ZnO nanoparticle-containing carbon composite nanofiber ( ZnO-CNF ) was prepared by the electrospinning of the ZnCl2-PAN precursor, followed by preoxidation and carbonization. The ZnO nanoparticles were uniformly distributed on the surface of the carbon nanofiber with the size of 20-30 nm, confirmed by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) . The wettability of the ZnO-CNF was studied by water contact angle test. With Nafion as an additive, the ZnO-CNF modified electrode was successfully constructed by dip-coating. The surface morphology and electrochemical properties of the modified electrode were investigated by SEM and cyclic voltammetry. There was a sensitive response of the ZnO-CNF modified electrode on Pb ions in solution, demonstrated by square wave stripping voltammetry. Under the optimized conditions, a good linear relationship between peak current and Pb2+concentration was obtained in the range of 2. 4×10-10-2. 4×10-7 mol/L (R=0. 998) by 10 min preconcentration at -1. 0 V in 0. 1 mol/L NaAc buffer solution (pH=4. 6). The detection limit was 4. 8×10-11 mol/L. The practical analytical application of the ZnO-CNF modified electrode was assessed by the measurement of the actual water sample and the result was consistent with that obtained by ICP-MS.

Objective To understand the geographical features of malaria in Yunnan Province,so as to provide the refer?ence for malaria elimination. Methods The data of malaria in Yunnan Province from 2012 to 2015 were collected and ana?lyzed. Results Totally 2 586 malaria cases were reported in Yunnan Province from 2012 to 2015,in which 274(10.60%) were local cases and 2 311(89.37%)were abroad imported, and one(0.03%)was domestic imported. The imported malaria cases and local cases were analyzed according to the sources and locations respectively, and the arithmetic means of the num?bers of imported and local cases were 96.29 and 10.96 respectively, the standard deviations of the numbers of imported and local cases were 421.18 and 19.12 respectively, and the difference of the means was not significant(Z=-0.326,P>0.10). Both the imported and local malaria cases could be clustered into five sections by the number of 5. The Herfendal?Hirshman indexes of the imported and local malaria cases were 8 121 and 1 598 respectively. Conclusions There is no significant difference of the distribution between the imported and local malaria cases, and they should be attaching equal importance. The non?uniform de?gree of imported cases is higher than that of the local cases, while both of them could be divided into five major clusters in the prevention and control work.
6.Research progress of Bub1 in cancers
Journal of International Oncology 2020;47(5):289-292
Bub1 is essential for assembling of the functional spindle assembly checkpoint (SAC) to guarantee the correct separation of sister chromatids. Abnormal expression of Bub1 can elevate defects in SAC function, chromosome instability, and the incidence of aneuploidy. Several recent studies indicate that aberrantly expressed Bub1 may promote the tumorigenesis via regulating cell proliferation, invasion, migration and cancer stem cell activation. Further understanding of the mechanism of Bub1 in malignancy may provide new targeted therapy strategies.

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of lncRNAANRIL in glioma tissues. Methods: 129 cases of glioma tissues and 25 cases of normal brain tissues as control were collected from patients treated in Sichuan Provincial People’ s Hospital from January 01, 2012 to December 30, 2016. Real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the mRNA expression of lncRNAANRIL; and the relationship between lncRNAANRIL expression and sensitivity of patients to temozolomide as well as the clinical prognosis of glioma patients were analyzed. Results: Compared with control group, the expression of lncRNAANRIL in 129 cases of glioma tissues was significantly increased ([8.730±0.336] vs [1.090±0.137], t=9.957, P<0.01). The expression of lncRNAANRIL in WHO Ⅰ-Ⅱ grade patients was significantly lower than that of patients at grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ ([4.198±0.260] vs [10.550±0.291], t=13.03, P< 0.01). lncRNA ANRIL expression was significantly correlated with WHO stage, the sensitivity to temozolomide(TMZ)and survival status(all P<0.05), but not associated with gender, age, KPS score and tumor size (all P>0.05). Moreover, Kaplan-Meier analysis demonstrated that decreased lncRNAANRIL expression contributed to significantly longer overall survival ([29.17±0.64] vs [13.54±0.74] months, P<0.01) and recurrence-free survival time ([9.08±0.56] vs [15.88±0.83] months, P<0.01). Univariate and multivariate analysis also indicated that lncRNAANRIL expression, WHO stage and chemosensitivity could be independent prognostic markers for glioma (P<0.05). Conclusion: Higher pathological grade of glioma patients indicates higher lncRNA ANRIL expression and shorter survival time. lncRNAANRIL is involved in the occurrence and development of glioma, and can be used as a molecular marker for the diagnosis and prognosis of glioma.

Objective To construct an early warning model of fall risk for the elderly based on six kinds gait parameters. Methods A digital field was used to collect parameters from six kinds of gait for the elderly with or without the history of falls, and the binomial logistic regression analysis was used to establish a regression equation for predicting the fall risks in the elderly, and an early warning model was constructed. Results The regression equations constructed according to the parameters from six kinds of gait were statistically significant. The overall correct rate was predicted from high to low: walking forward with closed eyes (97.1%), walking backward with open eyes (92.9%), walking backward with closed eyes (88.6%), walking forward with open eyes (87.1%), turning head up and down with open eyes (85.7%), turning head left and right with open eyes(82.9%). The constructed early warning model for fall risk of the elderly mainly included five steps, namely, judgment, test, extraction, calculation and early warning, which was suitable for gait testing and evaluation of the elderly in the laboratory. Conclusions Parameters from six kinds of gait could predict the fall risk of the elderly. Among them, walking forward with closed eyes was best to predict the fall risk in the elderly. The established early warning model of fall risk for the elderly could be used to predict the fall risk of 65-75 year old people within one year, which could provide early warning based on the probability of falling, playing a positive effect on preventing falls in the elderly.
