Objective To probe into the preventive effect of Xinhuang tablet dissolved in vinegar on phlebitis caused by Doxorubicin? Methods The self-control study was performed in 30 patients treated by doxorubicin? In the initial course,33%magnesium sulfate by wet dressings was externally applied on the skin along the vein until completion of transfusion of chemotherapeutic drugs? In the second course,Xinhuang tablet dissolved in vinegar was used on the skin along the vein until completion of transfusion? The phlebitis rate by magnesium sulfate by wet dressings was compared to that by Xinhuang tablet dissolved in vinegar? Result The phlebitis rate in the initial course was 83?3% while 36?7% in the second course(P<0?01)? Conclusions Xinhuang tablet dissolved in vinegar applied on the skin may be of use for the prevention of phlebitis? It may reduce the damage and improve the quality of the life?

Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2020;19(7):779-784
Objective:To investigate the application value of fixation mesh with suture anchor in the repair of parailiac hernia. Methods:The retrospective and descriptive study was conducted. The clinical data of 5 patients with parailiac hernia who were admitted to Shaoxing People′s Hospital from March 2016 to February 2019 were collected. There were 4 males and 1 female, aged from 23 to 67 years, with a median age of 49 years. Patients underwent repair of parailiac hernia, in which mesh with suture anchor was fixed on the outside of the defect to the inner side of the ilium. Observation indicators: (1) surgical and postoperative conditions; (2) follow-up. Follow-up using outpatient examination or telephone interview was conducted at postoperative 1 week, at postoperative 2 weeks, at postoperative 1, 3, 6 months, at postoperative 1 and 2 years, respectively. The follow-up was up to July 2019. During the follow-up, the conditions about drainage tube removal, incision infection, hernia recurrence, and chronic pain were observed. Measurement data with normal distribution were represented as Mean± SD, and measurement data with skewed distribution were represented as M (range). Results:(1) Surgical and postoperative conditions: 5 patients underwent surgeries successfully, without blood transfusion. The volume of intraoperative blood loss was 100 mL(range, 20-300 mL). The operation time and duration of drainage tube placement were (129±13)minutes and (13.8±1.9)days. Patients were discharged from hospital, without postoperative complications during the hospital stay. The duration of hospital stay was 13 days(range, 8-19 days). (2) Follow-up: patients were followed up for 4-39 months, with a median follow-up time of 16 months. One of the 5 patients was removed drainage tube during the hospital stay and other 4 patients were removed at the outpatient after discharge from the hospital. One patient felt numbness in the surgical site at postoperative 1 month without aggravation during the follow-up, and received no specific treatment. Four patients completed computed tomography examination at postoperative 6 months, without hernia recurrence. There was no incision infection or chronic pain. Conclusions:It is safe and effective to use fixation mesh with suture anchor in the repair of parailiac hernia.

Objective To study the development of the first county-level key clinical specialized talent teams in Henan province. Methods Data on the first 30 county-level key clinical specialized talent teams were collected through questionnaire in 2014 and 2017 respectively, and signed rank sum test was conducted to analyze such facts as the changes of medical service volume, academic titles and scientific researches of discipline leaders before and after such construction. McNemar′s test and chi-square test were conducted to study the age structure, seniority, education and technical title makeup of these discipline leaders. Such tests were also conducted to study the age structure, seniority, education and technical title makeup of the talents. These efforts aim to discern the construction achievement of the key clinical specialties. Results The indexes of healthcare capacities of the first batch of clinical key specialties were observed as improved ( P <0. 05 ) in terms of the medical service volume. Of the discipline leaders′ age structure, the 51 -60 age groups accounted for 40. 0% and 66. 7% respectively, before and after the construction, scoring a difference of statistical significance ( P <0. 05 ); the number of senior physicians increased by 80 persons, the number of physicians having master or above titles increased by 40 persons;the number of physicians participating in continuing education held by these specialties grew from 146. 50 to 262. 50(P<0. 05). Conclusions The volume of medical service of the first batch of county-level clinical key specialties has been elevated, and a group of talents of high education and senior titles have been recruited. Whereas, the title structure needs to be improved, and more young academic leaders are expected, while more opportunities of further education and training are also expected for the physicians, in order to enhance their professional ability.
