1.Observation of the medical treatment an combination of fixation and reparation of root amputation
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(10):1770-1771
Objective To discuss endodontic surgery, such as the medical treatment effect of the fixation and reparation of tooth after root amputation and hemisection and prepare and provide medical basis for further application of the treatment. Methods Choosing fifty patients with hemisection or extirpating of root of tooth. After filling out the remaining root of tooth with silver and mercury, then make the operations of cutting tooth or extirpation of root of tooth in the condition of local anesthesia. For two to three months after the operation, on the basis of the remaining root of tooth sad next tooth with some body deformities, to make the operation of the united fixation and reparation. Then con-tinue to observe the treatment effect for two to three months. Results It has a good effective treatment on the united fixation and reparation of the remaining root of tooth united with next tooth with some body deformities after the opera-tions of root amputation and the hemisoction. The patients'chewing strength is strong and it is easy to clean and less to get local anesthesia which is often occurred after the operations. Conclusions Molars remained after hemisection of tooth or root amputation cannot be easily extirpated, so we may consider to made the operations of united fixation and reparation with next tooth. The fixed bridge has fixing and protection functions to the remaining mot of tooth and can improve chewing power.

Objective To observe the value of radiomics models and nomogram model based on two-dimensional ultrasound and automated breast volume scanning(ABVS)for predicting molecular types of breast cancer. Methods Data of 326 female patients of single breast cancer confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were randomly divided into training set(n=260)or validation set(n=66)at the ratio of 8∶2,and further divided into Luminal subgroup and non-Luminal subgroup.Radiomics features were extracted based on two-dimensional ultrasound of breast and ABVS imaging, then model2DUS,modelABVS and modelcombined radiomics were constructed, respectively.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to screen independent factors for predicting molecular types of breast cancer, and nomogram model(modelnomogram)was constructed combined with independent factors and radiomics Radscores. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the efficacy of each model for molecular type of breast cancer. Results The maximum diameter of tumor(OR=1.029)and the retraction phenomenon(OR=0.408)were both independent predictive factors for molecular type of breast cancer(both P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of model2DUS,modelABVS.modelcombined radiomics and modelnomogram for predicting molecular type of breast cancer in validation set was 0.67,0.75,0.84 and 0.83,respectively.No significant difference of AUC of modelcombined radiomics and modelnomogram was found(P>0.05),which were both higher than AUC of model2DUs and modelABVS(all P<0.05).Conclusion Combined radiomics model and nomogram model based on two-dimensional ultrasound and ABVS could effectively predict molecular type of breast cancer.

With the increasing number of cancer patients, the aging population, the shortage of medical resources and other problems in China, the demand for palliative care is gradually increasing. However, nursing staff are the main implementors of palliative care, and their cognitive level of palliative care is closely related to the quality of palliative care service and the outcome of patients. By summarizing assessment tools of palliative care knowledge, attitudes and skills, this review aims to provide a reference for developing appropriate palliative care assessment tools for nursing staff in China.

Chinese Journal of Pathology 2018;47(11):822-826
Objective:
To investigation HER2 status in gastric adenocarcinoma of Chinese and contributing factors to the HER2 expression.
Methods:
HER2 status of 40 842 gastric adenocarcinomas and clinical data were retrospectively collected from 23 hospitals dated from 2013 to 2016. The association between HER2 positivity and clinicopathologic features was analyzed.
Results:
Of the 40 842 patients the median age was 62 years, the male female ratio was 2.6∶1.0. The rate of HER2 positivity was 8.8% (3 577/40 842). HER2 expression was related to the tissue type, tumor location, Lauren classification and tumor differentiation (

Objective:To establish the normal reference value of lumbar bone mineral density (BMD) under quantitative CT (QCT) in Chinese healthy adult females and to explore the regional differences. Methods:Total of 35 431 healthy women who met the inclusion criteria of Chinese health quantitative CT big data program were selected in this study. The BMD of the central plane of L 1 and L 2 vertebrae was measured by Mindways′s QCT system, and the mean value was taken. One-way analysis of variance was used to compare the BMD differences of lumbar vertebrae in women of different ages and regions. The subjects were grouped by an age interval of 10 years, and the level of BMD in different regions of the same age group were compaired. Results:The peak BMD of Chinese healthy adult women appeared in the age group of 20-29 years (Northeast China(183.01±24.58) mg/cm 3, North China (188.93±24.80) mg/cm 3, East China (187.54±27.71) mg/cm 3, South China (186.22±33.72) mg/cm 3, Central China (176.33±24.91) mg/cm 3, Southwest China(182.25±28.00) mg/cm 3), and then it decreased with age. The level of BMD in different regions decreased with the age. Before the age of 70 years, BMD in Central and Southwest China was always at a low level((176.23±24.91) to (90.38±28.12) mg/cm 3, 182.25±28.00 to (88.55±25.68) mg/cm 3), lower than those in Northeast China ((183.01±24.58) to (99.69±27.85) mg/cm 3), North China ((188.93±24.80) to (95.89±26.12) mg/cm 3), East China ((187.54±27.71) to (95.65±27.86) mg/cm 3). After 70 years of age, BMD tended to be the same in different regions ( P>0.05). The BMD values in Central China and Southwest China were similar in the age group of 40-60 years ( P>0.05). The BMD values in the health adult femles in the age group of 60 years in different regions of Chinawere all lower than those of bone mass abnormality (all P<0.05). The detection rate of osteoporosis in females over 50 years was the highest in Southwest China (25.65%) and it was the lowest in North China (17.30%). Conclusions:This study establishes reference values of BMD under QCT in healthy Chinese women, which can be used as a reference basis for identifying women with low BMD who are at risk of osteoporosis. The BMD value is the lowest in Southwest China and the highest in South China.
