OBJECTIVE Research the therapeutic effectiveness of combination Imipenem and teicoplanin to treat septicemia due to interspace of lumbar vertebrae Infection complicated pulmonary abscess and the method of diagnosis,prevention and cure of Secondary interspace of lumbar vertebrae Infection.METHODS The successful cure case-report that severe postoperative interspace of lumbar vertebrae infection complicated blood-borne pulmonary abscess used small needle knife to treat Lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP) were reviewed.RESULTS Unstandard asepsis technique and invasive operation long time operation,too mang damage of tissue in operation,patient weak,diabetes,glucocorticoid,lacking postoperative anti infection therapy etc.Lumbocrural pain were found aggravated,high fever,blood sedimentation increased,CRP heightened.CONCLUSIONS Strict asepsis,sufficient preoperotive preparation,Standard operation,less damage,can reduce interspace of lumbar vertebrae infection rate.Strict asepsis and less damage in the operation can reduce the incidence of intervertebral disc space infection.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the status of hospital infection and the antibiotic resistance of pathogenic microorganisms so as to provide references for empirical treatment of hospital infection and rational clinical administration of antibiotics.METHODS:The pathogenic microorganism infection of different specimen and the results of drug susceptibility test on the pathogenic microorganisms in hospital infection from 2005 to 2008 were analyzed.RESULTS:The ratio of gram-positive coccus to gram-negative bacillus in hospital infection was 2∶1,and the susceptibility test showed that pathogenic microorganisms in hospital infection had different degree of antibiotic resistance.CONCLUSION:Monitor on the antibiotic resistance of pathogenic microorganism is of utmost importance for the rational use of antibiotics in the treatment of hospital infection.

Objective:To evaluate the effects of propofol on glucose-regulated protein 78 (GRP78)-activating transcription factor-4 (ATF4)-CCAAT/enhancer binding protein (C/EBP) homologous protein (CHOP) signaling pathway during apoptosis in gastric cancer cells.Methods:MGC-803 cells were cultured to the logarithmic phase and divided into 2 groups ( n=15 each) using the random number table method: control group (group C) and propofol group (group P). The cells in group C were cultured under normal conditions of 37 ℃ and 5% CO 2. In group P, propofol (final concentration 5 μg/ml) was added when the cells were attached to the wall and grown to 70%-90% confluence.At 24 h after propofol was added, the apoptosis rate of cells was determined by flow cytometry, the expression of GRP78, ATF4 and CHOP mRNA was detected by quantitative polymerase chain reaction, and the expression of GRP78, ATF4 and CHOP was determined by Wester blot, respectively. Results:Compared with group C, the apoptosis rate was significantly increased, and expression of GRP78, ATF4, CHOP and its mRNA was up-regulated in group P ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The mechanism by which propofol accelerates apoptosis is related to activating GRP78-ATF4-CHOP signaling pathway in gastric cancer cells.

Objective To analyze dialectical thinking and medication laws of TCM master LI Ji-ren in treating rheumatoid arthritis (RA); To provide references for clinical medication. Methods Medical cases of RA in outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College during January 2014 to June 2015 treated by Professor LI Ji-ren. SPSS18.0 statistical software was used to carry out frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and cluster analysis. Results The included medical cases covered 123 cases, 199 prescriptions and 211 kinds of medicine. The total medication frequency was 3503, with 52 kinds of high frequency medicine (>10%), including Astragali Radix, Angelicae Sinensis Radix, Scorpio, Spatholobi Caulix, and Sargentodoxae Caulix. 36 kinds of medicine belonged to Liver Meridian of Foot-Jueyin (69.2%); 21 kinds of medicine belonged to Kidney Meridian of Foot-Shaoyin (40.4%); 20 kinds of medicine belonged to Spleen Meridian of Foot-Taiyin (38.5%); 16 kinds of medicine belonged to Heart Meridian of Hand-Shaoyin (30.8%). High frequency medicine was mainly to be sweet, spicy and bitter. High frequency medicine was mainly to be medicine with the functions of clearing heat, tonifying (tinifying qi, blood, yang and yin), activating blood and expelling stasis, and expelling rheumatism. 127 pairs of high frequency medicine was in positive correlation, among which 36 pairs showed the correlation coefficient >0.9. High frequency cluster analysis could be mainly divided into 6 categories. Conclusion The medication laws in this study and Professor LI Ji-ren's treatment for RA emphasize consolidating basis, and are in accordance with the ideas of expelling wind and humidity, activating blood and expelling stasis and stopping pain, which can provide references for clinic.

Empirical research showed that when medical disputes arise,the emergence of that damage must be due to the fault of either party,while everyone ignored the unforeseen,difficult-to-prevent and ubiquitous occurrence of medical professional risk,and the fact that the professional risk can also occur when no party makes mistake in medical events.It is of particular importance to explore ways to avoid medical professional risks,to allow medical staff in a safer,less risk condition,and meanwhile throw themselves wholeheartedly into the cause of life-saving career.

Objective To improve X-ray and clinical knowledge of asphyxiating thoracic dysplasia(ATD).Methods X-ray film and CT findings of twin infants were studied meanwhile relative literature about ATD was reviewed.Results The main positive fingings of ATD were as follow:(1)The thoracic cages were both shorter than usual in the transverse and anterioposterior diameter;the anterior ends of the ribs are widened and cupped;(2)The pelvis also show abnormalities which include some flaring of the ilia,and early ossification of the centers for the capital femoral epiphyses;(3)Incureable respiratory infection was the prominent clinical manifestation.Conclusion ATD,a rarely seen disease,often occurs in those patients who suffer from pneumonia repeatedly;Because plain films can clearly show the relative characteristic deformity changes of thoracic cage and pelvis,X-ray examination can be regarded as the most important diagnostic method.

Objective To explore the influential factors of hospital management teaching and to apply new plans to improve quality of teaching. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among 94 students majored in health management in Xuzhou Medical College to investigate student' learning behavior as well as contents, applying value, procedures, and teaching effects of the course. Data was put in by Epidata 3.02, described and analyzed by SPSS 18.0. Continous variables were ana-lyzed by t test and classified variables were analyzed by X2 test. Results 25.6%(24/94) students were not interested in this course. 61.7%(58/94) students thought that the course was highly correlated with profession. 56.4%(53/94) students thought that the course was valuable. 35.1%(33/94) students thought that the course was not good in combining theory with practice in teaching. 19.1%(18/94) stu-dents thought that the course was deficient in interactive teaching and teaching methods. 62.8%(59/94) students were satisfied with the teaching effect. Conclusions Main influential factors of hospital man-agement teaching are learning interest, curriculum evaluation and teaching evaluation. To improve quality of hospital management teaching, it is necessary to communicate the importance of the course and to apply new teaching plans to arouse the interests of students.

Objective: To study chemical constituents of Cudrania tricuspidata . Method: The 80% ethanolic extract of Cudrania tricuspidata was analyzed by column chromatography of silica gel and Sephadex LH 20. Result: Six compounds were extracted from the ethanolic extract part. Conclusion: They were elucidated as syringaresinol, schizandrin, gomisin A, gomisin H, ? sitosterol and ? sitosterol 3 O ? D glucopyranoside respectively. Among them, syringaresinol, schizandrin, gomisin A, gomisin H were obtained from this species for the first time.

Objective To investigate the impact of different anesthesia methods on intraoperative and postoperative patients un-dergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery and to explore the ideal anesthetic method for laparoscopic rectal cancer surgery .Meth-ods 40 cases of laparoscopic resection for rectal cancer ,ASAⅠ-Ⅱ grade ,were selected and randomly divided into two groups .The group A (20 cases) was performed general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia and the B group (20 cases) was performed systemic anesthesia .The intraoperative hemodynamics ,respiratory function ,awaking time and awaking quality evaluation were ob-served .Results The airway pressure(Paw ) and PETCO2 in the two groups were increased .The intraoperative hemodynamics in the group A was more stable than those in the group B .The awaking time and awaking quality in the group A were superior to those in the B group .Conclusion Compared with simple general anesthesia ,general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia for laparo-scopic rectal cancer surgery has more stable vital signs and better awaking quality ,whoich is an ideal anesthetic method for laparo-scopic rectal cancer surgery .
