Objective To study the visual attention of mild cognitive impairment patients (MCI)by eyes movement training. Meathods 48 mild cognitive impairment patients were divided into eye movement training group,finger training group and untreated control group by single-blind randomized block method. Then they were trained respectively three months. Event-related potentials (ERPs) were used to measure the face recognition of them before and after training. The amplitude and latency of P3b elicited by target stimuli and P3a elicited by new stimuli of the three said groups were compared and contrasted. Results After training,the amplitude of P1 elicted by novelty stimulus were larger in eye movement training group( (6.78 ± 1.55 ) μV) and in finger training group ( ( 5.43 ± 1.47 ) μV) than untreated control group ( ( 3.09 ± 0.98 ) μV) significantly, especially in the frontal area. The amplitude of P1 elicted by target stimulus were larger in eye movement training group( (6.75 ±2.01 ) μV)than in finger training group( (4.12 ± 1.33 )μV)and untreated control group( (3.45 ± 1.01 )μV)significantly, especially in the frontal area. The amplitude of P3a were larger in eye movement training group( ( 10. 19 ± 3.09)μV ) than in finger training group ( ( 7.57 ± 2.66 ) μV ) and untreated control group ( ( 6.06 ± 2.03 ) μV ) (P ＜ 0.05,P＜0.05) significantly,especially in the frontal area. The latency of P3a were earlier in eye movement training group( (390.67 ±55.03 ) ms) compared to finger training group( (428.55 ± 48.68 ) ms) and untreated control group( (435.89 ± 59.21 )ms)significantly, especially in the frontal region and central parietal area. Conclusion Eyes movement can improve the MCI patients' non-selective attention function, especially in frontal area.The finger execrises have no significant effect on visual attention.

With the increasingly aging population,osteoporosis morbidity had been gradually increased and the incidence of the hips and vertebral fractures showed a trend of rapid growth,which brought great pain and economic burden to patients and society.There were a variety of anti-osteoporosis drugs clinically,which interfere with the development of osteoporosis via multi-approaches to reduce the clinical symptoms and improve their quality of life.In this paper,the author aimed to make a review of the research progress of anti-osteoporosis drug clinical application.

Objective To study the correlations between the levels of inhibition C (Cys-C), glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) and the coronary lesion. Methods 184 patients were divided into the coronary heart disease (CHD) group (n = 113) and the control group (n = 71) according to coronary angiography. The correlations between the level of Cys-C, HbA1c and Gensini score and coronary vessel lesions were investigated. Results The levels of Cys-C and HbA1c of CHD group were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The levels of Cys-C and HbA1c were positively correlated with Gensini score (r = 0.452, 0.570; P < 0.05). The levels of Cys-C and HbA1c were positively correlated with coronary vessel lesions (P<0.001). Multivariate analysis showed Cys-C and HbA1c were significantly associated with Gensini score (β = 0.221, t = 2.516, P < 0.013;β=0.525, t = 6.342, P < 0.001). There was no significant correlation between the level of Cys-C and Gensini score in the subgroup A (r = 0.102, P = 0.418), and the level of Cys-C was positively correlated with Gensini score in the subgroup B (r=0.440, P<0.002). Conclusions The levels of Cys-C and HbA1c are independently associated with the severity and the vessels of the coronary stenosis. Clinically, the joint detections of the levels of Cys-C and HbA1c are a higher predictive value for coronary artery lesions.

Objective To study the effect of long‐acting nitrate on cardiac function and expression of AngⅡreceptor (ATR)subtypes in kidneys of chronic heart failure (CHF)rats after myocardial infarction .Methods Ninety male Wistar rats aged 10 weeks were randomly divided into control group (group A ,n=9) ,sham operation group (group B ,n=8) ,HF model group (group C ,n=9) , low Elantan dose group (group D ,n=9) ,high Elantan dose group (group E ,n=9) ,olmesartan group (group F ,n=9) ,and combined high Elantan dose and olmesartan group (group G ,n=8) .A HF model was established by ligating the left anterior descending artery .The animals received gastric drugs for 6 weeks .Their cardiac function was assyed by ultrasound echocardiography and expressions of AT1 R and AT2 R were detected by RT‐PCR and Western blot ,respectively .Results The PRA and AngⅡexpression levels were significantly higher ,the AT1 R expression level was significantly higher and the AT2 R expression level was significantly lower in group C than in group B (P<0 .01 ,P<0 .05) .The PRA and AngⅡexpression levels were significantly lower ,the AT1 R expression level was significantly lower and the AT2 R expression level was significantly higher in groups E‐G than in group C (P<0 .05 ,P<0 .01) .The receptor expression levels were much higher in group G than in group F (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Long‐term use of long‐acting nitrate can effectively improve cardiac function and protect renal function .

The acupuncture manipulation is an important factor for achieving a good therapeutic effect in acupuncture practice.The authors review recent studies on acupuncture manipulation and its qualification from a) differences of the therapeutic effects of acupuncture manipulation,b) quantification of acupuncture manipulations,and c) instruments for delivering and sampling the analogued parameters of different acupuncture manipulations,computer analysis software,etc.Most studies revealed that different acupuncture manipulations had different clinical efficacies.Meanwhile,researches on the quantification of acupuncture manipulations and some related instruments also have made a bigger progress.Nevertheless,there still exist many problems,such as difficulties of various acupuncture techniques in unification in clinic,stronger personal subjectivity in performing manipulations,etc.We should overcome these problems and conduct more researches,so as to raise the clinical curative effect further.

Objective To investigate the performances and characteristics of femoro-acetabular impingement (FAI)on MSCT. Methods Hips jointed MSCT scans of 109 cases (as case group)and the other 120 cases (as control group)were analyzed retrospec-tively,to analyze the anatomy and osseous abnomality of FAI.Alpha angle,offset,CE angle were measured.The data were tested by using t test and ANOVA test.Results There were 57 cases of osseous protuberance at the femoral head and neck joint,26 cases of the offset reduction,17 cases of over-coverage acetabulum,41 cases of over-deep acetabulum,20 cases of acetabular retroversion,57 cases of subcortical cystic degeneration at the femoral head and neck joint and 22 cases of subchondral cystic degeneration at the ace-tabulum margin.Significant statistical differences were found between case group and control group in alpha angle value,offset and CE angle (P<0.05).Multiple comparisons demonstrated that except results between the value of alpha angle of Cam-type and Mixed-type(P=0.071),Pincer-type and the control group(P=0.083)with no statistical significance,the differences between any other two groups reached statistical significance (P<0.05).Multiple comparisons demonstrated that except result between the value of offset of Cam-type and Mixed-type(P=0.561)with no statistical significance,the differences between any other two groups reached statistical significance (P<0.05).Multiple comparisons demonstrate that except results between the value of CE angle Pin-cer-type and Mixed-type (P=0.444),Cam-type and the control group (P=0.236)with no statistical significance,the differences be-tween any other two groups reached statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Different type of FAI has its unique anatomical features.Alpha angle,offsetand CE angle for the diagnosis of FAI have important reference values.

Objective To approach the feasibility of the development and routinely carrying out of gynecological analgesia. Methods A total of 286 pregnant women, 58 were primiparae with full-term fetus and 228 were for mid-term delivery or induced abortion, were enrolled in present study. The combined lumbar-epidural analgesia (CLEA) and the patient-controlled epidural analgesia (PCEA) were given to the primiparae and the ones for mid-term delivery, and the intravenous anesthesia was given to those for induced abortion. Results Among the primiparae and the ones for mid-term delivery, VAS scores were rapidly reduced from 87.7?12.5 and 51.1?14.1 to 8.7?8.8 and 10.6?6.2, respectively, within 3 minutes by CLEA, the effective rates of analgesia were 94% and 100%, respectively. For all of them the Bromage evaluation was in 0 degree. After the induction of labor, no algesia memory existed in the women for induced abortion, the operative time was 15.28?2.57 minutes, the dosage of propoful was 162.9?39.8 mg (about 3mg/kg), and the dosage of fentanyl was 0.05 mg. The incidence of hypotension after intravenous anesthesia was 5.8%. Conclusions Intravenous anesthesia with propoful may remit the panic and fearful sense of pregnant women to induced abortion, and reduce the pain during operation. It is suggested to develop widely and carry out routinely the intravenous anesthesia as an effective and safe technique in gynecological analgesia.

Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of Voriconazole on invasive fungal infections in very elderly patients.Methods Clinical data of 24 very elderly patients with invasive fungal infections who had sought treatment at the Department of Geriatrics of our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were retrospectively investigated.The classifications and quantities of fungi,accompanying symptoms,adverse reactions,blood tests,and liver and kidney function indicators were recorded and analyzed before and after treatment.Results Each of the 24 cases was found to have been infected with one or more of 17 fungal strains belonging to the genus of Candida.The rate of complete fungal elimination after treatment was 70％ (12/17).Of the 24 cases,5 achieved a full recovery(20.8 ％),10 (41.7 ％) had significant improvement,5 (20.8 ％) had some improvement,and 4 cases(16.7％)showed no therapeutic benefits,with a total effectiveness rate of 62.5 ％.There was no significant difference in liver and kidney function before and after treatment(P＞0.05).A transient increase in serum creatinine occurred in 1 case and defective vision in another patient during Voriconazole treatment.Conclusions The incidence of invasive fungal infections is high in very elderly patients,with Candida as the main pathogen.Voriconazole is effective in treating invasive fungal infections in very elderly patients,and close monitoring of liver and kidney function is required during voriconazole treatment.

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of total flavone of haw-thorn leaf ( TFHL) on p38MAPK signaling pathway and inflammation factors in rats brain with chronic cere-bral ischemia.Methods SPF class healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into sham group, model group,TFHL group and Ginkgo leaf group( 12 rats in each group) .Permanent bilateral carotid artery ligation was used to prepare chronic cerebral ischemia model.Morris water maze method was used to evaluate learn-ing and memory abilities of rats.Immunohistochemistry and Western blot methods were used to measure the expression of caspase-3 and p38MAPK proteins.ELISA method was used to measure the amounts of TNF-αand IL-1βin hippocampal tissue.Results Compared with the model group,TFHL treatment (36 d) can im-prove learning and memory capabilities of vascular dementia rats,shorten the escape latency ( TFHL group(10.01±2.85) s vs Model group (19.54±6.12) s, P<0.05) and the course of searching platform(TFHL group(2.6044±0.3219)m vs model group(3.3502±0.6231)m, P<0.05),increase the numbers of crossing the platform (TFHL group(5.17±2.12) times vs Model group (3.96±1.34) time,s P<0.05) and the platform quadrant swimming distance percentage (TFHL group(48.22±7.39)%vs model group (33.42±5.32) %, P<0.01).The number of caspase-3 positive cells in the hippocampus significantly reduced (TFHL group(1.677 ±0.164) vs Model group (2.387±0.171), P<0.05),the expression level of P38MAPK protein (TFHL group (0.0161±0.0003) vs Model group (0.0254±0.0018), P<0.05),TNF-α(TFHL group(19.61±3.61) ng/10 mg vs Model group (27.82±6.57) ng/10 mg, P<0.01)and IL-1β(TFHL group(24.41±2.56) ng/10 mg vs Model group (29.43±5.26) ng/10 mg, P<0.05) were significantly decreased.Conclusion TFHL plays a protective role in nerve function of the chronic cerebral ischemia rats.The mechanism of its antia-poptosis might be associated with the activation of P 38MAPK signaling pathway,inflammation and the apoptosis of neurons in the brain.

Objective To summarize the clinical features,treatment and prognosis of bullous systemic lupus erythematosus (BSLE).Methods Clinical data were collected from 6 cases of BSLE between May 2009 and September 2015,and were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 6 patients,2 were male and 4 were female.The mean age of onset was 34 years.All the 6 patients presented with tense blisters and bullae arising on an erythematous base or normal skin,which were arranged in an annular pattern in 3 patients.The SLE Disease Activity Index (SLEDAI) score was ＞ 4 in all the 6 patients.Histopathological examination showed subepidermal blisters or fissures in all the patients.Direct immunofluorescence (DIF) revealed continuous linear deposition of immunoglobulin G (IgG),IgM and IgA in all the patients,linear deposition of C3 in 4 patients,and linear deposition of Clq in 2 patients at the basement membrane zone (BMZ).All the 6 patients were treated with oral glucocorticoids and hydroxychloroquine,and 2 patients were additionally treated with cyclophosphamide.During the follow-up period,adverse reactions to different extents were observed in the 6 patients.Conclusions BSLE mainly occurs in young and middle-aged people.Histopathologically,subepidermal blisters or fissures can be observed with linear deposition of IgG,IgM,IgA,or C3 along the basement membrane zone on DIF.
