Objective To investigate the relationship between different genotype infection and multiple infection of human papil‐lomavirus(HPV) with cervical lesions among the women in Northeast region of Sichuan province .Methods The cervical exfoliated cells in 213 women with HPV infection were performed the HPV genetype detection by the gene chip technique and the cervical le‐sion degree was also detected .Results 213 cases of cervial lesion with positive HPV infection were divided into five groups accord‐ing to pathological examination results :chronic inflammation(110 cases) ,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) Ⅰ (21 cases) ,CINⅡ (26 cases ) ,CIN Ⅲ (28 cases ) and cervical cancer (28 cases) .The high risk HPV infection was dominated by the genotype HPV16 ,58 ,33 ,18 and the low risk HPV infection was dominated by the HPV genotype 11 ,6 .The HPV genotype HPV11/6/16 , HPV16/33 ,HPV16/6 ,HPV16/58 and HPV16/18 infection were most common in the chronic cervial inflammation ,CIN Ⅰ ,CINⅡ ,CIN Ⅲ and cervical cancer groups .The constituent ratio of different cervical lesions had statistical difference between the simple high risk HPV infection group and the low risk HPV infection group (χ2 = 41 .01 ,P< 0 .01) .The simple genotyps and the mixed genotype HPV infection had no influence on the cervical lesion degree(χ2 = 5 .74 ,P> 0 .05) .Conclusion HPV 16 ,58 ,33 ,18 are the main high risk HPV genotypes among women in the northeast region of Sichuan province ,HPV 16 is significantly related with the cervial lesion degree ;multiple HPV genotype infection does not promote the progress of cervical lesion .

We report a case of a male patient who developed persistent fever and central nervous system symptoms after eating raw snails for 10 days. The patient was diagnosed with Angiostrongyliasis depended on the clinical presentation, epidemiological history, and etiological results. The patient recovered after receiving albendazole anthelmintic and dexamethasone anti-inflammatory therapy. This article incorporates literature review to sort out the diagnosis and treatment of this patient, in order to provide feasible reference for clinicians.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2022;43(8):1166-1169
Objective:
To understand poor oral habits of preschool children and related factors, so as to provide evidence for child oral health promotion.
Methods:
A total of 3 094 preschool children from 12 kindergartens in Wuhan and Ezhou were selected by cluster sampling method. Basic demographic information and child poor oral habits were evaluated through questionnaire survey. Chi square test was used for univariate analysis and binary Logistic regression was performed for multivariate analysis.
Results:
About 33.5% of preschoolers were found to have poor oral habits. Among them, biting nails and toys (4.4%), sucking fingers ( 3.8% ), mouth breathing (3.7%) ranked the highest. Multivariate analysis showed that only child( OR =1.26), picky eaters( OR =1.30), and exposure to second hand smoke ( OR =1.69) were associated with poor oral habits, while living in cities( OR =0.58), high family economic status ( OR =0.66), and good health ( OR =0.37), balanced diet ( OR =0.71), maternal high school education ( OR =0.72) were associated with better oral habits( P <0.05).
Conclusion
Preschool children s oral habits are affected by variable factors, attention should be paid to children who are the only child of the family, picky eaters, living in rural areas, and those exposed to second hand smoke.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2018;41(11):883-888
In recent years , with the increasing of immunocompromised patients , Trichosporon spp. has become a more and more significant clinical opportunistic pathogen .Medical staff should enhance the clinical awareness to this pathogen . In this paper , the classification , virulence factor and pathogenic mechanism, infections, diagnostic methods of laboratory , antifungal susceptibility and treatment of Trichosporon spp. were reviewed systematically . Trichosporon asahii is the major pathogen of invasive infections.Biofilm formation and enzyme production will promote its ability to escape from antifungal drugs and host immune responses .Matrix assisted laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry has the advantages of accurate , fast and low cost for identification of Trichosporon spp., and zoles is the first-line treatment for invasive infections .

Objective:To investigate the relationship between thyroid autoimmunity and pregnancy outcome in patients with unexplained recurrent abortion. Methods:A retrospective cohort study of 354 patients with normal thyroid function with recurrent abortion of unknown cause admitted to Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat-sen University from January 2015 to June 2022 was used to detect thyroid antibody and thyroid function levels during pregnancy or early pregnancy. They were divided into TAI group ( n=144) and non-TAI group ( n=210) according to whether thyroid autoimmunity (TAI) was complicated or not. Tracking pregnancy outcomes. Results:Compared with the non-TAI group, the TAI group had a higher proportion of pregnancy outcomes resulting in miscarriage [42.4%(61/144) vs 27.1%(57/210), P=0.004]. In patients with unexplained recurrent abortion, TAI significantly increased the risk of spontaneous abortion [ OR(95% CI): 2.13(1.34, 3.41), P=0.001]. Positive TPOAb or TgAb also increased the risk of spontaneous abortion [ OR(95% CI): 2.18(1.37, 3.50), P=0.001; OR(95% CI): 2.33(1.31, 4.13), P=0.004]. TAI, TPOAb and TgAb had no significant interaction with age ( P=0.482, 0.724, 0.740). Conclusions:TAI is positively associated with the risk of spontaneous abortion in patients with unexplained recurrent abortion. TAI may be a potential risk factor for unexplained recurrent abortion, expanding the diagnosis and treatment of unexplained recurrent abortion.

Journal of Public Health and Preventive Medicine 2021;32(4):105-108
Objective To investigate the occurrence of maternal stress under the epidemic, and analyze its relevant factors, to provide a reference for improving pregnancy quality and psychological counseling services during pregnancy. Methods From April to July 2020, 293 pregnant women from maternity and childcare hospital in Wuhan and Huanggang were selected as the subjects of the cross-sectional survey. Results The average score of the PSS pressure scale for pregnant women was (17.75±6.07), among which no/mild, moderate and severe stress accounted for 22.8%, 63.1% and 14.1%, respectively. According to multiple linear regression analysis, the factors affecting the maternal stress level of pregnant women are poor psychological resilience (β=-0.206, 95% CI: -0.288~-0.124), low family income (β=-0.370, 95% CI: -0.729~-0.012), excessively fearful about their babies (β=1.775, 95% CI: 0.640~2.910) and themselves (β=1.695, 95% CI: 0.625~2.766) about infected with the new virus. Conclusion The present study explores the factors related to maternal stress and depression during the epidemic. For pregnant women with high psychological stress, it is recommended that medical staff and family members should take care of them in a timely manner, strengthen their social support, and provide psychological counseling positively in order to improve pregnant women's psychological mood and promote maternal and infant health.
