Modern Clinical Nursing 2017;16(6):37-39
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of small needle therapy in the treatment of retrograde lumbar spine stenosis. Methods About 30 patients with retrograde lumbar spinal stenosis from June 2015 to March 2016 were set as control group;30 patients with the same disease from ApriI 2016 to December 2016 were set as observation group. The control method of traction and massage therapy, the observation group on the basis of increased by small needle knife therapy. Result The effect of the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusions Treatment of retrograde lumbar spinal stenosis with small needle knife therapy is effective in treating patients' pain and improving clinical effect. Well condition observation and nursing during the treatment can ensure the smooth progress of treatment, the correct guidance and urged patients to exercise to reduce the recurrence of the disease, has the vital significance.

4.Pharmaceutical Care Performed by Clinical Pharmacists for One Patient with Pulmonary Infection after Glioma Resection
China Pharmacist 2016;19(5):958-959,973
Objective:To study the pharmaceutical care for patients with severe infection in ICU performed by clinical pharmacists. Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated in the medication treatment process of one case of patient with pulmonary infection after glioma resection. According to the medical history, clinical symptoms and lab results, the pharmaceutical care was given in the respects of anti-infection therapy, analgesia/ sedation, anti-platelet therapy, drug interactions, drug precautions and adverse drug reactions. Results:The compliance, therapeutic effect and medication safety of the patient were all improved by giving clinical pharmaceutical care. The vital signs of the patient were stable, the anti-infection therapy achieved satisfactory therapeutic effects, and then the patient transferred from ICU and continued to be treated with rehabilitation therapy. Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists in medical team can assist physicians on the basis of the status of patients with reasonable and effective individualized medication and provide professional and efficient pharmaceutical care with high quality.
5.Comparation between traditional thyroid surgery and endoscopic thyroidectomy
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2000;0(11):-
Objective To explore the safety, minimal invasion and cosmetic effect of endoscopic thyroidectomy. Methods From May 2007 to April 2008,among 413 cases of thyroid operations,238 cases were operated by endoscopic techniguc and 175 cases were operated by traditional methods.the operation time, intra operative blood loss, incision cosmetic score, postoperative hospitalization time, cost of hospitalization, and surgical complications between the two mehods were compared. Results Both groups of patients were operated successfully without postoperative bleeding, hoarseness,or hypocalcemia.Compared with traditional thyroid surgery, endoscopic thyroidectomy had less blood loss, shorter operation time, and higher-satisfaction cosmetic effect without significant scars or skin color changes. Conclusions Compared with traditional thyroid surgery, endoscopic thyroidectomy has the desired advantages of excelent cosmetic result, safety, and quick recovery. It is an ideal operation method for treatment of benign thyroid diseases.
6.Discussion of Clinical Pharmacists’ Work in the Safety Management of Medical Order
China Pharmacist 2016;19(4):703-706
Objective:To screen clinical pharmacists’ intervention points in the medical order safety management according to the classification of irrational medical order, ranking of risk and causes analysis in order to provide ideas and reference for clinical pharma-cists. Methods:The prior interventions and post reviews were conducted on medical orders in an intensive care unit of the hospital from July to December in 2014. Results:A total of 224 medical records and 6583 medical orders were intervened, reviewed and audi-ted. Among the medical orders, 653 cases were irrational with a ratio up to 9. 92%. The 653 irrational medical orders were mainly classified with incompatibility, inappropriate dosage and irrelevant combinations, and mainly D level errors according to the risk rating. Most of the irrational medical orders were due to the lack of professional knowledge. Conclusion: Clinical pharmacists should partici-pate in medical order safety management including interfering drug compatibility, dosage and combination therapy, which can reduce or even avoid the error occurrence in medical orders and promote safe and reasonable medication through reasonable medication training and prior interventions.

Journal of Jilin University(Medicine Edition) 2016;42(2):231-235
Objective:To investgate the ease effects of local injection of ursolic acid both on orthodontic tooth movement distance and tooth root resorption in the rats, and to clarify its mechanism.Methods:Ninety-six male Wistar rats were used to establish models of orthodontic tooth movement. After the successful establishment of models, all the model rats were randomly divided into 0 (control group),0.5,1.0 and 2.0 mmol·L-1 ursolic acid groups (n=24).The rats were locally injected with different doses of ursolic acid into the palatal submucosal area adjacent to the right upper first molar ,once per 3 d,each time 50μL.The rats were respectively sacrificed on the days 1,3,5,7,10,14,21 and 28,then the distances of tooth movement were measured.HE staining was used to observe the morphologic changes of the root tissue of rats. Results:The tooth movement distances of rats in control,0.5,1.0,and 2.0 mmol· L-1 ursolic acid groups were increased with the prolongation of time (P<0.01).Compared with control group, the tooth movement distances of rats in 0.5 mmol·L-1 ursolic acid group 3,7,14,21 and 28 d after forcing had statistical significance (P<0.05 or P<0.01 );the tooth movement distances of rats in 1.0 and 2.0 mmol· L-1 ursolic acid groups 1 d after treatment had no statistical significance (P>0.05),but at the other time points, the tooth movement distances of rats had statistical significance (P<0.01).The tooth movement distances of rats had statistical significance between 0.5,1.0 and 2.0 mmol·L-1 ursolic acid groups 5,7,10,14,21 and 28 d after forcing (P<0.05 or P<0.01).The morphological results showed that the resorption pits were found on the surface of tooth root with the prolongation of loading time;in addition, with the increasing of the doses of ursolic acid, the absorption of root surface was relieved. Conclusion:Local injection of ursolic acid at the doses of 0.5,1.0 and 2.0 mmol·L-1 can reduce the distance of orthodontic tooth movement in the rats, and the distance of tooth movement in the rats is reduced with the increasing of its doses, and ursolic acid has the ease effect on the orthodoutic tooth root resorption.
