Objective? To explore the effects of multidisciplinary collaboration on quality of life in elderly cardiovascular disease patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods? By convenience sampling, from Januaryto May 2018, we selected 50 elderly cardiovascular disease patients with DM of Cardiovascular Department at Zhejiang Hospital in experimental group with multidisciplinary collaboration nursing. From June to December 2018, we selected 50 patients in control group with routine nursing. We compared the scores of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 (GQOLI-74) and nursing satisfaction of patients between two groups. Results? After intervention, the scores of GQOLI-74 of patients in experimental group were higher than those in control group with statistical differences (P< 0.05). After intervention, satisfaction of patients in experimental group was 96.0% (48/50) was higher than that 74.0% (37/50) in control group with a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusions Multidisciplinary collaboration can effectively improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction among elderly cardiovascular disease patients with diabetes mellitus which is worth to be implemented in clinical practice.

Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous nursing with Wechat as medium in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods:Using the convenient sampling method, a total of 102 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in Zhejiang Hospital were selected as the research objects from June 2019 to June 2020. According to random number table method, they were divided into the observation group ( n=52) and the control group ( n=50) . The control group was given routine nursing intervention, while the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention with Wechat as medium. The effect of intervention was evaluated by Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) , Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) , Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale (ESCA) and 36-item Short-Form (SF-36) . Results:There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of SAS, SDS, dimensions of ESCA and dimensions of SF-36 between the two groups at admission ( P>0.05) . Three months after intervention, SAS and SDS scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and scores of dimensions of ESCA and SF-36 were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05) . Conclusions:The continuous nursing with Wechat as medium has good application effect in patients with chronic heart failure, which can reduce the psychological mood of patients, improve the self-care ability and improve quality of life.
