Objective To study the relationship between acute myocardial infarction with the distribution of ABO blood type antigen in patients with diabetes.Methods 2 052 patients with diabetes were selected.All patients had blood type records.The patients were divided into A blood type group(n=625),B blood type group(n=548),AB blood type group(n=204),O blood type group(n=675).Records were analyzed for the incidence of acute myocardial infarction.Results (1)The incidence rate of acute myocardial infarction in the A blood type group was 9.44%,which in the B blood type group was 8.03%,whith in the AB blood type group was 6.86%,which in the O blood type group was 5.19%,there was significant difference among the four groups(χ2=9.02,P<0.05).(2)For patients with diabetes,the incidence rate of acute myocardial infarction in the A blood type group was 9.44%,which was significantly higher than 6.52% in the non-A blood type group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.41,P<0.05).(3)For patients with diabetes,the incidence rate of acute myocardial infarction in the non-O blood type group was 8.50%,which was significantly higher than 5.19% in the O blood type group,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.24,P<0.05).Conclusion There is a correlation between acute myocardial infarction with ABO blood type in patients with diabetes.For patients with diabetes,the patients with A blood type develop acute myocardial infarction more often than patients with non-A blood type,patients with blood type non-O develop acute myocardial infarction more often than patients with blood type O.

To clone and express 27 kDa cysteine protease (CP) gene of Spirometra erinacei plerocercoid,and analyze the biology characteristics,a total of RNA was extracted from the plerocercoids and reversely transcribed into cDNA.The 27kDaCP gene was amplified by PCR and cloned into pM-19T vector for sequencing.The accurate sequence was subcloned into the expression vector pET-28a (+).The recombinant plasmid was transformed into Transetta (DE3) and the expression protein induced by IPTG.The recombinant protein was purified by Ni2 + affinity chromatography,and analyzed by SDS-PAGE and Western blotting.The 27 kDa CP gene and its expression protein were predicted and analyzed by bioinformatics analysis tools such as NCBI and ExPASy.Results showed that the ORF length of 27 kDa CP gene sequence was 1 011 bp,and the removed signal peptide sequence was 954 bp with the submission number of ANA52569 in GenBank.The whole sequence of 27 kDa CP (Mr 35 669.9,pI 5.92) was 317 amino acids conferred from cDNA,which belongs to the Peptidase_C39_like superfamily.The pET-28a (+)-27kDa-CP was expressed under the induction of IPTG.Western blotting analysis showed that the purified protein reach expectancy,and had better response with positive serum of Spirometra erinacei plerocercoid infection.In conclusion,the 27 kDa CP gene of Spirometra erinacei plerocercoid is successfully cloned and expressed and knowing coded sequences and bioinformatic.

Objective To explore the construction of TCM psychological crisis interventional theoretical system.Methods Based on the experience of TCM psychological medical group participated in the crisis intervention therapy after the earthquake,we draw a theoretical conclusion and made arrangement from the perspective of the disciplinary development of TCM psychology.Result We developed some assumptions to build the TCM psychological crisis intervention theory which conformed to the Chinese situation.Conclusion The building of crisis intervention theory must conform to Chinese situation and Can be applicable to lead the practice.The theory in this article should be enriched and improved in practice later.

Objective To develop a portbable incubator for on-site cultivation of microorganisms in foods and drinking water.Methods Cultivation temperature was set as required by the temperature for various microorganisms and PID was controlled via the single chip microcomputer and configuration screen .Then, the framework of the incubator was designed and assembled.Finally, the cultivation effect was tested .Results The incubator was compact and portable .The deviation of the temperature was in the range of 1℃.The hold time of self-contained power could exceed 8 h.In addition, the cultivation effect of our fabricated incubator was not significantly different from that of the commercial electro-heating standing-temperature cultivator used in laboratories .Conclusion The incubator is suitable for on-site detection of microorganisms in foods and drinking water , which is significant for spotting and removing the hidden dangers from microorganism contaminations in foods and drinking water in order to protect the health of soldiers .

Objective To investigate the prevalence and severity degree of post traumatic stress disorder(PTSD), anxiety and depression, and to explore the different mental profile in different groups involved with an earthquake. Methods 26 days after 8.0 grade earthquake in Wenchuan, psychological rescue team of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine went to some communities in Deyang and Mianzhu area of Sichuan province. In this period, a total of 119 survivors, including students(42), teacher(40) and masses(37), were investigated through impact of event scale (IES), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS). Results①The detection rate of score over 19 in IES in 3 groups (students, teacher and masses) were 69％, 80％ and 91.9％, respectively. There was significant difference among these 3 groups (F=5.611, P=0.005<0.01) in respect of severity degree of PTSD. ②The values of severity degree of anxiety in 3 groups were significant higher than normal value (P<0.001, all). There was also significant difference among these 3 groups (F=3.376, P=0.038<0.05) in respect of severity degree of anxiety, with the masses group being significant higher than student and teacher group (P=0.029, P=0.022, respectively). ③The values of severity degree of depression in these 3 groups were significant higher than normal value (P<0.05, all). But there was no significant difference (F= 0.670, P=0.514) among these 3 groups. ConclusionThe results suggested the importance to assess PTSD, anxiety and depression in post-disaster area, especially PTSD and anxiety evaluations in the masses group.

Objective:To observe any effect of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) on the cognition of stroke survivors and the integrity of their white matter fibers.Methods:Thirty persons with post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) were randomly divided into an experimental group ( n=15) and a control group ( n=15). In addition to basic drug therapy and routine cognition training, the experimental group received 20 minutes of tDCS daily, 5 days per week for 3 weeks, while the control group received sham tDCS stimulation. Before and after the treatment, both groups′ cognitive functioning was evaluated using the mini-mental state examination (MMSE) and the Montreal cognitive assessment scale (MoCA). Their ability in the activities of daily living (ADL) was quantified using the modified Barthel index (MBI). Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) was employed to observe any changes in the integrity of their white matter fibers. Results:The average MMSE, MOCA and MBI scores of both groups had improved significantly after the treatment, but the improvement in the experimental group was significantly greater than among the controls. The average fractional anisotroposy value of the affected inferior fronto-occipital fasciculus in both groups was positively correlated with the group′s average MMSE score and MoCA score.Conclusion:tDCS can effectively improve the cognition and functioning in the activities of daily living of stroke survivors. Its mechanism may be related to improving the integrity of the white matter fibers involved.

Objective To observe the value of radiomics models and nomogram model based on two-dimensional ultrasound and automated breast volume scanning(ABVS)for predicting molecular types of breast cancer.Methods Data of 326 female patients of single breast cancer confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were randomly divided into training set(n=260)or validation set(n=66)at the ratio of 8∶2,and further divided into Luminal subgroup and non-Luminal subgroup.Radiomics features were extracted based on two-dimensional ultrasound of breast and ABVS imaging,then model2DUS,modelABVS and modelcombined radiomics were constructed,respectively.Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to screen independent factors for predicting molecular types of breast cancer,and nomogram model(modelnomogram)was constructed combined with independent factors and radiomics Radscores.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to evaluate the efficacy of each model for molecular type of breast cancer.Results The maximum diameter of tumor(OR=1.029)and the retraction phenomenon(OR=0.408)were both independent predictive factors for molecular type of breast cancer(both P＜0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of model2DUS,modelABVS.modelcombined radiomics and modelnomogram for predicting molecular type of breast cancer in validation set was 0.67,0.75,0.84 and 0.83,respectively.No significant difference of AUC of modelcombined radiomics and modelnomogram was found(P＞0.05),which were both higher than AUC of model2DUs and modelABVS(all P＜0.05).Conclusion Combined radiomics model and nomogram model based on two-dimensional ultrasound and ABVS could effectively predict molecular type of breast cancer.

Objective To analyze the clinical features and prognosis of anti-leucine rich glioma inactivated protein 1 (LGI1) encephalitis.Methods Twelve encephalitis patients with anti-LGI1 antibodies were collected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from June 2015 to December 2016.The clinical manifestations,electroencephalogram,laboratory examination and imaging findings were summarized and the prognosis was observed.The modified Rankin Scale (mRS) was used for evaluation before and after treatment.Results The major clinical features included memory deficit (10/12),spatial disorientation (7/12),epilepsy with generalized tonic-clonic seizures (9/12),faciobrachial dystonic seizures (7/12),hyponatremia (5/12),mental and behavioral abnormalites (1/12),light sleep (1/12),increased sleep (3/12),aphasis (4/12),dysphagia,choking (2/12),headache (1/12),dizziness (2/12),fatigue (2/12),ataxia (2/12),bradycardia (3/12),urinary disorders (2/12),intestinal obstruction (1/12),diarrhea (1/12).Admission mRS score was found to be three in eight cases,four in four cases.The abnormal electroencephalogram was found in six cases,mainly manifested as focal or diffuse slow wave,some accompanied by epileptic wave.MRI scan of brain showed abnormal signals in four cases,mainly involved medial temporal lobe,hippocampus,basal ganglia,while one patient avoided MRI scan due to implantation of pacemaker.Two patients presented with pulmonary nodules,one case with positive thyroid antibody and increased rheumatoid factor.The follow-up after treatment showed no one died;mRS score was two in two cases,one in nine cases and zero in one case;the sequelae were memory deficit,increased sleep,faciobrachial dystonic seizures.Conclusions Anti-LGI1 encephalitis is a treatable disease,cardinal clinical features of which are seizures,cognitive disorders,hyponatremia.Immunotherapy can improve the symptoms of the disease significantly,and the prognosis is better comparatively.

Chaenomelis Fructus is a traditional medicinal material derived from dry near-mature fruit of Chaenomeles speciosa (Sweet) Nakai. Chaenomelis Fructus has efficacy of leveling liver and relaxing tendons, harmonizing the stomach and resolving dampness. As the limit of the usage of available forest land, cultivated ginseng in the farmland would become the mainly Chaenomelis Fructus planting mode, meanwhile the non-polluted production technology would be the mainly development direction in the future. In this study, the non-polluted cultivation technology system of Chaenomelis Fructus was established based on the research results of field investigation in the cultivated regions. The system includes suitable planting regions selecting, planting method, field management, pest control and quality control. In order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of the cropland industry of Chaenomelis Fructus, the new varieties of good quality cultivated in farmland and the comprehensive prevention and control platform of disease and insect pest are put forward in this paper.
