Objective To investigate the correlation between the types of constitution in TCM and the sleep status in the PLA Navy divers. Methods Eighty-nine PLA Navy divers who performed 10m diving professional training were selected. Constitution in TCM was classified and determined by the standardized standard Constitution in Chinese Medicine Questionnaire, sleep status was evaluated by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. Results 62.9% of Navy divers were the mild constitution in TCM. The eight kinds of the biased constitution in TCM are ranked with yang deficiency, phlegm-dampness, dampness-heat, qi deficiency, yin deficiency, blood stasis, qi stagnation and special intrinsic quality. Among 78 Navy divers with good sleep quality, there were 49 divers (72.1%) with the mild constitution in TCM and 19 (27.9%) with the biased constitution in TCM. Among 21 Navy divers with poor sleep quality, there were 7 divers (33.3%) with the mild constitution in TCM (accounting for) and 14 (66.7%) with the biased constitution in TCM. For Navy divers with poor sleep quality, the sleep quality scores were positive correlated with the blood stasis constitution in TCM (r=0.481,P<0.05). Conclusion Sleep status is correlated with the types of the constitution in TCM, and regulating constitution in TCM can improve sleep quality in PLA Navy divers.

8.Research progress on the current situation of reproductive health knowledge-attitude-practice and its influencing factors of female floating population
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2016;22(17):2499-2502
With the increase of the number of floating population, the proportion of female floating population in the total number of mobile population is also growing. Most of the female floating population is at the age of childbearing age,and their lack of knowledge of reproductive health and incorrect attitude and behavior is one of the main reasons for their not optimistic reproductive health status. This paper mainly analyzes the current status of reproductive health knowledge and behavior of female floating population and its influencing factors,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving the reproductive health of female migrant population in the future.
9.Clinical analysis of solitary sphenoid sinus disease.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2008;22(2):70-72
OBJECTIVE:
To explore the clinical characters and treatment on solitary sphenoidal sinus disease thus improve the initial diagnosis accuracy and curative rate together with avoiding severe complications.
METHOD:
Forty-six cases were included in the study. The clinical manifestations, medical imaging characteristics and type of pathology and surgical treatment efficacy were analyzed retrospectively.
RESULT:
The main symptoms were headache and visual lesion. Medical image showed pace occupying lesion and partial destruction of bone. Pathological exams showed 8 cases with sphenoiditis, 19 cases with fungal infection, 10 cases with cysts and 9 cases with polyposis. All the patients underwent open sphenoidal surgery with nasal endoscope. After a follow-up of over 6 months, most of the patients' symptoms had been obviously relieved. And the entrance to sphenoid was patent with smooth sinus wall and no secretion in sinus cavity.
CONCLUSION
There is no specificity with solitary sphenoidal sinus disease. Pre-operation diagnosis rate can be improved with the help of nasal endoscope and CT or MRI. Nasal sinus surgery with nasal endoscope may be the first choice for treatment.

Siqi ZHANG ; Mengling LI ; Yuelan QIN ; Zhen LI
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2021;27(15):2020-2026
Objective:To systematically review the influencing factors of nurses' clinical alarm response behavior. Methods:PubMed, Web of Science, Google Scholar, Spischolar, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and other databases were searched from January 2004 to December 2019. Relevant studies on the influencing factors of nurses' clinical alarm response were searched, and the quality of articles meeting the inclusion criteria was evaluated, the contents were extracted and analyzed. Results:A total of 11 English articles were included, including 10 descriptive studies and 1 cohort study. Finally, 5 influencing factors ( P<0.01) related to nurses' response to clinical alarms were extracted, which were a large number of false alarms ( OR=0.84, 95% CI: 0.82-0.86) , nurses' risk assessment of patients' condition ( OR=0.77, 95% CI: 0.71-0.82) , clinical noise and multiple alarms ( OR=0.87, 95% CI: 0.85-0.89) , effective management of alarms ( OR=0.50, 95% CI: 0.43-0.58) and insufficient nursing staff ( OR=0.63, 95% CI: 0.57-0.68) . There is a lack of strong evidence on whether the nurses' work experience, clinical nurses' team cooperation degree, clinical alarm type identification, clinical alarm duration and working hours were the influencing factors of nurses' clinical alarm response. Conclusions:Nurses' clinical alarm response is affected by many factors. Targeted management should be carried out to improve response efficiency. More in-depth observational researches or intervention researches are suggested to be carried out to further improve the quality of nursing services.
