1.Application of information technology infrastructure library service management system in special hospitals

3.Analysis of Deanxit-combined Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To investigate the improvement and safety of the conventional treatment combined with Deanxit in the treatment of digestive adverse (FD) of gastrointestinal symptoms and sleep efficacy.Methods Ninety cases of patients with FD were randomly divided into the control group (pantoprazole capsule and Mosapride will + Capsule associated with sleep disorders with estazolam tablets) and observation group (pantoprazole capsule and Mosapride will + capsule with sleep disorders and estazolam tablets plus Deanxit).Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.After the course of treatment,the improvement degree and adverse reaction of digestive tract symptoms and sleep were compared between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment in the observation group with gastrointestinal symptoms were improved and the total effective rate was 86.7%,higher than that of the control group (66.7%).The difference was statistically gigmificart (P < 0.05).The total effective rate of was sleep disorders improvement 83.3%,higher than that of control group (61.9%),but the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05).Adverse reaction rates were not significantly different between the two groups.Conclusion On the basis of conventional therapy,treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD) with Deanxit can significantly alleviate gastrointestinal symptoms.Medication after 3-7 days can relieve the symptoms.After 4 weeks,the total efficiency is the highest with fewer adverse reactions.Clinical application is recommended.
4.Significance of clinical pathology in diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune liver diseases

Liver biopsy plays an important role in the diagnosis of autoimmune liver diseases,particularly in patients without specific clinical manifestations or negative for autoantibodies.The histological features of several autoimmune liver diseases are reviewed.The characteristic features of autoimmune hepatitis in histology include interface hepatitis with lymphoplasmacytic infiltration,hepatic rosette formation,and emperipolesis,while chronic nonsuppurative destructive cholangitis and epithelioid granuloma are frequently found in primary biliary cirrho-sis.Primary sclerosing cholangitis is characterized by onion skin-like periductal fibrosis,while storiform fibrosis with IgG4-positive plas-ma cell infiltration often indicates IgG4 -related sclerosing cholangitis.Enhanced communication between clinicians and pathologists can help improve the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune liver diseoses.
5.Effect of Schisandra Chinensis Baill distilled by ethanol on energy metabolism in brain of repeated cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model mice

Objective:To observe the effect of Schisandra Chinensis Baill distilled by ethanol on energy metabolism in brain of repeated cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model mice.Method:The mice were randomly divided into six groups,respectively irrigating the groups of Nimodipine suspension,ginkgo leaf suspension,and large and small doses of Schisandra Chinensis Baill distilled by ethanol,sham group(blank) and the model group for the same volume of saline,once a day,15 days for delivery.Model mice of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was established by bilateral common carotid artery blocking.48 hours after operation,the rats were decapitated,weight half of the brain and put 9 times saline into it,then the level of LD,vitality of LDH,AchE and ATP were measured.Results:Compared with model group,small doses of Schisandra Chinensis Baill distilled by ethanol could markedly reduce the content of LD of mice of repeated cerebral ischemia-reperfusion,large doses of Schisandra Chinensis Baill distilled by ethanol could notably improve the vitality of LDH;large and small doses of Schisandra Chinensis Baill distilled by ethanol could both notably improve the vitality of AchE,large doses of Schisandra Chinensis Baill distilled by ethanol could notably improve the vitality of Na+-K+-ATP、Ca2+-ATP.Conclusion:Schisandra Chinensis Baill distilled by ethanol could markedly improve the energy metabolism of the model of repeated cerebral ischemia-reperfusion of mice.
6.Effects of the Mixture of Ferulic Acid and Paeoniflorin on PC12 Cells Injury

Objective To observe the protective effects of the mixture of ferulic acid (AF) and paeoniflorin on PC12 cells injury by FeSO4/H2O2 in vitro, and explorer its mechanism. Methods The cell injury model was established with FeSO4/H2O2 for 24 h. The process of the growth and morphology of the cells were observed under phase contrast microscope in vitro. The survival rate of the cells was determined by MTT method. The content of MDA and SOD activity was measured respectively by thiobarbituric acid and xanthine oxidase method. Results Compared with FeSO4/H2O2, the mixture of ferulic acid (AF) and paeoniflorin enhanced the PC12 cells survival rate and viability, reduced MDA content and increased SOD activity. Conclusion The mixture of 5~50 ?mol/L AF and 1~10 ?mol/L paeoniflorin exerted protective effects on PC12 cells injury induced by FeSO4/H2O2, which maybe related to free radical scavenging activity and lipid peroxidation process being inhibited.
7.Summary of rectal cancer anastomotic fistula treatment experience

Objective To investigate the cause of postoperative colorectal cancer anastomotic fistula,the treatment and prevention measures.Methods 2007 -2014,The department of General surgery in Qingdao Municipal hospitals for abdominal colorectal cancer resection(Dixon surgery)were 208 cases,including 13 cases of anastomotic leakage occurred.Retrospective summarized the cause,treatment and preventive measures of abdominal colorectal cancer anastomotic fistula.Results All of 13 patients were discharged,and had no adhesions obstruction,anastomotic stricture,pelvic abscess and other symptoms following -up 6 months after discharge.Conclusion Grasping preopera-tive risk factors of abdominal colorectal cancer for anastomotic fistula,actively preoperative preparation,and master of fine anatomical and surgical point are the main points of the prevention of anastomotic leakage.
8.Study on injectable paclitaxel loaded PCL/PEG/PCL thermosensitive hydrogels

Objective To construct an injectable controlled delivery system of paclitaxel based on thermosensitive PCL1250-PEG1500-PCL1250 hydrogels. Methods A thermosensitive PCL1250-PEG1500-PCL1250 triblock copolymer was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of e-CL using PEG (Mw=l 500) as the initiator and Sn(Oct)2 as the catalyst. The synthesized PCL1250-PEG1500-PCL1250 copolymers were characterized for their composition,structure, and molecular weight via 1H NMR and GPC techniques. A series of Paclitaxel loaded hydrogels with various predesigned hydrogel concentrations and initial drug loadings were prepared to investigate their gelation ability, in vitro drug release behavior and in vivo biodegradability. Results The results calculated from 1H NMR and GPC indicated that EG/CL ratio(1.55) was consistent with the initial feed ratio(1.6), which offered a strong proof to their composition and molecular structure. The thermosensitive PCL1250-PEG1500-PCL1250 hydrogels exhibited a desirable sol-gel transition ability within the concentration range of 15%-30%. The in vitro release rate of paclitaxel from the paclitaxel/PCL1250-PEG1500-PCL1250 hydrogels was controllable by altering the hydrogel concentrations and initial drug loadings. The PCL1250-PEG1500-PCL1250 hydrogels showed a good in situ gelation ability after subcutaneously injected into mouse back. The in situ formed hydrogels gradually degradated with time and almost disappeared after 45 days in vivo. Conclusion Both the controllable drug release behavior and promising biodegradability of this new thermosensitive PCL1250-PEG1500-PCL1250 hydrogels paved a way to develop a novel delivery system for paclitaxel.
9.Biological characteristics and clinical application of injectable bone substitute materials

Injectable bone substitutes can repair bone defect via percutaneous injection, including organic bone graft materials and inorganic bone graft materials. Furthermore, some materials considered as vector can composite with cells to generate tissue engineering materials, which are injected into bone graft to improve fusion rate. The development of injectable bone substitutes provides a new way to treat some relative diseases. Here, the article was divided three parts to introduce biological characteristics and clinical application of organic bone substitute materials, inorganic bone substitute materials, and bone tissue engineering vector materials. Although bone tissue engineering research achieves some effects initially, there are still a lot of problems, such as collection and preparation of extracellular matrix materials, composite and transplantation of cell and vector; all of them need to be further studied.
10.Assessing with the MMPI-2 for Stress Disorders

Objective: To investigate psychopathology and diagnostic efficiency with MMPI-2 in patients with stress disorder (SD). Methods: MMPI-2s were administered to twenty-nine patients with acute stress disorder (ASD), fourteen patients with posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and forty-four well-adjusted trauma survivors. Results: Patients with ASD obtained significantly higher scores on F, Fb, Fp, Pa, Pt, Sc and Ma and lower on K, S than controls. PTSD patients scored significantly higher on F, Fb, Fp, Hs, D, Hy, Pa, Pt and Sc and lower on S than controls. There were significant differences in scores of Hs, D and Hy between patients with ASD and with PTSD. M678 code type was found as the mean profile for SD patients. Discriminate analysis indicated that Pa and Sc were the most important variables and it successfully classified 83.9% and 72.0% respectively in training sample and cross-validation sample. Conclusion: Patients with SD and trauma survivors show significantly different psychopathology and there were also differences between patients with ASD and with PTSD. MMPI-2 scales especially Pa and Sc were sensitive to posttraumatic stress symptoms.
