Objective:To obtain the antigen of recombinant vacuolating segment of Helicobacter pylori vacuolating cytotoxing by gene-engineering.Methods:The objective gene was cloned into PQE-30,sequenced and expressed using PCR and recombinant techniques.After expression,the antigenicity of recombinant protein was analyzed by Western blotting.Results:DNA sequence analysis identified that the sequence was integrated.Compared with standard strain AF361700,1.5% of the cloned gene was mutated,one amino acid radicle was changed.SDS-PAGE revealed the molecular weight of objective recombinant protein was 27 000 as it was predicted;the level of expression product was over 30%.Western blotting results showed the objective protein could be recognized by anti-serum against HP.Conclusion:This recombinant protein has perfect antigenicity,so it may be used as a protective antigen in preventing HP infection.

Objective: To study the mechanism of the content of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF) increasing after Atractylodes lancea in bran-processed. Methods: The fructose and glucose were processed with A. lancea bran-processed conditions and their contents were determined by HPLC. Besides, the content of fructose was measured and the changes were compared before and after processing. Results: Glucose samples did not detect 5-HMF in the processing conditions, but fructose samples detected 5-HMF in the same conditions. In addition, the content of fructose was significantly decreased in the best conditions while the content of 5-HMF increased the most. Conclusion: The content of 5-HMF remarkably increases mainly due to the conversion of fructose.

Objective To investigate the correlation between anatomical structure and recurrence of common bile duct stones.Methods The clinical data of 195 patients with common bile duct stones were studied,including 37 patients with recurrent bile duct stones.The correlation between anatomical structure and the recurrence of common bile duct stones were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis.Results Univariate analysis revealed that history of cholecystectomy,choledocholithotomy,periampullar diverticu-lum,papilla hypertrophy or stenosis,intramural duodenal bile duct abnormalities,common bile duct stric-ture,choledochectasia and angulated common bile dust were risk factors of recurrence.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that past history of cholecystectomy,periampullary diverticulum,angulated com-mon bile dust,choledochectasia were independent risk factors for the recurrence of common bile duct stones. Conclusion Patients with anatomical structure of past cholecystectom,periampullary diverticulum,choledo-chectasia,angulated common bile dust are prone to recurrence of common bile duct stones.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the changes of hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and myocardial enzyme spectrum,cardiac troponin Ⅰ (cTn Ⅰ) in patients with Henoch-Schnlein purpura.Methods 100 patients with Henoch-Schnlein purpura were selected.50 patients only skin involved were selected as the simple group,50 patients accompanied by other organs involved were selected as mixed group.50 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.The serum hs-CRP,myocardial enzyme spectrum and cTn Ⅰ were tested and compared.Results The hs-CRP,serum myocardial enzyme spectrum and cTn Ⅰ levels of mixed and simple group were significantly higher than the control group(all P ＜ 0.05) ; Serum CK-MB,cTn Ⅰ and hs-CRP levels of the mixed group were significantly higher than those of simple group (all P ＜ 0.05).The abnormalities number of CK-MB and cTn Ⅰ respectively accounted for 33％ (33/100) and 32％ (32/100) ;The constituent ratio of the number of abnormal serum CK-MB and cTn Ⅰ of the mixed group was significantly higher than the simple group (x2 =4.047,3.908,all P ＜ 0.05) ;The Pearson correlation analysis showed that the relationship between the serum hs-CRP and CK-MB,cTn Ⅰ levels was linear,which were positively correlated (r =0.872,0.801,all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Patients with allergic purpura should early detect the serum levels of hs-CRP,myocardial enzyme spectrum and cTn Ⅰ,and treat the myocardial injury in time.

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) patients have a young age incidence,which overlaps with the childbearing time. So,with the increasing morbidity of IBD,it will greatly influence the fertility process,treatment effect and reproductive problems like delivery mode and lactation. The purpose of this review is to explain the relationship between IBD and fertility,and enable clinicians to fully recognize the problem,and give scientific and reasonable birth guide to IBD patients.

Objective To explore the influence of cerebral hemorrhage stress on endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs) proliferation and senescence. Methods Mononuclear cells from peripheral blood of patients with cerebral hemorrhage (CH group) and patients with the same underling diseases (control group) as the front were isolated and induced to EPCs. Proliferation, numbers of colonies and cells, senescence of EPCs were checked and compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group, proliferation (0.270 ± 0. 074 vs 0. 185 ±0.050, t=3.802) ,numbers of colonies( (5. l0 ±0.79) cell/HPF vs ( 1.90 ±0.41 ) cell/HPF, t= 14.407) and cells( (75.15 ± 10.48) cell/HPF vs(57.10 ± 9.28 ) cell/HPF, t = 5. 157 ) of EPCs in CH group on the stress of cerebral hemorrhage were increased significantly (P ＜ 0.01 ), but senescence of EPCs ( (45.54 ± 5.74 ) cells/100 cells vs ( 46.86 ± 5.06 ) cells/100 cells, t = 0. 686 ) in two groups were not different (P ＞ 0.05 ). Conclusion Cerebral hemorrhage stress can increase proliferation of EPCs,but can not change the senescence destiny of EPCs.

The fracture of the axis arch is a rare uppercervical vertebrae fracture. It is easy to misdiag-nose. From 1971 to 1989, 7 cases of the fracturewere admitted to our hospital. Diagnoses were con-firmed by injury history, clinical features and X-ray films. The treatment results were as follows:six patients were in excellent condition and one pa-tient was in good one. The three following prob-lems were discussed: ①The mechanism of injury.②The misdiagnosis causes and its preventivemethods. ③Most patients can be treated conserva-tively and can be up. Only a few Type III fractureswill require operation after the failure of non-oper-ative treatment or at the time of conplicated injuryof the spinal cord occurring lately.

Suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH),which is feasible and highly specific,is one of the most efficient methods for cloning differentially expressed genes.It has been successfully applied in the study of tumors,stem cells,etc.

The 4 brands of subject librarian service in Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the past 10 year were summarized ( namely the mass organization of students, cooperation between universities and en-terprises, micro and new technology service, and innovative service) , and the subject librarians-faced challenges at present and in the future were elaborated, with suggestions proposed for improving their information literacy.

BACKGROUND:Stem cel transplantation is a promising strategy for treatment of ischemic heart diseases, which has obtained great achievements in recent years. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the clinical trends of stem cel therapy for ischemic heart diseases reported from 2001 to 2015 in Medline, CNKI, Wanfang, ClinicalTrials.gov and Chinese Clinical Trial Register. METHODS:The relevant articles addressing stem cel therapy for ischemic heart diseases were retrieved using the keywords of “stem cel transplantation” and “ischemic heart disease” in Chinese and English in Medline, CNKI, Wanfang, ClinicalTrials.gov and Chinese Clinical Trial Register folowed by statistical analysis. The retrieval time was from 2001 to 2015, including 2001-2005, 2006-2010 and 2011-2015. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: In Medline database, there were 219 clinical studies about stem cel therapy for ischemic heart disease published from 2001 to 2015, and the number of retrieved articles was most from 2006 to 2010, and decreased from 2011 to 2015. In CNKI and Wanfang databases, the number of relevant articles which had a similar trend with that in the Medline database decreased remarkably after 2011. In ClinicalTrials.gov, there were 63 clinical trials about stem cel therapy for ischemic heart disease, most of which were registered from 2006 to 2015 and came from Europe and North America. In Chinese Clinical Trial Register, there was no clinical trial about stem cel therapy for ischemic heart disease, which may result from the strict management in China.
