1.Effects of group reminiscence therapy on the negative emotions of the elderly in pension sectors

Objective:To explore the effects and feasibility of group reminiscence therapy on improving the negative emotions of the elderly inpension sectors.Methods:From April to June 2019, using convenient sampling method, a total of 19 elderly people who volunteered and met the selection criteria at two pension sectors in Beijing were selected to participate in a four-week group reminiscence therapy. The scores of the negative emotions, pulse rate changes, behavior changes, and facial photo changes of each subject before and after the intervention were compared, and the relationship between the changes in the negative emotion score and the number of participations was analyzed to evaluate the intervention effect.Results:After intervention, the elderly negative emotion scale score increased and the pulse rate increased, and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before the intervention ( P<0.01) .After the intervention, 15 of the 16 subjects showed observable facial expression changes, and the expression changes after each intervention were different. According to the caregiver's feedback, compared with that before the intervention, the study subjects had different degrees of positive behavioral changes after the intervention. There was no correlation between the change of negative emotion score and the times of participation in the elderly ( P>0.05) . Conclusions:Group reminiscence therapy can significantly improve the negative emotions of elderly people in nursing homes, and has a positive effect on emotional mobilization, which can be used as a normalizing intervention for elderly people to intervene in mental health in nursing homes.
2.Zoledronate regulates osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption in high glucose through p38 MAPK pathway.

OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the effect of zoledronate (ZOL) on osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption under high glucose, and the regulation mechanism of p38 mitogen activated kinase (p38 MAPK) signaling pathway in this process.
METHODS:
RAW264.7 cells were divided into four groups: low group, high group, low+ZOL group and high+ZOL group after induced into osteoclasts. Cell proliferation activity was determined by MTT assay. The migration of RAW264.7 cells were examined Optical microscopy. Immunofluorescence microscopy was used to observe the cytoskeleton and sealing zones of osteoclasts. After adding group 5: high + ZOL + SB203580 group, trap staining was used to identify the number of positive osteoclasts in each group. The number and area of resorption lacunae were observed by SEM. The mRNA and protein expression of osteoclast related factors were detected by real-time PCR and Western blotting.
RESULTS:

CONCLUSIONS
High glucose inhibits osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption. ZOL inhibits osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption in high-glucose conditions by regulating p38 MAPK pathway, which can be a new pathway for ZOL to regulate diabetic osteoporosis.

3.The Progress of Research on Data Sharing of Rare Diseases Driven by Digital Intelligence

In recent years, the rapid development of digital intelligence has provided a new path for rare disease data sharing and injected new power into the progress of research of rare diseases. This research is aimed at summarizing and consolidating relevant literatures on data sharing driven by digital intelligence (DI) in China and abroad, and constructing a local theoretical framework of DI-driven data sharing for rare diseases based on the status of rare diseases in China. Searching PubMed, EMbase, Cochrane, CNKI, Wanfang, and VIP database, we obtain a total of 214 representative literatures. Through literature review, we find that DI technologies have played important roles in different aspects of rare disease data sharing. China, the United States, and Europe have formed their own DI-driven data sharing systems for rare disease. From the theory of " Information Commons", we analyze the gap between China′s current situation and the goal of a " Rare Disease Data Commons". Based on the analysis, we put forward the idea of framework of " DI-STARS". China should develop the Data Sharing system making DI as the core of the system. Meanwhile, China should strengthen the data standardization system, create an innovation-encouraging environment, and build a bridge between different platforms. Using the DI-STARS theory, China will be able to build the " Rare Disease Data Commons" so that the diagnosis and treatment of rare diseases will be enhanced in China to meet the patients′ needs.
