Objective To explore the effectiveness of the timed up and go test (TUGT) and the maximum walking speed test (MWST) in evaluating stroke patients' motor function.Methods Twenty-two stroke patients were assessed using the TUGT and MWST,and the temporal-spatial parameters of their gait were also assessed.The correlations among the TUGT times,walking speed and the gait parameters were quantified using Pearson correlation coefficients.Results The TUGT time was (18.57±7.41) s,significantly correlated with step length and velocity (P＜0.05).Walking speed showed a significant positive correlation with step length,velocity and step length (P＜ 0.05).The TUGT times were negatively correlated with walking speed (r=-0.712,P=0.000).Conclusion The MWST and TUGT both can assess stroke patients' motor function effectively.

Objective To analyze chest radiographic features of acute mercury vapour poisoning.Methods All cases of acute inhaled mercury vapour poisoning underwent radiograph image of the chest,one case corpse underwent morbid anatomy.Results To the 16 cases with high concentration of acute inhaled mercury vapour,mercury poisoning pneumonia appeared in 11 cases and mercury poisoning pulmonary hydropsy in 5 cases.Conclusion There are characteristic chest radiographic in acute inhaled mercury vapour poisoning,with clinical and laboratory examination may make a definition.

Objective To explore the characteristics of semantic priming effects in Chinese words with different association strength in patients with aphasia by auditory stimulation.Method Stimulus-response word pairs with different association strength including strong,moderate,weak,and no association categories were chosen from word association thesaurus as experiment materials.Both patients with aphasia(n=11)and normal subjects (n=16)were requested to finish an auditory lexical decision task for target words.Semantic priming effects were investigated by means of measuring reaction time(RT)and error rate of each word-pair.Results In patients with aphasia and normal subjects,the mean RTs were significantly shorter in strong,moderate and weak association strength words than in no association strength words(patients with aphasia(1270.20±47.70)ms,(1340.50±266.25)ms,(1429.70±317.07)ms vs(1549.00±325.87)ms,P＜0.05 and normal subjects(1140.2±274.48)ms,(1196.50±284.06)ms,(1262.10±274.31)ms vs(1391.20±315.68)ms,P＜0.05).In strong,moderate,and no association strength words,the mean RTs were no significant differences between two groups.In the weak association strength words,mean RTs were significantly longer in patients with aphasia than in normal subjects((1429.70±317.07)ms vs(1262.10±274.31)ms,P＜0.05).In two groups,mean error rates were significantly less in strong,moderate and weak association strength words than in no association strength words(patients with aphasia:7.73±6.07,4.55±7.23,6.82±8.15 vs 14.09±12.41,P＜0.05 and normal subjects:3.44±4.37,2.81±3.64,5.31±5.91 vs 10.94±11.14,P＜0.05).However,in strong association strength words,mean error rates were significantly higher in patients with aphasia than in normal subjects(7.73±6.07 vs 3.44±4.37,P＜0.05).In moderate,weak and no association strength words,there were no significant differences between two groups.Conclusion The patients with aphasia follow gradient of the association strength words like normal subjects and have semantic priming effects in the strong,moderate association strength words.

Objective To develop a portable ventilation device to cool and dehumidify for the astronauts who work or move dressed in spacesuit in the atmospheric environment on the ground.Methods Based on the requirement which the astronauts need when they are dressed in spacesuit on the ground,the overall design project has been brought forward,which expounds the design scheme of DC brushless centrifugal fan,power supply,regulation of blowing rate,intelligent monitor on system parameters,organic light-emitting diode(OLED)display,device configuration,software,and so on.Results The portable device for spacesuit ventilation and heat-regulation,which has been developed,can work stably and safely.It has convenient operation mode and practical human-machine interface.Meanwhile,the device has compact configuration.It is light and portable.Conclusion The portable device for spacesuit ventilation and heat-regulation carry out the portable ventilation and heat-regulation for the astronauts of China dressed in spacesuit dress for the first time.It also fulfils the spacesuit dryness after use and usual maintenance.

CX-conjugated antigen(BSA-CX) were produced by methods of EDC.The spleen cells of BALB/C mouse immunized by BSA-CX were fused with SP2/0 plasmacytoma cells using PEG4000,and selected cultured with HAT and HT medium.A hybridoma cell line of 2H8-B1-F4 was secreened for specificity to CX,and cloned by limited dilution method for 3 times,which secrete high affinity and stable monoclonal antibodies against CX with indirect ELISA. The antibody was characterized by IgG1 isotype, the titers of antibody in cell supernatant and ascites were 1∶1000 and 1∶4?10~5,respectively.The mAb against CX was selective toward dicloxacillin, oxacillin with cross-reactivity of about 19.6% and 21.3%,which can be used to detect CX residues by competitive ELISA.

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological and prognosis features of enteropathy-associated T-cell lymphoma (EATL).Methods 21 cases of EATL,6 cases of peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) and 11 cases of natural-killer/T-cell lymphoma (NKTCL) were collected from January 2008 to May 2015.The immunophenotype of the tumor cell was tested by EnVision and as well as EBV-EBER for EB virus.Some patients were performed with follow-up data.Results 21 EATL patients included 14 males,7 females and the middle age was 55 years old (40-79 years old).15 patients affected the small bowel,4 cases affected colon,2 cases affected more than one site.18 cases were mono-morpholohic EATL while 3 cases were classical EATL.The expression rates of neoplastic cells for CD3ε,CD4,CD8,CD56,Granzyme B,TIA-1 were 95.24 ％ (20/21),20.00 ％ (3/15),73.68 ％ (14/19),85.71％ (18/21),64.71％ (11/17),88.89 ％ (16/18) respectively.The expression of EBER in EATL patients (0,0/21) was obviously lower than that in NKTCL patients (100 ％,11/11).17 EATL patients had follow-up data,and the middle survival time was 15 months.No different prognosis was found in the three kinds of T-NHL (P =0.697).Conclusions EATL usually occurs in elder male and jejunum.The diagnosis of EATL needs a lot of information,including clinical history,endoscopy,histomorphology,immunophenotype and EBV-EBER result.EATL has low mobidity and high malignancy,it still lacks impactful therapeutic regimen.

Objective To investigate the effects of up?regulated miR?206/miR?1 on the proliferation of breast cancer stem cells and the effect mech?anism. Methods Breast cancer stem cells(BCSCs)were isolated from breast cancer cell line MCF?7 by fluorescence?activated cell sorting. Cells in the experiment were divided into the blank control group,the negative control group,the miR?206 group and the miR?1 group. The BCSCs were transfected by negative control mimic,hsa?miR?206mimic and hsa?miR?1mimic in all groups except the blank control group. MiR?206and miR?1 expression levels as well as the transcription factor EVI?1 gene were detected by real time PCR. The expression levels of the transcription factor EVI?1 protein were detected by Western blot. MTT method was used to detect the effects of miR?206 and miR?1 on the proliferation of BCSCs. Results The BCSCs(CD44+/CD24-/low cells)isolated from MCF?7 cell lines were successfully cultured in serum?free medium for subsequent studies. After transfection of hsa?miR?206mimic and hsa?miR?1mimic for 48 hours,miR?206and miR?1relative expression levels increased. EVI?1mRNA ex?pression levels significantly decreased. The results of Western blot and MTT showed that up?regulated expression levels of miR?206 and miR?1 could significantly reduce the expression of EVI?1 protein and inhibited the proliferation of BCSCs. The differences in levels of miR?206,miR?1 and EVI?1 protein were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Up?regulated miR?206 and miR?1 expression can inhibit the proliferation ability of BCSCs,which may be related to the down?regulation of EVI?1.

Objective To explore the value of dynamic monitoring of the neutrophils/lymphocyte ratio ( NLR ) in peripheral blood for the prognosis of patients with bloodstream infection ( BSI ). Methods A retrospective study was conducted. 205 patients who were≥18 years old, their length of hospital stay>24 hours, and they were treated in the China-Japanese Friendship Hospital from January 2013 to October 2014 were enrolled. According to the 28-day survival, the patients were divided into survival group ( n=160 ) and death group ( n=45 ). The white blood cell ( WBC ), neutrophils count ( NEU ), neutrophils ratio ( Neut%), lymphocyte count ( LYM ), lymphocyte ratio ( Lym%), and NLR in peripheral blood were recorded at 1, 3, 7 days after admission. Receiver-operating characteristic curve ( ROC ) was plotted for evaluating the value of these factors on the 28-day prognosis, and logistic regression analysis was used to evaluate the risk factors for predicting the outcome. Results ①On the 1st day, WBC, NEU, Neut%, NLR, and procalcitonin ( PCT ) in the death group were significantly higher than those in the survival group [ WBC (×109/L ):15.28±8.23 vs. 11.58±6.55, NEU (×109/L ):13.34±7.53 vs. 10.03±5.31, Neut%:0.886±0.076 vs. 0.845±0.102, NLR:21.20 ( 13.10, 28.80 ) vs. 12.08 ( 6.81, 20.47 ), PCT (μg/L ):3.13 ( 0.85, 10.12 ) vs. 1.34 ( 0.36, 5.81 ), P<0.05 or P<0.01 ], while hemoglobin ( Hb ), platelet count ( PLT ), albumin ( ALB ) content were significantly lower than those of the survival group [ Hb ( g/L ):86.09±19.83 vs. 107.89±22.82, PLT (×109/L ):157.51±117.81 vs. 195.44±97.28, ALB ( g/L ):24.11±6.94 vs. 31.99±6.89, P<0.05 or P<0.01 ]. On the 3rd day and 7th day, WBC, NEU and NLR in the death group were significantly higher than those of the survival group [ WBC (×109/L ):16.61±10.25 vs. 8.91±4.93, 16.05±9.46 vs. 8.79±4.45; NEU (×109/L ): 14.15±9.98 vs. 6.97±4.64, 14.36±9.03 vs. 6.59±4.07; NLR: 24.13 ( 8.49, 38.26 ) vs. 5.52 ( 3.58, 8.87 ), 17.74 ( 10.74, 32.85 ) vs. 4.35 ( 2.78, 7.27 ), all P<0.01 ], and the LYM and Lym%were significantly lower than those in the survival group [ LYM (×109/L ):0.61 ( 0.38, 1.04 ) vs. 1.05 ( 0.78, 1.43 ), 0.69 ( 0.35, 0.92 ) vs. 1.37 ( 0.93, 1.76 );Lym%:0.039 ( 0.024, 0.101 ) vs. 0.135 ( 0.094, 0.186 ), 0.056 ( 0.033, 0.082 ) vs. 0.170 ( 0.108, 0.237 ), all P<0.01 ].②It was shown by ROC curve that the maximum area under the ROC curve ( AUC ) of WBC, NEU, Neut%, LYM, Lym%, and NLR about prognosis of BSI were observed on 7 days ( 0.777, 0.819, 0.905, 0.755, 0.880, 0.887 ). Based on Neut%>0.855 on the 7th day as a predictor of cut-off value of death in 28 days, the sensitivity was 78.8%, specificity 89.1%, respectively. When Lym%<0.088 on the 7th day as a predictor of cut-off value of death on 28 days, the sensitivity was 89.5%, and specificity was 83.9%. When NLR>10.34 on the 7th day as a predictor of cut-off value of death in 28 days, the sensitivity was 81.8%, and specificity was 91.0%.③Survival analysis showed that the 28-day survival rate in the patients with 7-day NLR<10.34 was significantly higher than that in those with 7-day NLR>10.34 ( 95.0%vs. 34.1%,χ2=82.650, P=0.000 ).④It was shown by multi-factor logistic regression analysis that the levels of 1-day Hb and 7-day NLR were the independent prognostic predictors of 28-day mortality [ Hb: odds ratio ( OR ) = 0.946, 95% confidence interval ( 95%CI ) = 0.913-0.981, P = 0.003; 7-day NLR:OR=34.941, 95%CI=8.728-139.884, P=0.000 ]. Conclusions The trend of changes in NEU, LYM and NLR as shown by repeated routine blood examinations contributes to prediction of the outcome of patients with BSI. The levels of 1-day Hb and 7-day NLR are the independent prognostic predictors for 28-day mortality.
