With the keywords of "acupuncture" "acupuncture and moxibustion" "perimenopausal syndrome" "rules of acupoint selection", the clinical literature in recent 10 years regarding perimenopausal syndrome treated with acupuncture and moxibustion was searched from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI). One hundred and ninety-seven relevant articles were acquired, and after excluding, total 67 articles were in accord with research criterion. With method of artificial count, acupoints selected in the inclusive articles were counted. Frequencies of main acupoints, matching acupoints, meridial distributions and locations of the acupoints selected were calculated, and then rules on main acupoints, matching acupoints, meridial distributions and acupoints locations were analyzed. The result indicates that the acupoints with higher selection frequency on perimenopausal syndrome treated with acupuncture and moxibustion are Sanyinjiao(SP 6), Baihui(GV 20),Taichong(LR 3) Shenshu(BL 23), Guanyuan(CV 4), Shenmen(HT 7),Taixi(KI 3), Zusanli(ST 36), Pishu(BL 20) and Ganshu(BL 18), and the meridians are mainly concentrated on governor vessel, bladder meridian, kidney meridian, stomach meridian, conception vessel and spleen meridian, and the distribution of acupoints are mostly concentrated on the 4 limbs and the back and waist.

The Journal of Practical Medicine 2015;31(22):3704-3707
Objective To study the correlations between the levels of inhibition C (Cys-C), glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) and the coronary lesion. Methods 184 patients were divided into the coronary heart disease (CHD) group (n = 113) and the control group (n = 71) according to coronary angiography. The correlations between the level of Cys-C, HbA1c and Gensini score and coronary vessel lesions were investigated. Results The levels of Cys-C and HbA1c of CHD group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The levels of Cys-C and HbA1c were positively correlated with Gensini score (r = 0.452, 0.570; P < 0.05). The levels of Cys-C and HbA1c were positively correlated with coronary vessel lesions (P<0.001). Multivariate analysis showed Cys-C and HbA1c were significantly associated with Gensini score (β = 0.221, t = 2.516, P < 0.013;β=0.525, t = 6.342, P < 0.001). There was no significant correlation between the level of Cys-C and Gensini score in the subgroup A (r = 0.102, P = 0.418), and the level of Cys-C was positively correlated with Gensini score in the subgroup B (r=0.440, P<0.002). Conclusions The levels of Cys-C and HbA1c are independently associated with the severity and the vessels of the coronary stenosis. Clinically, the joint detections of the levels of Cys-C and HbA1c are a higher predictive value for coronary artery lesions.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of astragalus injection onβcells apoptosis of type 1 diabetes mice. Methods 32 mice were randomly divided into a control group, a diabetes group, a small dose group and a large dose group of astraglus. Except the control group, mice in the other 3 groups received intraperitoneal injection of STZ in order to induce diabetic mellitus. Then one week after injection of STZ, mice in the small dose group and the large dose group of astraglus were given 30, 60 g/(kg?d) doses of astragalus injection, while the other 2 groups were injected into an equal volume saline for 4 weeks. Serum NO, inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) and insulin levels were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method, and apoptosis was measured by using a TUNEL assay. Results Compared with the diabetes group, the serum NO (25.81 ± 2.09μmol/L, 18.84 ± 3.95μmol/L vs. 30.34 ± 2.53μmol/L) and iNOS (21.38 ± 4.48μmol/L, 17.00 ± 3.05μmol/L vs. 26.62 ± 2.48μmol/L) levels were significantly reduced in the small dose group and the large dose group of astragalus (P<0.05);But the insulin levels (312.19 ± 66.91 pmol/L, 330.14 ± 56.06 pmol/L vs. 273.56 ± 43.54 pmol/L) and apoptosis ofβcells (23.00%± 16.58%, 27.38%± 18.79%vs. 31.25%± 18.19%) were not significant different among the experimental groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Astragalus injection can reduce the iNOS activity and NO production, but can not effectively decreasingβcells apoptosis.

Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2011;20(4):345-347
Objective To study the visual attention of mild cognitive impairment patients (MCI)by eyes movement training. Meathods 48 mild cognitive impairment patients were divided into eye movement training group, finger training group and untreated control group by single-blind randomized block method. Then they were trained respectively three months. Event-related potentials (ERPs) were used to measure the face recognition of them before and after training. The amplitude and latency of P3b elicited by target stimuli and P3a elicited by new stimuli of the three said groups were compared and contrasted. Results After training, the amplitude of P1 elicted by novelty stimulus were larger in eye movement training group( (6.78 ± 1.55 ) μV) and in finger training group ( ( 5.43 ± 1.47 ) μV) than untreated control group ( ( 3.09 ± 0.98 ) μV) significantly, especially in the frontal area. The amplitude of P1 elicted by target stimulus were larger in eye movement training group( (6.75 ±2.01 ) μV)than in finger training group( (4.12 ± 1.33 )μV)and untreated control group( (3.45 ± 1.01 )μV)significantly, especially in the frontal area. The amplitude of P3a were larger in eye movement training group( ( 10. 19 ± 3.09)μV ) than in finger training group ( ( 7.57 ± 2.66 ) μV ) and untreated control group ( ( 6.06 ± 2.03 ) μV ) (P < 0.05,P<0.05) significantly, especially in the frontal area. The latency of P3a were earlier in eye movement training group( (390.67 ±55.03 ) ms) compared to finger training group( (428.55 ± 48.68 ) ms) and untreated control group( (435.89 ± 59.21 )ms)significantly, especially in the frontal region and central parietal area. Conclusion Eyes movement can improve the MCI patients' non-selective attention function, especially in frontal area. The finger execrises have no significant effect on visual attention.

Mingmei WANG ; Mengmeng XIE ; Dengna ZHU
Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(2):184-187
Refractory childhood epilepsy refers to those cases with dififcult control of epileptic attacks after at least two formal anticonvulsants treatment. Recently, ketogenic diet (KD), a high-fat, low-carbohydrate and adequate-protein diet, becomes an important method for the treatment of refractory epilepsy in children. Before employing KD, children should be checked to exclude known metabolic diseases. Although the mechanism of KD treatment is not entirely clear, it has a certain clinical curative effect. Many factors inlfuence the curative effect of KD. Most of the adverse effects of KD treatment are transient and can be recovered through active prevention and handling, which gives a generally good prognosis.
