1.The absolute quantitative analysis of cingulate cortex metabolites in preschool children with autism spectrum disorder using proton MR spectroscopy

Objective To investigate the metabolite changes in the preschool children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) using MR spectroscopy (MRS) and explore the associations between image findings and clinical variables, which may provide a noninvasive brain biochemical method for the early diagnosis and prevention of autism. Methods Twenty one cases of preschool ASD children (3-6 years old) and age-and sex-matched 20 preschool healthy controls underwent single voxel short (SVS) short TE (TE=30 ms) MRS. The absolute metabolite concentrations in the anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) , anterior middle anterior cingulate cortex (aMCC) and posterior cingulate (PCC) were quantitatively analyzed using LCModel software. Two independent sample t tests were used for analysis. The relationships between metabolite concentrations and diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders (DSM-IV) , childhood autism rating scale (CARS) and autism behavior checklist (ABC) were analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Results Compared to control subjects, ASD patients had significantly lower N-acetylaspartate (NAA) values (4.35 ± 0.80, 6.34±0.82, 8.04±0.97 mmol/L respectively) in ACC, aMCC and PCC (t=2.640, P=0.012;t=2.182, P=0.035;t=3.343, P=0.002) , had significantly lower choline (Cho) 1.32±0.22 mmol/L (t=2.905, P=0.006) and glutamine and glutamate complex (Glx) 10.02 ± 0.88 mmol/L (t=2.090, P=0.043) in PCC. Cho, total creatine (tCr) , myo-Inositol (MI) and Glx levels did not differ between groups in other aforementioned regions (P>0.05). Negative correlations between the NAA ualues in the PCC and CARS (r=-0.504, P=0.020) were detected, and no significant correlation among DSM-IV, CARS, ABC and other metabolite values (P>0.05). Condnsions The biochemical changes in the preschool children with ASD in cingulate reflect the neuronal loss, structural or functional damage and cell membrane enzyme metabolic dysfunctions, may reveal the pathological basis of ASD. These results may provide noninvasive and quantitative methods for the diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of ASD child.
3.Observation of efficacy of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-released tablets combined with nerve block in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

Objective:To explore the efficacy of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-released tablets combined with nerve block in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:From January 2014 to December 2018, 120 patients with postherpetic neuralgia in the People's Hospital of Qing County were divided into observation group and control group according to the random digital table method, with 60 cases in each group.Both two groups were treated with antiviral therapy.On this basis, the control group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-released tablets, while the observation group was treated with oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-released tablets combined with nerve block therapy for 28 days.The VAS scores before and after treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was (2.22±0.93)points, which was significantly lower than (5.61±1.01)points of the control group, the difference was statistically significant( t=2.915, P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.3%(59/60), which was significantly higher than 63.3%(38/60) in the control group (χ 2=23.720, P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups( P>0.05). Conclusion:Oxycodone acid sustained-released tablets combined with nerve block in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia has obvious effect, which has less adverse reactions, and better clinical application value.
4.The effects of sensorimotor training on the risk of falls in hospitalized elderly patients with schizophrenic

Objective:To explore the intervention effect of sensorimotor training on cognitive function, balance and fall risk of elderly patients with schizophrenia.Methods:The 60 hospitalized elderly schizophrenic patients in Wuxi Mental Health Center were randomly divided into experimental group and control group from June to September 2021, with 30 cases in each group. The control group implemented traditional exercise on the basis of routine nursing. The experimental group received 8-week and 24 times sensorimotor training on the basis of the routine nursing. The Chinese version of the Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) was used to assess the cognitive level of patients, the Modified Morse Fall Scale (MMFS) was used to assess the risk of falls, and the Berg Balance Scale (BBS) was used to assess the balance function.Results:After 8 weeks of intervention, the total score of MMSE was (26.72 ± 1.71), higher than the total score of the control group (22.36 ± 1.93), the factor scores of temporal orientation, spatial orientation, recollection, attention and calculation, memory and language ability in the experimental group were (4.90 ± 0.31), (4.72 ± 0.53), (2.86 ± 0.35), (4.66 ± 0.61), (2.83 ± 0.47), (6.76 ± 1.09), higher than scores of the control group (4.36 ± 0.56), (3.93 ± 0.66), (2.57 ± 0.50), (3.64 ± 1.03), (2.18 ± 0.67), (5.68 ± 1.02), and the difference was statistically significant( t values were 2.53-9.06, all P< 0.05). The total score of MMFS in the experimental group was (5.93 ± 1.49), which was lower than that in the control group (8.75 ± 2.30). The difference was statistically significant ( t=-5.51, P<0.01). The total score of BBS in the experimental group was (38.83 ± 1.71), which was higher than that in the control group (30.89 ± 1.93). The difference was statistically significant ( t=16.43, P<0.01). Conclusions:Sensorimotor training can improve the level of balance, cognitive function and reduce the risk of falls in elderly patients with schizophrenia.
5.Functions of participatory ergonomics programs in reducing work-related musculoskeletal disorders

Work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) are most commonly seen in all the occupational non-fatal injuries and illnesses for workers,especially those who are involved in labor-intensive industries.Participatory ergonomics is frequently used to prevent musculoskeletal disorders.This paper gives an overview of a historical perspective on the use of participatory ergonomics approach in reducing the health effects of labor-intensive industries.Progress,barriers and facilitators on the organization,implementation and evaluation of participatory ergonomics programs are studied.Participatory ergonomics seems a successful method to develop,prioritize measures to prevent MSDs.Participatory ergonomics can help industries reduce musculoskeletal injuries and disorders,improve workplace condition and promote health conditions of the workers.
6.Relationship between middle school students bullying behavior and family environment and education style

Objective:
To understand the status quo of school bullying among middle school students in Anhui Province and its correlation with family environment and education methods of students related to school bullying, so as to provide corresponding prevention and controlling measures against school bullying.
Methods:
The investigation has been conducted on the occurrence of school bullying among middle school students ranging from junior grade one to senior grade three in Hefei, Wuhu, Fuyang of Anhui Province, during which up to 1 826 students information has been gathered through Questionnaire Atar Platform using the school bullying scale and self designed questionnaire. SPSS 26.0 statistical software has been applied for data analysis.
Results:
The incidence of bullying was 41.40%, and among them, 14.46% were reported to bully others, 39.59% of them were of being bullied, and 12.65% of them were reported of bullying others and being bullied at the same time. Multivariate Logistic regression corrected model showed that quiet relationship with mother ( OR=1.76, 95%CI =1.22-2.53) was a risk factor for the bully, quiet relationship with father( OR=1.89, 95%CI=1.47-2.43 ), reorganized family ( OR=2.28, 95%CI =1.22-4.29) were the risk factors for the bullied, quiet/poor relationship between parents ( OR=1.52, 95%CI=1.06-2.17; OR=3.15, 95%CI =1.79-5.57) was a risk factor for the bully-bullied; Punishment and abuse( OR=1.45, 95%CI=1.10-1.90; OR=1.82, 95%CI=1.48-2.23; OR=1.47, 95%CI = 1.10- 1.96) were risk factors for the above three behaviors( P <0.05).
Conclusion
The incidence of school bullying is influenced by family environment and rearing style. In daily life, parents should be mindful of maintaining a good family relationship, fostering active communication with child, which can reduce the occurrence of school bullying.
7. Analysis on working posture and risk evaluation on musculoskeletal disorders among workers in greenhouse vegetable plantation

OBJECTIVE: To identify the poor working posture on musculoskeletal disorders of workers in greenhouse vegetable plantation(hereinafter referred to as “vegetable workers”) in different planting stages, and to evaluate the risk grade of working posture. METHODS: A total of 28 vegetable workers in a greenhouse vegetable planting base in Shandong Province were taken as research subjects using convenient sampling method. Video data were collected from field observation. Working posture analysis system was used to code the working posture of vegetable workers. The composition of working posture was analyzed, and the risk grade of working posture was evaluated. RESULTS: In the planting and seedling period, the main poor working postures of workers were lumbar back leaning forward, legs squatting, lumbar back bending, and legs bending, and the composition ratios were 60.4%, 42.9%, 38.6% and 38.4% respectively. In the management period, the main poor working postures were neck forward, waist back bending, hands higher than elbows, and the composition ratios were 52.0%, 34.2% and 30.0% respectively. In the harvest period, the main poor working postures were neck leaning forward, one hand above elbow, lumbar back bending, walking and lumbar back leaning, and the composition ratios were 50.4%, 42.6%, 39.6%, 39.1% and 35.4% respectively. In the period of planting and seedling, management and harvest, there were 81.6%, 23.4% and 52.9% of the work position in the risk grade Ⅲ; there was 1.4% of the work position in the risk grade Ⅳ in the harvest period. CONCLUSION: Working postures with obvious hazards existed at different planting periods. Effective intervention measures should be taken to prevent the problems of poor working posture in greenhouse workers.
8.Design and Experimental Research of Synchronous Acquisition System of EMG and Blood Oxygen Signal.

In this study, a surface electromyography (sEMG) and blood oxygen signal real-time monitoring system is designed to explore the changes of physiological signals during muscle fatigue, so as to detect muscle fatigue. The analysis method of sEMG and the principle of blood oxygen detection are respectively introduced, and the system scheme is expounded. The hardware part of the system takes STM32 as the core. Conditioning module composition; blood oxygen signal acquisition is based on near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS), specifically including light source, light source driving, photoelectric conversion, signal conditioning and other modules. The system software part is based on the real-time uC/OS-III software system. The characteristic parameters of sEMG were extracted by isometric contraction local muscle fatigue experiment; the relative changes of oxyhemoglobin (HbO2) and deoxyhemoglobin (Hb) were calculated in the forearm blocking experiment, thereby verifying that the system collects two signals effectiveness.

9.The effects of electroacupuncture at and points of stomach on gastric motility, the NMDA of vagus nerve dorsal nucleus and serum NO expression in functional dyspepsia rats.

OBJECTIVETo research the central molecular mechanism of gastric motility in functional dyspepsia (FD) rats treated with electroacupuncture (EA) at and points of stomach.
METHODSA total of 30 SD rats were randomized into a blank group, a model group, a Zhongwan+Weishu group, a Weishu group and a Zhongwan group, 6 rats in each group. FD rats were established by moderate clipping tail infuriation and irregular feeding except in the blank group. EA was used at "Zhongwan"(CV 12),"Weishu"(BL 21), and"Zhongwan"(CV 12) +"Weishu"(BL 21) in the corresponding groups for 7 days, once a day, and 20 min a time. No intervention was used in the blank and model groups. Grabbing and fixation were applied in the model group. Gastric antrum motion range and frequency were recorded by gastrointestinal pressure transducer. The expression of subunit NR1 of N-methyl-D-aspartate recepter (NMDAR) in dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus (DMV) was determined by Western blotting. The content of serum nitric oxide (NO) was measured by ELISA.
RESULTSCompared with the blank group, the gastric antrum motion range and NR1 in the DMV decreased and the serum NO content increased in the model group (all <0.05). Compared with the model group, the gastric antrum motion range and NR1 in the DMV increased and the serum NO content decreased in the three EA groups (all <0.05). Compared with the Zhongwan and Weishu groups, the gastric antrum motion range and NR1 in the DMV increased in the Zhongwan + Weishu group (all <0.05). Compared with Zhongwan + Weishu and Zhongwan groups, the expression of NO in the Weishu group decreased (both <0.05). The gastric antrum motion frequency among the 5 groups had no statistical significance (all >0.05).
CONCLUSIONEA at the and points can regulate the gastric motility in FD rats which may be by modulating the activity of NMDAR in the central DMV region, thus regulating the serum NO content.

10.Ethical exploration of clinical research empowered by remote collection of digital health technology

In recent years, with the gradual maturity of achievable remote collection of digital health technology, more and more clinical research have applied this technology to improve the quality of data collection and reduce the burden on subjects. However, its technological characteristics of detachment from the diagnostic and treatment environment and real-time transmission of sensitive information also pose corresponding risks to the protection of subjects’ rights and interests and data standardization management, among which personal information protection and data control permissions are more prominent issues. Based on risk analysis and regulatory review, this paper explored the responsibilities of multiple parties, including the sponsors, researchers, clinical trial institutions, and ethics committee, as well as proposed five elements of special concern for ethical review, with a view to providing a reference for promoting the standardized development of digital health technology in clinical research.
