Objective To sum up the experience of perioperative management of patients with heart transplantation.Methods In recent 3 years 24 cases of dilated cardiomyopathy,4 cases of(serious) valve disease,1 case of serious ischemic cardiomyopathy and 1 case of bi-ventricular assist(received) heart transplantation surgery.The mean by pass time was 75?24 min and the mean aortic clamp time was 72?8 min.Cyclosporine,MMF and prenisodone were adopted as anti-immune(response) strategy and the dose of cyclosporine was adjusted according to the serum concentration.(Intramyocardial) electrograms and tissue Doppler ultrasound technique were used to monitor the(immune) response situation.The myocardial biopsy was performed in case of the suspect of acute(rejection).Results In 5 postoperative deaths,3 cases died of low cardiac output,1 died of infection-(induced) multiple organ failure and 1 case died of serious bleeding.The postoperative complications(included) right heart failure in 6 cases,renal failure in 13 cases,and acute rejection in 4 cases.(Conclusion) The effective prevention and management of complications is the key point of success of heart transplantation.Application of comprehensive monitoring techniques is beneficial to the management of the immune rejection after transplantation.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of combined red and blue light therapy with acne film coating in treatment of moderate and severe acne.Methods Totally 547 patients with moderate or severe acne were enrolled in the study from March 2012 to July 2014.Using open control,according to the cycle of time sequence will patients were divided into three groups:183 patients (study group) were received alternatively red and blue light therapy twice a week,and acre film coating was applied once a day;182 patients in control group 1 received film coating alone and another 182 patients (control group 2) received light therapy alone.The treatment lasted for 6 weeks in all three groups.The numbers of skin lesions were recorded before and 2,4,6 w after treatment,and the curative effect was evaluated 10 w after treatment.Results The number of skin lesion were significantly reduced 6w after treatment in all three groups,that for study group was most markedly.For patients with moderate acne,the total effective rates in study group and in control groups 1 and 2 were 84.6％ (110/130),58.5％ (76/130) and 51.9％ (67/129),respectively (x2 =21.836,and 31.955,P ＜0.01).For patients with severe acne the total effective rates in study group and in control groups 1 and 2 were 84.9％ (45/53),57.7％ (30/52) and 56.6％ (30/53),respectively (x2 =9.525 and 10.258,P ＜0.01).There are 20 cases in observation group therapy for different degree of erythema,itching,burning,tingling,incidence of side effects was 10.9％ (20/183),control group 1 and 2 were 7.1％ (14/182),12.1％ (22/182),are tolerated.Conclusion The combination of red/blue light therapy with acne film coating is more effective than the application of single method alone for patients with moderate or severe acne.

This study was aimed to investigate Baishile Capsule on behavior, memory and expression of SYN I and SYNA in hippocampal CA3 region of depression model rats. SD rats were randomly divided into six groups, which were the control group, depression model group, fluoxetine hydrochloride group, and the Baishile Capsule group (2.88 g·kg-1, 1.44 g·kg-1, 0.72 g·kg-1). The chronic stress depression model rats were established by chronic and mild unpredictable stressors as described in the literature. In the model group, medicine was intragastricly administered once per day and continued for 21 days. In the control group and model group, same volume of distilled water was intragastricly administered. The open-field test, preference for 1% sucrose solution, Morris water maze, and rate of weight were carried out and observed. Immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization were used in the observation of the expression of SYN I and SYNA in each group of model rats. The results showed that high-dosage Baishile Capsule can significantly increase the horizontal and vertical activities of score after two-week treatment (P< 0.01). The middle-dosage Baishile Capsule can significantly increase the horizontal activity of score after three-week treatment (P< 0.05). The rat's preference for sucrose solution was obviously increased in the high-dosage group after one-week treatment and in the middle-dosage group after three-week treatment (P< 0.01, or P< 0.05). The rate of weight of rats was obviously increased in the high-dosage group after two-week treatment and in the middle-dosage group after three-week treatment (P< 0.01, or P< 0.05). The high-dosage and middle-dosage Baishile Capsule can shorten EL, and significantly increase the number of target quadrant. The high-dosage Baishile Capsule can obviously shorten the target quadrant latency (P< 0.05). Compared with the model group, the immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization showed high-dosage Baishile can significantly promote the expression of SYN I and SYNA in hippocampal CA3 region; and the middle-dosage group can enhance the expression of SYNA (P < 0.05, or P <0.01). It was concluded that Baishile Capsule can obviously improve the behavior and the expression of SYN I and SYNA in hippocampal CA3 region of depression model rats.

AIM: To confirm that the inflammation response after mechanical arterial injury correlates with the neointimal hyperplasia in animal model. METHODS: Male Wistar rats underwent left common carotid balloon angioplasty were injected twice with a bacterial lipopolysaccharide (LPS, 50 ng/rat) before and after surgery. Next, just after neointima formation, the animals were sacrificed for the evaluation by morphometric analysis, histological observation and immunostaining. Western blot was used to investigate the protein expression of several known mediators of apoptosis. RESULTS: Serum interleukin-1 beta levels as a marker of inflammation were increased after LPS treated. Early neotimal lesions were characterized by intimal thickening and the presence of SMCs. Neointima with smooth muscle alpha-actin negative were observed at 7 days after injured. These areas of neointima demonstrated a relatively high proliferation index by proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) antibody staining, whereas the proliferation index in media was low. Neointimal thickness was significantly increased at 4 weeks after injury in LPS treated animals compared with controls, from (151.2?14.5 to 173.9?15.3) ?m2. Activation of caspase-3 was observed, indicating that smooth muscle cells of neointima was associated with apoptosis. Immunofluorescence analysis revealed NF-?B expression located to the adventitia. CONCLUSIONS: Our results indicate that nonspecific stimulation of low-level LPS facilitates neointimal formation and may be an important factor in the restenosis of angioplasty.

By using electron microscopy, the paranodal region and axo-glial junction were examined in optic nerves of rats aged 14 days. The paranodal region was characterized in longitudinal sections by the sequential termination of the myelin lamellae, beginning proximally with the innermost and ending, at the Ranvier node, with the outermost lamella. The termination of each lamella was accom- panied by a separation of the major dense line of the compact myelin and the consequent formation of a "loop" of glial cytoplasm. Each paranodal loop inde- nted the axonal surface as it became junctionally apposed to the axolemma. The periaxonal extracellular space, 10-20nm in width in the internodal region and reduced at the paranodal junction to approximately 3nm, forming an axo-glial junction, which was thought to be held together by dense structure. The parano- dal junction seems to serve strong adhesion between the apposed axonal and glial membranes. Conduction of the nerve impulses in myelinated axons was saltatory. Axons and sheath cells probably maintain vital communication with one another, presumably at the paranodal junctional complex. This communication was viewed as vital to the stability and maintenance of myelin. We found some clear vesi- cles in axoplasm near the Ranvier node and speculated that there were endocyto- sis and exocytosis in paranodal region. This was a direct morphological evidence supporting metabolic coupling between axons and sheeth cells.

Objective To investigate human papilloma virus(HPV) infection in normal endometrium, atypi-cal hyperplasia of endometrium and endometrial carcinoma. Methods By the nucleic acid hybridization,we detected 28 pairs of endometrial carcinomas, 21 pairs of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium. Normal endometrium from 16 pa-tients with uterine myomas were as control. Results HPV16/18 DNA was detected in 25 endometrial carcinoma and 2 atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and 1 normal endometrium. Conclusions Endometrial carcinoma HPV16/18 DNA were significantly higher than those infected with atypical endometrial hyperplasia and normal endometrium. Note the occurrence of endometrial cancer,the development may be associated with HPV infection.

Objective To observe the level of autophagy induced by TRAIL in TT cell line and identify the role of autophagy in TRAIL-inducing apoptosis of TT cell line.Methods The growth inhibition of TT cells was measured by MTT assay.MDC staining was used to identify the happening of autophagy.Annexin V/PI double staining was used to analyze the apoptosis rate of TT cells by flowcytometry.The protein expression of caspase-8 and Beclin1 was detected by Western blot.Results ① The growth inhibition ratio of TT cells induced by TRAIL at the concentration of 250,500,1000 and 2000 ng/ml was (3.02 ± 1.82)％,(4.87 ± 1.45)％,(7.51 ± 1.57) ％,(12.76 ± 3.23) ％ respectively,which suggested significant resistance of TT cells to TRAIL.② MDC-labeled green light vesicles was significantly increased after the treatment of TRAIL for 48 h.③ The apoptosis rate of TT cells induced by TRAIL at the concentration of 500 ng/ml and 1000 ng/ml after the pretreat ment of 3-MA for 4 h was(17.83 ± 1.54) ％ and(27.81 ± 1.79) ％ respectively,which was significantly higher than the apoptosis rate induced by TRAIL(3.70 ± 0.34) ％,(6.55 ± 0.59) ％ alone and that induced by 3-MA(7.71 ± 0.64) ％ (t =3.282,P ＜ 0.05 ; t =7.830,P ＜ 0.01).④ The combination treatment of TRAIL and 3-MA increased the cleavage of caspase-8 and down-regulated the expression of Beclin 1.Conclusion Autophagy induced by TRAIL may contributes to the resistance of TT cells to TRAIL,which can be reversed by the inhibition of autophagy.

20 first mandibular premolars were randomly divided into 2 groups(n =10).The teeth in experimental group were treated by fi-ber main post in combination with auxiliary pile,in control group by single fiber main post,and then were restored by metal crown.They were fixed in universal testing machine.The fracture load(N)of experimental and control group was (846.50 ±40.33)and (437.90 ±41.15) respectively(P <0.01).

Objective To conclude the results of electrophysiological (EP) mapping and ganglianated plexis (GPs) ablation during the minimally invasive atrial fibrillation (AF) surgery.Methods During the period of Sep 2007 to May 2010 to-tally 185 paroxysmal atrial fibrillation cases were recruited receiving the minimally invasive AF surgery with video assistance.The EP mapping was used to test the dual direction block after ablation and the distribution of GPs was recorded.The sinus rhythm rate was followed up after surgery.Results All the minimally invasive surgery were performed successfully withoutdeath in the hospital.There was no permanent pacemaker implant and other serious complications.EP mapping results showed92％ pulmonary vein (PV) potential to the left atrium (LA) could be isolated with the dual direction block for the paroxysmal atrial fibrillation cases.And there were 89％ GPs positive,higher rate than the persistent AF.There were more GPs positive in the right PV area than the left and 86％ GPs lied at the LA domain,not the PV orifice.At least 5 or 6 ablation lesions were needed to get the dual direction block and denervation of the GPs.The sinus rhythm rate after surgery after 3,6,12 and 24months is 83.7％,82.4％,85.4％ and 83.9％.The 12 months follow up data showed the cases with more GPs positive (＞6) had 81.3％ sinus rate and the less GPs positive (≤2) group with 52.6％.Conclusion The EP mapping and GPsablation techniques during the minimally invasive AF ablation surgery could get good sinus rhythm rate during the long term follow up.

Objective:To study the role of 14-3-3εand Cdc25B in germinal vesicle (GV)-stage arrest of mouse oocytes,and to pay foundation for further study on the molecular mechanism of PKA/Cdc25B/14-3-3εpathway in GV-stage arrest of mouse oocytes.Methods:The eukaryotic expression vectors of pcDNA3.1-ZEO-HA-14-3-3ε, pcDNA3.1-MYC-Cdc25B-WT, pcDNA3.1-MYC-Cdc25B-S321A, and pcDNA3.1-MYC-Cdc25B-S321D were transcribed into mRNA invitro.The mouse GV-stage oocytes were collected after superovulation and divided into no injection group,TE buffer microinjection group,14-3-3εmRNA injection group,14-3-3εmRNAs + Cdc25B-WT mRNA injection group,and 14-3-3εmRNA + Cdc25B-S321A mRNA injection group,14-3-3εmRNA+Cdc25B-S321D mRNA injection group.The protein expression levels of HA-14-3-3εand MYC-Cdc25B and the phosphorylation status of Cdc2-pTyr15 were observed by Western blotting method.The morphological changes and germinal vesicle breakdown (GVDB)rates of mouse oocytes were observed under phase-contrast microscope. Results:None of the oocytes in no injection group, TE buffer microinjection group, 14-3-3εmRNA injection group,14-3-3εmRNA + Cdc25B-WT mRNAs injection group and 14-3-3εmRNA + Cdc25B-S321D mRNA were able to undergo GVBD until at least 20 h after injection (P>0.05 );the GVBD rates of oocytes in 14-3-3εmRNA+Cdc25B-S321A mRNA group at 1 h (5.00%±0.68%),2 h (62.00%±3.56%)and 3 h (100.00%± 0.00%)after injection were significantly higher than those in no injection group and TE buffer injection group (P<0.01);the oocytes in 14-3-3εmRNA+ Cdc25B-Ser321A mRNA group at 20 h (79.00%±2.80%)after injection progressed to MII (P<0.01).Conclusion:14-3-3εcan regulate the transition from GV to GVBD of mouse oocytes by means of phosphorylation and dephosphorylation of S321-Cdc25B.
