China Pharmacist 2016;19(4):814-816,821
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of the related substances in ticagrelor tablets. Methods:An op-timal HPLC method was set up and a Hypersil BDS C18 column (200 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5μm) was adopted. The mobile phase A was wa-ter (pH was adjusted to 3. 0 by phosphoric acid) and the mobile phase B was acetonitrile with gradient elution at a flow rate of 1. 0 ml ·min-1 , and the detection wavelength was set at 255 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃, and the volume of injection was 5 μl. Results:The resolutions between ticagrelor and the adjacent impurity ( impurity E) , and between ticagrelor and the known impurities were all greater than 1. 5. Impurity A-H all had a good linear relationship within the range of 2. 0-20. 0 μg·ml-1(r>0. 996 0). The average recovery was 99. 8%, 98. 1%, 96. 5%, 101. 2%, 99. 3%, 100. 7%, 102. 1% and 103. 4% with RSD of 1. 02%, 0. 88%, 1. 13%, 0. 56%, 0. 79%, 1. 11%, 0. 63% and 1. 39%, respectively(n=9). Conclusion:The method is reproducible and accurate in the determination of the related substances in ticagrelor tables.
2.Determination of Related Substances in Vildagliptin Tablets by HPLC
China Pharmacy 2017;28(15):2138-2141
OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the determination of related substances in Vildagliptin tablets. METHODS:HPLC method was adopted. The determination was performed on Xterra MS C18 column with mobile phase consisted of [phosphate buffer-water-acetonitrie-methanol(400 : 600 : 15 : 15,V/V/V/V)]-[phosphate buffer-acetonitrile-methanol(400 : 450 : 150,V/V/V)](gra-dient elution)at the flow rate of 1.2 mL/min. The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm and column temperature was 35 ℃. The sample size was 10 μL. RESULTS:The linear ranges were 18.80-188.0 μg/mL for impurity A(r=0.9995),22.64-226.4 μg/mL for impurity B(r=0.9996),21.74-217.4 μg/mL for impurity C(r=0.9997),19.12-191.2 μg/mL for impurity D(r=0.9998). The limits of detection were 4.18,2.68,1.12,1.34 μg/mL,respectively;RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were lower than 3%;the recoveries of impurity A,B,C and D were 97.9%-103.1%(RSD=2.01%,n=9),98.8%-104.1%(RSD=1.93%,n=9),98.0%-103.6%(RSD=1.81%,n=9),100.8%-104.1%(RSD=0.98%,n=9),respectively. CONCLU-SIONS:The method is simple and accurate, and can be used for the determination of related substances in Vildagliptin tablets.

Angiogenesis is the process of capillary formation from the existing blood vessels, which is regulated by many cytokines.Balance of these cytokines plays an important role in angiogenesis.Unbalance of these cytokines, lead-ing to excessive or insufficient blood vessel, relates to a variety of diseases, such as tumor, ophthalmic diseases and wound healing.Recently, it has been observed that angiogenesis is also involved in Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease. This review mainly discusses the molecular mechanism of angiogenesis and related diseases, and emphasizes the value of targeting angiogenesis as a strategy to develop drugs for those diseases.

Objective:To assess the levels of self-compassion, psychological resilience, and academic adjustment of undergraduate students in a military medical university, and analyze their influencing factors and interactions. Methods:A total of 341 undergraduate students were selected by convenience and purposive sampling in a military medical university from April to May, 2022 for surveys with the General Information Questionnaire, the Chinese version of the Self-Compassion Scale, the Chinese version of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, and the Academic Adjustment Scale for College Students. The collected data were analyzed through univariable analysis and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influencing factors. AMOS 23.0 was used for path analysis. Results:The scores of self-compassion, psychological resilience, and academic adjustment of the students were at slightly high levels, with a significant positive correlation between one and another ( r s=0.580-0.611, all P<0.001). The influencing factors included professional identity, the level of received support, grade, time spent in student clubs, and the plan of postgraduate study (all P<0.05). The standardized direct effect of self-compassion on academic adjustment was 0.285 ( P=0.001), and the sum of the standardized mediating effects of psychological resilience and professional identity on self-compassion and academic adjustment was 0.314 ( P=0.001). The total mediating effect accounted for 52.42% of the total effect. Conclusions:The levels of self-compassion, psychological resilience, and academic adjustment of undergraduate students in the military medical university are influenced by multiple factors. Relevant departments should pay attention to specific populations and take targeted measures to increase the students' self-compassion, psychological resilience, and academic adjustment.

Objective:To investigate the protective mechanism of TRPV4 channel inhibitor on blood-brain barrier(BBB)damage after traumatic brain injury(TBI).Methods:The TBI rat model was established.TRPV4 channel inhibitor HC067047 or PKC-δ inhibitor Rottlerin was used to detect changes in BBB permeability, neurological function score, and the expression of microvascular endothelial tight junction proteins ZO-1 and ZO-2 in brain injury areas after TBI.Results:Compared with the Sham group,BBB permeability significantly increased, brain neurological function score significantly decreased, and the expression of ZO-1 and ZO-2 significantly decreased in TBI group(P<0.05).Compared with the TBI group, after administration of HC067047 or Rottlerin, changes in BBB permeability, brain neurological function score, the expression of ZO-1 and ZO-2 were partially reversed(P<0.05).Conclusions:TBI-induced BBB injury may be mediated by TRPV4 channel regulating PKC-δ signaling pathway to affect the expression of tight junction proteins ZO-1 and ZO-2.Inhibition of TRPV4 channel function or PKC-δ signal molecule can partially alleviate BBB damage induced by TBI.This study may provide new ideas for the treatment of clinical TBI.
