4.The level and influence factors of disaster nursing ability and cognitive status of nursing managers
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(9):698-701
Objective To investigate the level of disaster nursing ability and cognitive status of nursing manager, explore the characteristics and influencing factors,in order to provide a basis for intervention in improving the capacity of disaster nursing care. Methods 113 nursing managers were recruited by convenience sampling from a first-class ternary hospitals in Anhui province. They were investigated by a self-designed demographic data questionnair and disaster nursing and cognitive scale. Results The score of the disaster nursing ability of the nursing managers was 114.12±18.21,the mean score was 2.65±0.42,both below the medium level.Regression analysis showed that the nursing age of nurse manager, whether accepted disaster nursing training after work were the influencing factors of the disaster nursing ability of the nursing managers and explained 33.5% of the variance. Conclusions The capacity of disaster nursing care of nurse managers is not high. The nursing age of nurse manager, whether accepted disaster nursing training after work were the influencing factors of the disaster nursing ability of the nursing managers.
5."Prevention and Treatment of Carotid Atherosclerosis in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus by Theory of“Preventive Treatment of Disease"""
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(1):103-106
[Objective] To emphasize the importance of early prevention and treatment, this article discusses on the theory and application of preventive treatment of disease from traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of carotid atherosclerosis in patients with diabetes. [Methods] With de-tailed research into related study of risk factors affecting carotid atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetic patients from recent years, comprehensive summary of tra-ditional risk factors and risk factors of the latest findings were demonstrated. The prevention and treatment of carotid atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetes mel itus was discussed in two aspects by theory of“preventive treatment of disease. [Result] In diabetic patients without carotid atherosclerosis, early and timely intervention can prevent the occurrence and development of the diabetes vascular lesions; In diabetic patients with carotid atherosclerosis, active treatment can reduce the incidence of stroke, myocardial infarction and other critical care. [Conclusion] In patients with type 2 diabetes, risk factors affect-ing carotid atherosclerosis should be control ed and intervened early, which can effectively reduce the occurrence and development of the diabetes vascular lesions to improve the quality of life, but early diagnosis technology and indicators need to be further researched.
6.Nosocomial Infections in ICU: Current Status and Intervention Strategy
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(08):-
OBJECTIVE The status and risk factors of nosocomial infections in intensive care unit(ICU) were investigated to make the intervention strategy. METHODS Use prospective monitoring and retrospective investigation to analyze the 198 nosocomial infections patients. RESULTS The lower respiratory tract infection was the main infection in ICU,about 69.4%.The risk factors were old ages, long hospitalization time, the use of many antibiotics, severe underlying illness, invasive operation manipulation and so on. CONCLUSIONS General intervention strategy should be adopt in the control of ICU nosocomial infections to low the infection rate and raise the rate of rescue.
7.Analysis of bacteriology of drug sensitivity in the inactive stage of chronic suppurative otitis media.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(13):932-934
OBJECTIVE:
Detecting the sensitivities of bacterium in the inactive stage of chronic suppurative otitis media, to guide a clinical rational drug use after the type I tympanoplasty.
METHOD:
Collecting 148 hospitalized patients from Guangdong General Hospital diagnosed as inactive stage of chronic suppurative otitis media, who had been dry ear for more than 1 months. Analyse the results of drug sensitivity on the mucosa surfaces of the middle ear.
RESULT:
There are 16 species of bacterium, including Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterobacter cloacae etc. Total positive rate of bacteria was 33.1%, the detectable rate of gram-positive bacteria was 69.4%, gram-negative bacteria was 30.6%. Drug sensitive test demonstrated that vancomycin, linezolid, teicoplanin, rifampicin etc were effective in gram positive bacteria, piperacillin/tazobactam, cefoperazone/sulbactam etc were effective in gram-negative bacteria.
CONCLUSION
Patients with dry ears, who were going to take type I tympanoplasty, still had potential pathogens. Bacterial cultivation and drug sensitive test before operation can guide the clinical medication and prevent infection.

8.Perioperative nursing of elderly patients undergoing esophageal hiatal hernia with laparoscope
Modern Clinical Nursing 2015;(2):33-35,36
Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of elderly patients undergoing esophageal hiatal hernia repair with laparoscope. Method Twenty elderly patients undergoing esophageal hiatal hernia repair with laparoscope were managed with holistic nursing and the key nursing points were summarized. Results After operations, 3 of them contracted with dysphagia, 5 with weakened gastrointestinal motility, 6 with pulmonary infections, 3 with dyspnea and 1 with thrombus in the deep veins of lower extremities. All the 20 patients got recovered successfully after pertinent treatments. 3 months follow-ups showed the clinical symptoms disappeared and barium meal showed no relapse of hernias. Conclusion Strengthened perioperative nursing of operations on esophageal hiatal hernia is beneficial for postoperative recovery and reduction of postoperative complications.
