The application of cerebrovascular intervention brings the diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular disease into a brand-new domain. Many neurological physicians have become physicians of cerebrovascular intervention by training. In the big teaching hospitals carrying out cerebrovascular intervention, advanced physicians are the hard strength in the lot of cerebrovascular intervention. The training aiming at cerebrovascular intervention and comprehensive abilities affects both the training results and the therapeutic results of cerebrovascular intervention. Therefore, it is an important issue to explore how to consummate and standard the training methods of advanced physicians studying cerebrovascular intervention.

Objective:To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the anti-infective treatment of one patient with complexity urinary tract infection with septic shock induced by cellulitis. Methods:Clinical pharmacists participated in one case of complexity uri-nary tract infection with septic shock induced by cellulitis, and according to the clinical curative effect and the patient' s condition change, clinical pharmacists adjusted the medication nine times and provided individualized pharmaceutical care and service in the whole process. Results:Physician accepted the suggestions of clinical pharmacists, the infection was controlled after the 38-day treat-ment, and then the patient was discharged from the hospital. Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists should participate in the clinical treat-ment, provide whole process of pharmaceutical care for severe patients and assist physician in drug treatment decisions to promote safe, effective and economical drug use.

Objective To investigate the possible effect of ginsenoside Rg1 and oligo Aβ1-42 on PKA/CREB pathway. Methods The damage was induced by oligomeric Aβ1-42 in primary cortical neuron.Neurons were incubated with or without glutamate,or incubated in Aβ,or pre-incubated in Rg1 and then co-incubated in Aβ.The proteins of p-CREB,t-CREB,PKA Ⅱ α and BDNF were detected by Western blot. Results After the treatment with Oligo Aβ1-42 for 2 h,the p-CREB/t-CREB level induced by glutamate was obviously lower (P< 0.001).However,in neurons pre incubatedwith 2.5,5.0,10.0 μmol/L of ginsenoside Rg1 and then co-incubated with 5μmol/L of oligo Aβ1-42,the p-CREB/t-CREB induced by glutamate was significantly increased as compared with that of Aβ1-42 group (P<0.05).Upon Aβ1-42 exposure for 2 h,cortical neurons showed a statistically significant increase in PKA Ⅱ α as compared to the control group (P < 0.001).Pre-treatmentwith varying doses of ginsenoside Rg1 (2.5,5,10μmol/L) showed a decrease in PKA Ⅱ α as compared to neurons treated with Aβ1-42 alone for 2 h (P<0.001).Furthermore,BDNF level significantly increased in Rgl-pretreated cells as compared to cells treated with Aβ1-42 alone for 24h (P<0.05).Conclusions Ginsenoside Rg1 attenuates the oligo Aβ142 inhibition of PKA/CREB pathway.

Aim To explore the possible protective effect of ginsenoside Rg1 on oligomeric Aβ1-42 induced apoptosis and its possible mechanism. Methods The damage was induced by oligomeric Aβ1-42 in primary cortical neurons. Cells were incubated in the absence or presence of Aβ, or co-incubated in sp600125 with Aβ, or pre-incubated in ginsenoside Rg1 then co-incu-bated in Aβ. The p-JNK, JNK, caspase-3 activity and TUNEL-positive cells were detected. Results In Aβ1-42 treated group, the ratio of p-JNK/JNK level was increased more than that in non-treated group for 15 min. However, in neurons preincubated with (2. 5, 5, 10 μmol·L-1 ) ginsenoside Rg1 and then co-incuba-ted with 5 μmol·L-1 oligomeric Aβ1-42 , the p-JNK/JNK ratio, caspase-3 activity and TUNEL positive neu-rons were significantly decreased compared with those of Aβ1-42 treated group. Conclusion Ginsenoside Rg1 can attenuate the oligomeric Aβ1-42-induced apop-tosis by JNK pathway.

Object To observe the effects of coumarin (CM) and Verapamil (Ver) on contractivity and its relationship with Ca 2+ in isolated ileal smooth muscle of the rabbits. Methods The effects of CM and Ver were observed in three doses by routine experimental methods in isolated rabbit ileal. Results CM and Ver inhibited the contraction of isolated ileal smooth muscle induced by acetylcholine and CaCl 2. The responses were a concentration-dependent and non-competitive manner. CM and Ver were effective against the initial and sustained peak induced by acetylcholine. Conclusion CM has a calcium-antagonistic effect which is similar to that of Ver.

Aim To further study the molecular mecha-nism of the herbs with hot nature on the regulational action on TRPV1 channel based on the 7900 Real-time PCR instrument. Methods 7900 PCR instrument was applied to detect the intracellular flurescence of TRPV1 channel in the dorsal root ganglions ( DRG ) neurons and the effect on the TRPV1 ’ s thermo-sensational functions of the selected 11 ingredients from hot herbs was explored. Results TRPV1 channels could be ac-tivated by gradually elevated temperature; the activa-tion process could be blocked by the TRPV1 specific blocking agent capsaizepine. Most of the ingredients from hot-nature herbs had the potential to up-regualate TRPV1 channel function. Conclusions The estab-lished TRPV1 channel detection system based on PCR instrument is suitable for the analysis of regulational functions of drugs on the heat-activated TRPV1 chan-nel;the functions of hot herbs may be related to the up-regualtional effects of its active ingredients on the TRPV1 channel which will further up-regulate energy metabolism.
