The treatment of myopic amblyopia and myopic anisometropic amblyopia is difficult and usually resultless and it has been the obstacle of amblyopic treatment. Corneal contact lens, corneal refractive surgery and phakic intraocular lens as new methods can significantly improve visual acuity of patients with high myopic amblopia and myopic anisometorpic ambyopia. For correcting myopia and myopic anisometropic amblyopia it provides a new method. This paper discusses the availibility and safty of above methods for the treatment of myopic amblyopia and myopic anisometropic amblyopia.

Objective To investigate the morphological features,biological behavior ,and diagnosis and treatment of gastric hepatoid adenocarcinoma(GHA).MethodsTwenty GHA cases were evaluated. Of the 20 patients,14 underwent radical gastrectomy, 3 total gastrectomy,3 total gastrectomy and wedge excision of the liver metastasis.ResultsHistologically,hyaline globules and venous invasion were common features of GHA.Tumor cells were immunohistochemically positive for alpha fetoprotein(AFP), alpha antitrypsin(AAT), and alpha antichymotrypsin(ACT). Ultrastructurally,tumor cells were arranged toward the lumens with microvilli on the luminal surfaces.There were junctional complexes between the lateral plasma membranes of adjacent tumor cells.Patients were followed up for 1～5 years with 12 deaths, 11 died of metastasis and one died of intraabdominal tumor seeding. The 1, 3 year survival rate was 44%(8/18), and 17%(3/18), respectively. Conclusions GHA deriving from gastric mucosa is characterized both by the histologic structures of hepatoid differentiation and adenocarcinoma.The prognosis is usually poor due to frequent liver metastasis.

ObjectiveTo investigate the genomic and non-genomic effects of 17β-estradiol on gallbladder smooth muscle strips of guinea pig and their possible mechanism. MethodsAfter ovariectomized operation (OVX) and subcutaneous injection of 17β-estradiol, the contents of serum estradiol and cholecystokinin-octopeptide (CCK-8) of the sham operation group (Sham) guinea pigs, the OVX group, the OVX and subcutaneous injection 17β-estradiol for 1 day (OVX+E2, 1 d), 3 days (OVX+E2, 3 d) and 7 days (OVX+E2, 7 d) were detected by EILSA respectively. The effects of CCK-8/Ach on constriction of gallbladder muscle strip were observed among various groups by using tension transducer, and the acute effects of 17β-estradiol on guinea pig gallbladder smooth muscle strips were observed to probe its possible mechanism. ResultsCompared with the Sham group, the serum contents of estradiol and CCK-8 decreased in OVX group (P＜ 0. 05) whereas the sensitivity of OVX guinea pigs gallbladder muscle strips to CCK-8/Ach increased (P＜0.05). With the extension of the subcutaneous injection 17β-estradiol time (for 1, 3, 7 days), both the serum estradiol and CCK level increased (P＜ 0.05) while the guinea pig gallbladder strips sensitivity to CCK-8/Ach decreased (P＜0.05).17β-estradiol at concentration ranging from 10 9 to 10-7 mol/L have no effect on the guinea pig gallbladder strips contraction (P＞0.05), but at concentration of 10-6 and 10 5 mol/L, it can inhibit the gallbladder contraction (P＜0.05). The blocking agents, such as nimodipine, atropine, devazepide, ICI 182,780 and Y-27632, can block the inhibited effects of 17β-estradiol. ConclusionThe 17β-estradiol can affect the gallbladder motility, both by genomic and non-genomic pathway.

Objective To evaluate the application of mobile ultrasonoscope in earthquake rescue. Methods According to the characteristic of environment and traumatic conditions in earthquake area, the mobile ultrasonoscope was used to diagnose for clinicians, and the advantages and disadvantages were evaluated. Results The mobile ultrasonoscope played an important role in routine diagnosis, such as organic injury and calculus, superficial organellae injury, soft tissue injury, injury of limbs and blood vessels, gynaecology and obstetrics and so on. As far as certain conditions were conferred in which the mobile ultrasonoscope was seldom used to diagnose in common practice, it played a dramatic role too in bone fracture, joint damage, craniocerebral injury and foreign objects. Conclusion In routine diagnosis or certain conditions, the mobile ultrasonoscope is very practical, especially in earthquake rescue.

Objective: To explore the relevant factors of acquired swallowing disorders in adult patients after cardiac surgery. Methods: A Jiatian water swallowing screening test was conducted for adult patients after cardiac surgery in our hospital from 2015-03 to 2015-09. There were 32 patients with acquired swallowing disorder deifned as Case group and meanwhile 420 patients without swallowing disorder at the same word deifned as Control group. Non-conditional Logistic regression analysis was applied to study the relevant factors for acquired swallowing disorders. Results: The overall incidence of acquired swallowing disorders was 7.08%. Multi Logistic regression analysis presented that duration of endotracheal intubation (OR=1.060,P<0.001), pre-operative arrhythmia (OR=2.780,P=0.019), NYHA grade (OR=1.789, P=0.033) and Euroscore (OR=1.216,P=0.040) were the relevant factors for the occurrence of acquired swallowing disorders in adult patients after cardiac surgery. Conclusion: Medical professionals should pay special attention to patients with above mentioned risk features at post-operative drinking to reduce the complications of acquired swallowing disorders.

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of composite material of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) and PLGA/TCP in repair of peri-porous-titanium bone defects in adult rabbits.Meth- otis The composite of PLGA/TCP scaffold with bovine BMP was made and implanted in distal bone de- fects peri-porous-titanium in femur of adult rabbits.The effect of BMP with PLGA/TCP on peri-prosthesis was evaluated by means of scanning electron microscope (SEM),energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) and biomechanics.Results BMP with PLGA/TCP showed obvious peak of Ca and P of EDX in the pores of titanium in experiment group six weeks after operation and higher than that in control group (P＜0.05).Push-out test demonstrated that the bonding strength between the composite of HA coating/ porous titanium and bone was increased significantly with time (P＜0.05).In experiment group,at 6 and 12 weeks,peri-porous-titanium had higher shearing force compared with control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion BMP loaded with PLGA/TCP is a promising bone graft for bone defects in revision arthro- plasty,as indicates that bone induction of BMP plays an important role in biological stabilizaiton.

Objective To investigate the relationship between source memory and item memory in children,adult and the elderly Chinese,to test the hypothesis that neuronal substrate of source memory includes frontal lobe,and that source memory and item memory were dissociated in child and the elderly.Methods A neuropsyehological battery was established to measure the performance of item memory and source memory.Child,adult and the health elderly Chinese(40 cases in each group, respectively)were enrolled.The performance of child and the elderly Chinese were compared with that of the adults,and were also analyzed among the groups to check the dissociation between the performance of item and source memory.Results Compared with the adults,the source memory in children(I value:0.87?0.08 vs.0.73?0.13,P＜0.01)were impaired,but not found in item memory(Pr value:0.73?0.14 vs.0.74?0.11,P＞0.05).The elderly Chinese was impaired in both item(Pr value:0.66?0.15,P＜0.05)in source memory(I value:0.68?0.13,P＜0.01).Double dissociation between item and source memory was found in the child and the elderly.Conclusions The evidence of double dissociation between item and source memory within child and the elderly supports the dual-process model of source and item memory.These findings also support that frontal lobe involves in source memory,the indicators of source memory damage is early behavior marker for mild cognitive impairment or early Alzheimer disease.

Objective To investigate the asseciation of 1188A/C polyrnorphism of Interlenkin-12B gene (IL-12B) with remit-relapse multiple sclerosis (RRMS) in the southern Chinese population.Methods Ninety-four patients with RRMS and 145 age- and-sex-matched normal controls were recnfited in this study.The polymorphism was detected by using polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) assay in these subjects.The frequencies of the alleles in each group were statistically analyzed.Results The frequency of the allele A increased significantly in RRMS patients (64.4%) compared with that in healthy controls (53.8%, χ2=5.228, P=0.022).An increased risk for MS was suggested in carriers of the A allele (OR=1.551, 95% CI=1.064-2.262).Conclusions The A allele in 1188A/C polymorphism of IL-12B gene may be a risk factor for RRMS in southern Chinese population.
