Objective To understand the drug resistance status of extended-spectrum beta-lactamase(ESBLs)-producing Esche-richia coli (E.coli)and Klebsiella pneumonia (KPN ),and the prevalence situation of TEM and SHV genotype in Wusu city.Meth-ods E.coli and KPN isolated in two hospitals of Wusu city from July 2011 to June 2013 were collected and the drug sensitivity test was performed by the disk diffusion method (K-B method),the ESBLs preliminary screening and the phenotypic confirmatory test were carried according to the guideline of CLSI,and at the same time DNA of ESBLs producing strains was extracted and the TEM and SHV genes among them were tested by PCR and the electrophoresis method.Results Totally 221 strains of E.coli and 153 strains of KPN were collected,among them ESBLs producing strains were 37 strains and 43 strains respectively,and the detec-tion rate of ESBLs in KPN was higher than that in E.coli(χ2 =6.942,P <0.01).The drug resistance of two kinds of bacteria were similar,the resistance rate of ESBLs producing strains to beta lactam antibacterial drugs was obviously higher than that in non-en-zyme producing strains,which was mostly more than 90%;the resistance rate to penicillin and the first or second generation cepha-losporins was almost 100%;which to gentamicin and ciprofloxacin was above 50%;while which to carbapenem was lower,less than 5%.The detection rates of TEM and SHV genes were 72.9% and 54% in ESBLs producing E.coli and 81.4% and 65.1% in KPN respectively,the detection rates were basically consistent without statistically significant differences between them (P >0.05).Conclusion The detection rate of ESBLs producing E.coli and KPN in Wusu city is higher,the drug resistance situation is severe,and TEM,SHV are the important genotypes of ESBLs.

The purpose of this study was prospectively to research the relationship between EEG power spectrum and anesthesia depth. Twenty-four patients,aged 20 to 50 years , ASA grade ,scheduled for selected surgical operations, were randomly divided into two groups:enflurane and isoflurane groups. Anesthesia was induced by thiopental 5 mg/kg and atracurium 6-7 mg/kg intravenously and maintained by inhalation anesthetics. After intubation patients were ventilated mechanically to maintain the level of PETCO2 between 4. 27 and 4. 93 kpa. NIBP,HR,SpO2 , ECG and EEG were recorded during anesthesia. According to TOF stimulation test intravenous atracurium 10-15 mg was given intermittently to maintain the ratio of T4/T1 less than 25%. Two channels EEG monitor was applied with the filtration range from 0 to 30 Hz Anesthesia level, adjusted at 0. 5,0. 8, 1. 0, 1. 3, 1. 5, 1. 3, 1. 0, 0.8 or 0. 5 MAC in sequence ,was maintained for 10 to 15 minutes before SEF (spectral edge frequency)and MPF (median power frequency) were recorded. NIBP decreased and HR increased with the inhaled agent concentration (IAC) level rising. The lowest BPs were 13. 1 /9. 33 kPa and 12. 9/8. 1kpa in both groups. Background:Helicobacter pylori(Hp)is an important pathogen for peptic ulcer and gastric cancer,and is reportedly associated with a variety of extragastrointestinal diseases. However,there is no body fluid detection technique for Hp infection in clinical practice. Aims:To identify Hp infection-associated differentially expressed proteins in urine with relative molecular mass more than 10 kDa and provide potential biomarkers for diagnosis of Hp infection through body fluid detection. Methods:Midstream urine was collected from volunteers in the morning,and 13 C-urea breath test was performed to determine Hp infection. Each of 15 Hp-negative and 15 Hp-positive urine samples were mixed respectively for protein extraction. Spectra data were acquired by high performance liquid chromatogram-mass spectrometry,and label-free technology was used for relative quantitative analysis. The other 26 urine samples(15 Hp-negative and 11 Hp-positive) were used for validation by full scan. IPA software was employed for bioinformatics analysis. Results:A total of 475 urinary proteins were detected by label-free quantitative analysis and 42 differentially expressed proteins were identified. Finally,11 significantly up-regulated differentially expressed proteins were confirmed by external scanning validation. Bioinformatics analysis revealed the molecular functions,biological pathways,and related diseases of these differentially expressed proteins. Conclusions:These 11 differentially expressed proteins more than 10 kDa identified in urine might be potential biomarkers for diagnosis of Hp infection and provide molecular evidence for the correlation of Hp infection with extragastrointestinal diseases.

Objective To explore the clinical and MR imaging features of myxoid liposarcoma.Methods Clinical and MR imaging data of 7 patients with histologically confirmed myxoid liposarcomas on extremities were retrospectively analyzed.The age of the patients ranged from 41 to 59 years with a median age of 51 years.Results Three tumors occurred in thigh,two in calf,one in foot and one in shoulder.Six tumors were situated deeply,and one was superficial.On T_1-weighted images,all 7 tumors showed predominant isointense or slightly hypointense signals relative to muscle,with 6 having lacy,linear or amorphous loci of high signal intensity.The major portion of each tumor displayed hyperintense signals compared with fat on T_2-weighted images.Following the injection of Gd-DTPA,all tumors showed inhomogenous and strong enhancement.All tumors had septa and were well defined without obvious surrounding edema and invasion of the adjacent bones.Conclusion Myxoid liposarcomas usually show predominant isointense or slightly hypointense signals relative to muscle on T_1-weighted images and hyperintense signals relative to fat on T_2-weighted images.The fat components within the tumors may be identified as linear,lacy or amorphous foci of high signal intensity on T_1-weighted images.The contrast enhancement of the mvxoid liposarcomas is usually pronounced and heterogeneous.

Objective To establish a simple, cost-effective method to measure reactive oxygen metabolites ( ROMs) using automatic biochemical analyzer.Methods Serum samples were collected from 50 healthy individuals and 50 hospitalized patientsin Beijing Hospital from September 2013 to November 2013.By setting up and optimizing parameters on automatic biochemical analyzer, a new method of measuring ROMS was established with TBHP as calibrator.130 healthy non-smokers were recruited in Beijing Hospital from November 2013 to December 2013 to establish reference interval, including 73 males and 57 females.The average age was 68.8 ±12.5.According to CLSI documents, there was the establishment of the new method including precision, limit of blank ( LoB ) , limit of detection ( LoD ) , limit of quantitation (LoQ), linearity,interference testing, and reference interval.Results The intra assay imprecision was 1. 5%-4.1% and the total imprecision was 4.4%-9.9%.LoB was 0.85 mmol/L TBHP;LoD was 2. 7mmol/L TBHP;LoQ was 5.9mmol/L TBHP.The linearity was 5.9-600 mmol/L (R2 =0.995).When triglyceride≤28.58 mmol/L, hemoglobin≤173 g/L, vitamin C≤60 mg/dl and bilirubin≤73.8 μmol/L, the deviation was -7.6%, 4.6%, -98.9%, 19.1%respectively.The normal reference interval was 61.9 -88.1 mmol/L TBHP.Conclusions The newly-established method has good performances of precision,LOD and linearity, which can meet the clinical needs.The interference of triglyceride and hemoglobin is small, while vitamin C and bilirubin have stronger interference on measurement.( Chin J Lab Med,2015,38:163-167)

20 first mandibular premolars were randomly divided into 2 groups(n =10).The teeth in experimental group were treated by fi-ber main post in combination with auxiliary pile,in control group by single fiber main post,and then were restored by metal crown.They were fixed in universal testing machine.The fracture load(N)of experimental and control group was (846.50 ±40.33)and (437.90 ±41.15) respectively(P <0.01).

OBJECTIVE:To explore the comprehensive model for the prevention and treatment of community hypertension.METHODS:By questionnaire survey,the community hypertension target population was screened and the drug use in hypertensive patients was analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Of the 65 000 community residents investigated,1 250 were found to be hypertensive patients,with a total treatment rate of 80.0%;only 32.8% were treated with at least 2 kinds of drugs,and the overall blood pressure control efficacy was poor.CONCLUSION:The program of prevention and treatment for community hypertensive patients is conducive to patients' long term adherence to medication,scientific and rational drug use and effective and stable control of blood pressure.

ObjectiveTo investigate the genomic and non-genomic effects of 17β-estradiol on gallbladder smooth muscle strips of guinea pig and their possible mechanism. MethodsAfter ovariectomized operation (OVX) and subcutaneous injection of 17β-estradiol, the contents of serum estradiol and cholecystokinin-octopeptide (CCK-8) of the sham operation group (Sham) guinea pigs, the OVX group, the OVX and subcutaneous injection 17β-estradiol for 1 day (OVX+E2, 1 d), 3 days (OVX+E2, 3 d) and 7 days (OVX+E2, 7 d) were detected by EILSA respectively. The effects of CCK-8/Ach on constriction of gallbladder muscle strip were observed among various groups by using tension transducer, and the acute effects of 17β-estradiol on guinea pig gallbladder smooth muscle strips were observed to probe its possible mechanism. ResultsCompared with the Sham group, the serum contents of estradiol and CCK-8 decreased in OVX group (P＜ 0. 05) whereas the sensitivity of OVX guinea pigs gallbladder muscle strips to CCK-8/Ach increased (P＜0.05). With the extension of the subcutaneous injection 17β-estradiol time (for 1, 3, 7 days), both the serum estradiol and CCK level increased (P＜ 0.05) while the guinea pig gallbladder strips sensitivity to CCK-8/Ach decreased (P＜0.05).17β-estradiol at concentration ranging from 10 9 to 10-7 mol/L have no effect on the guinea pig gallbladder strips contraction (P＞0.05), but at concentration of 10-6 and 10 5 mol/L, it can inhibit the gallbladder contraction (P＜0.05). The blocking agents, such as nimodipine, atropine, devazepide, ICI 182,780 and Y-27632, can block the inhibited effects of 17β-estradiol. ConclusionThe 17β-estradiol can affect the gallbladder motility, both by genomic and non-genomic pathway.
