As a strategic emerging industry in China, 5G communication technology is building a transmission foundation for innovation and development of various industries in China, thanks to its characteristics of high bandwidth, multi-connection, security and reliability. As an important part of innovation and development, 5G technologies are finding promising applications in technology integration, mobile applications, data sharing, and Internet of things. It is designed to meet the needs of healthcare in various mobile scenarios and promote medical informationization, as well as promoting healthcare informationization and advancing lean management of medical institutions. The authors, based on the characteristics of 5G technology, analyzed its application status, and probed into 5G medical applications, its advantages and challenges in healthcare sector and the new opportunities so incurred for medical informatization, in order to promote the " digitalization" of the medical industry. These insights can provide references for the " digitized" transformation of the sector evolving towards a " smart" and " intelligent" one.

Despite recent studies, relatively few are known about the diversity of fungal communities in the deep Atlantic Ocean. In this study, we investigated the diversity of fungal communities in 15 different deep-sea sediments from the South Atlantic Ocean with a culturedependent approach followed by phylogenetic analysis of ITS sequences. A total of 29fungal strains were isolated from the 15 deep-sea sediments. These strains belong to four fungal genera, including Aspergillus, Cladosporium, Penicillium, and Alternaria. Penicillium, accounting for 44.8% of the total fungal isolates, was a dominant genus. The antiaflatoxigenic activity of these deep-sea fungal isolates was studied. Surprisingly, most of the strains showed moderate to strong antiaflatoxigenic activity. Four isolates, belonging to species of Penicillium polonicum, Penicillium chrysogenum, Aspergillus versicolor, and Cladosporium cladosporioides, could completely inhibit not only the mycelial growth of Aspergillus parasiticus mutant strain NFRI-95, but also the aflatoxin production. To our knowledge, this is the first report to investigate the antiaflatoxigenic activity of culturable deep-sea fungi. Our results provide new insights into the community composition of fungi in the deep South Atlantic Ocean. The high proportion of strains that displayed antiaflatoxigenic activity demonstrates that deep-sea fungi from the Atlantic Ocean are valuable resources for mining bioactive compounds.

Objective:
To explore the efficacy and safety of chimeric antigen receptor T (CAR-T) cells in the treatment of central nervous system leukemia (CNSL).
Methods:
Two leukemia patients with CNSL were treated with CD19-CAR-T cells. The process and results of the entire treatment is reported and related literature review is conducted.
Results:
The patients were diagnosed as acute myeloid leukemia (AML)-M2 with B lymphoid antigen expression and B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia(B-ALL) by morphology and immunophenotype assay. The immunophenotype was consistent with the abnormal manifestations of AML-M2 and B-ALL. Their clinical manifestations and laboratory tests met the diagnostic criteria of CNSL. The diagnosis was clear and the two patients were treated with CD19-CAR-T cell immunotherapy. Central nervous system symptoms were relieved. The imaging abnormalities of patient one has disappeared but cytokines release syndrome (CRS) occurred during the treatment. Cerebrospinal fluid of patient two was negative and no obvious CRS reaction was found.
Conclusions
CAR-T cell immunotherapy is likely to induce the remission of CNSL and improve the prognosis.

Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2023;48(4):575-580
OBJECTIVES:
Currently, the research results regarding the bilateral temporomandibular joint symmetry in patients at different ages with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate (UCLP) are still controversial. In this study, the position of condyle in the articular fossa and morphology of condyle in UCLP patients at different developmental stages was measured and analyzed to explore the asymmetry difference, which can provide a new theoretical basis for the sequential therapy.
METHODS:
A total of 90 patients with UCLP were divided into a mixed dentition group (31 cases), a young permanent dentition group (31 cases) and an old permanent dentition group (28 cases) according to age and dentition development. Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) images were imported into Invivo5 software for 3D reconstruction, and the joint space, anteroposterior diameter, medio-lateral diameter, and height of condylar were measured, and its asymmetry index was calculated.
RESULTS:
The asymmetry index of condylar height and anteroposterior diameter among the 3 groups, from small to large, was the mixed dentition group

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2020;44(5):377-383
In order to extract the pulse wave signal of blood volume effectively in the case of uneven light, a light-adaptive heart rate detection method based on webcam was proposed. In this method, adaptive gamma transform is applied to face image sequence to eliminate the influence of illumination. The pulse wave source signal was extracted from the forehead area and the blood volume pulse wave was obtained by wavelet filtering. The heart rate is estimated by Fourier transform analysis. The Bland-Altman analysis indicates that the method used in this paper is in good agreement with the measurement results of the electronic sphygmomanometer, and the adaptive gamma transformation used in this paper eliminates the influence of light interference, and the measurement error of heart rate is significantly reduced, which is completely able to meet the requirements of daily heart rate monitoring.
