogen of infectious skin lesion and its position of the bacteria classification. Methods Based on the phenotypic properties of morphology,physiology and biochemical et al.The identification of bacteria was made almost thoroughly and systemically.Results A unique kind of gram-positive bacteria were separated from the lesion of the disease.Which featured by a bacilli to cocci circulation,obligate acrobes,inactive of biochemical reaction and resistance to conventional antibiotics.Conclusion The bacteria are classified into a rare kind of opportunistic pathogen.Few references both at home and abroad has seen so far according to its phenotypic properties,the bacteria is Brevibacterium epidermids which had never been reported at domestic.
8.The association of TNF-β polymorphism with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy(IDC) in Northern Chinese Han population

objective To study the relationships between TNF-β gene type in idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDC). Methods Eighty-six IDC patients were chosen as IDC group and 95 cases unrelated healthy people as control group in the First Hospital of Jilin University in 2008. The levels of TNF-β protein were detected with Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA ). TNF-β polymorphism were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphisms(PSR-RFLP). Results The levels of TNF-β protein in IDC patients[(1.876±1.013) μ/L] were significantly higher than controls[(1.018±0.645)μg/L], the difference being statistically significant (t=2.674,P<0.01). The frequency of TNFβ*2 genotypes in IDC patients[63.4%(109/172] was significantly higher than controls[47.9%(91/190)], the difference being statistically significant(OR=1.88, X2=6.78, P<0.05). Conclusions The TNFβ*2 allele might related to idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDC), can also be considered as one of susceptible genes of IDC
9.Perioperative nursing of esophageal cancer patients undergoing chest laparoscopic intrathoracic esophagus anastomosis

ObjectiveTo summarize the experiences for nursing esophageal cancer patients undergoing chest laparoscopic intrathoracic esophagus anastomosis.Method The clinical data of 67 esophageal cancer patients before and after chest laparoscopic intrathoracic esophagus anastomosis were retrospectively reviewed for summarizing nursing experience.Result All 67 patients were discharged successfully,including 2 contracting anastomotic leak symptoms but cured by conservative therapy,4 contracting lung infections but cured after antimicrobial therapy,and another 2 contracting acute renal failure and cured by way conservative therapy as well.Conclusion Comprehensive preoperative preparation,accurate surgical operation and effective pre- and post-operative nursing measures can accelerate the healing,improve the cure rate and reduce the occurrence of complications.
10.Clinical value of conditions of radial artery for autogenous arteriovenous fistula ostomy by color Doppler ultra-sound

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of the condition of radial artery for autogenous arteriovenous fistula ostomy by color Doppler ultrasound. Methods The condition of radial artery of 133 end-stage renal disease( ESRD) patients who received autogenous arteri-ovenous fistula ostomy were detected by color Doppler ultrasound,and compared with the postoperative parameters of fistula vascular. Results Among all 133patients,the preoperative radial artery of 95 cases were normal,abnormal in 38 cases. Ostomy surgery performed on 131 cases. Two cases gave up surgery for the poor condition of radial artery,13 cases with fistula failure. The success rate with normal radial artery (95. 8%) was higher than that with the abnormal radial artery(75%). The blood flow parameters of normal radial artery were significantly better than those of the abnormal radial artery,and 4 weeks after operation,the anastomotic blood flow and blood vessel diameter were better than those 1 week before and after surgery. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound that can provide preoperative data of radial artery, predict postoperative the state of fistula vascular,and monitor the conditions of postoperative fistula vascular,with better clinical value.
