1.The Value of CT Double Windows Technique in the Location of Lung X-ray Knife

Objective To approach the value of CT double windows technique in the location of lung X-ray knife.Methods The varying window width(W),window center(C) of peripheral type carcinoma of lung and their error were deltermined.The best double window was chosen and the clinical matherial was analysed.Results (1)The biggest error among different widow widths measuring foci was 7 mm.(2)The best double windows in the location of lung X-ray knife were W1 120~180,C1-700,W2 350,C2 15.(3)34 cases of lung carcinoma were observed with double windows,the outline of foci was contiuous and clear in the 15 cases of peripheral type carcinoma of lung and 8 cases of central type carcinoma of lung without hilum infiltration(67.6%),the inner outline of foci was disappear but could be remedied by mediastinum window in 11 cases of central type carcinoma of lung with hilum infiltration. Conclusion The double widows technique is provied with accuracy and without lack fidelity,and could reflect more condition of peritumour infiltration,it is clear superior to single display technique.

Methods: 70 patients were randomly divided into group A(preoperative fasting + postoperative EN,n = 23),group B(preoperative carbohydrate loading + postoperative TPN,n = 23) and group C(preoperative carbohydrate loading + postoperative EN,n = 20).After operation,insulin sensitivity,nutritional status,immune function and clinical outcome were compared among three groups. 4.Relevant Factor Analysis for Acquired Swallowing Disorders in Adult Patients After Cardiac Surgery

Objective: To explore the relevant factors of acquired swallowing disorders in adult patients after cardiac surgery. Methods: A Jiatian water swallowing screening test was conducted for adult patients after cardiac surgery in our hospital from 2015-03 to 2015-09. There were 32 patients with acquired swallowing disorder deifned as Case group and meanwhile 420 patients without swallowing disorder at the same word deifned as Control group. Non-conditional Logistic regression analysis was applied to study the relevant factors for acquired swallowing disorders. Results: The overall incidence of acquired swallowing disorders was 7.08%. Multi Logistic regression analysis presented that duration of endotracheal intubation (OR=1.060,P<0.001), pre-operative arrhythmia (OR=2.780,P=0.019), NYHA grade (OR=1.789, P=0.033) and Euroscore (OR=1.216,P=0.040) were the relevant factors for the occurrence of acquired swallowing disorders in adult patients after cardiac surgery. Conclusion: Medical professionals should pay special attention to patients with above mentioned risk features at post-operative drinking to reduce the complications of acquired swallowing disorders.
5.Preparation and Identification of Monoclonal Antibody Against Cloxacillin

CX-conjugated antigen(BSA-CX) were produced by methods of EDC.The spleen cells of BALB/C mouse immunized by BSA-CX were fused with SP2/0 plasmacytoma cells using PEG4000,and selected cultured with HAT and HT medium.A hybridoma cell line of 2H8-B1-F4 was secreened for specificity to CX,and cloned by limited dilution method for 3 times,which secrete high affinity and stable monoclonal antibodies against CX with indirect ELISA. The antibody was characterized by IgG1 isotype, the titers of antibody in cell supernatant and ascites were 1∶1000 and 1∶4?10~5,respectively.The mAb against CX was selective toward dicloxacillin, oxacillin with cross-reactivity of about 19.6% and 21.3%,which can be used to detect CX residues by competitive ELISA.

OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of RNA interference mediated PIK3CA gene silencing on the proliferation and invasiveness of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC) cells, and investigate the feasibility of PIK3CA gene as a potential therapeutic target in the treatment of LSCC. METHODS The lentiviral vector system expressing short hairpin RNA targeting PIK3CA gene(PIK3C-shRNA)was constructed and transfected subsequently into Hep-2 cells mediated by liposome in vitro. The expression of PIK3CA gene was detected by real-time RT-PCR and Western blot respectively. The proliferation of Hep-2 cells was measured by MTT, colony formation, and cell growth curve. The invasive power was determined by Boyden chamber model in vitro. RESULTS The lentiviral vector system expressing short hairpin PIK3CA- shRNA was constructed successfully. 7.Synergistic effect of hypertension and aging on left atrial volume and function

Objective To assess the effect of combined hypertension (HT) and aging on left atrial (LA) size and phasic function.Methods This evaluation was based on the data from a cross-sectional study including 738 subjects with high risk for cardiovascular disease from an urban community in Beijing.Subjects were divided into 3 groups according to age (41-59,60-69 and ≥70 years) and further into HT and non-HT sub-groups.LA volume index were calculated and LA global longitudinal strain in late diastole (Sa),early diastole (Se),and total strain (Stot =Sa + Se),and strain rate in late diastole (SRa),systole (SRs),and early diastole (SRe) were measured using off-line speckle-tracking echocardiography.Results LA volume index increased significantly in HT groups with aging,whereas no changes could be viewed in non-HT subjects among all age groups.LA conduit index (Se and SRe) decreased with aging in both HT and non-HT subjects with more sever in HT subjects than in non-HT subjects in all age groups.The LA conduit index in 41-59 year-HT,and in 60-69 year-HT subjects were comparable with that in 60-69 year-non-HT subjects [Se (11.0 ±4.4)% vs (11.6 ±4.7)%,SRe (1.0 ±0.4) s-1 vs (1.0 ±-0.3) s-1],and in ≥70 year-non-HT subjects [Se(10.1 ±4.0)% vs (9.5 ±5.4)%,SRe (0.9 ±0.3)s-1 vs (0.8 ± 0.4) s-1],respectively.LA reservoir (Stot and SRs) and contraction (Sa and SRa) index also decreased with aging in HT but not in non-HT subjects.Conclusions Aging along does not lead to LA enlargement in subjctes,but it does when combined HT.There is synergistic effect of HT and aging on LA volume and phasic function.
8.Correlation between anthropometric parameters and arteriosclerosis biomarker in the middle-aged and the elderly

Objective:To investigate the correlation between anthropometric indices and arteriosclerosis detection indicators in the middle-aged and the elderly .Methods: A cross-sectional descriptive study was made of 1 626 individuals ( diabetics patients 23.37%, hypertensive subjects 39.48% and healthy individuals 37.15%), aged 45 to 90 years [mean age:(61.60 ±10.22) years)] in Shijingshan Dis-trict, Beijing.Their measurements:body mass index (BMI), waist circumference (WC), and waist to height ratio ( WHtR ) .Arterial stiffness was assessed according to brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (baPWV), intima-media thickness (IMT), augmentation index (AI) and ankle-brachial index (ABI), which were measured by noninvasive detectors and equipment .The correlations between the various indi-cators were analyzed .Results:The percentages of the hypertensive and diabetic groups of central obesity ( male WC>85 cm, female WC >80 cm or WHtR>0.5 ) and of general obesity ( BMI>28 kg/m2 ) were significantly higher than those of the healthy group ( P<0 .01 ) .The difference between the two disease groups was not significant ( P>0 .05 ) .There was a moderate positive correlation between the measures of abdominal obesity (WHtR and WC) and the general obesity indicators (BMI) (r=0.710 and 0.716) .In the healthy group , WC and WHtR showed positive correlation with baPWV , IMT and ABI, and negative correlation with AI 75 .BMI showed positive correlation with IMT and negative correla-tion with AI75 , and no correlation with baPWV and ABI .There was negative correlation between BMI and baPWV in the diabetic group .In the hypertension group , we found negative correlation between BMI and baPWV, maximum IMT, AI75 , and also between WC and AI 75 .The simple regression straight line of baPWV versus the anthropometric parameters showed that the regression equations were y =0 .949 +1.379 x (baPWV vs.WHtR, R2 =0.046, P<0.001) and y=1.133+0.006x (baPWV vs.WC, R2 =0.027, P<0.001), respectively.baPWV and BMI did not have a linear relationship (P =0.62). Conclusion:WHtR and WC are superior to BMI indices in predicting arteriosclerosis .Anthropometric measurements for central obesity are good predictors of cardiovascular risk .
9.Study on non-thyroidal illness syndrome in patients with coronary artery disease

Objective To determine the prognostic significance of non-thyroidal illness syndrome(NTIS) and FT3 on long-term all-cause and cardiovascular mortality in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods A total of 1 354 patients underwent coronary angiograhy and participated in the study.After screening,984 patients with CAD were enrolled finally and divided into NTIS group and euthyroid group.The admitted patients were also classified into Tertile 1-3 groups based on FT3 value.The relationship of long-term all-cause and cardiovascular mortality with FT3 was investigated by multivariate Cox regression analysis.Results 129 out of 984 patients had NTIS.As FT3 value decreased,both long-term all-cause mortality (Tertile 1 group 9.6%,Tertile 2 group 11.5%,Tertile 3 group 20.9%,P<0.01) and cardiovascular mortality (Tertile 1 group 4.5 %,Tertile 2 group 7.2%,Tertile 3 group 11.0%,P<0.01) gradually increased.After adjusting for all factors,FT3 (HR =0.614,95% CI 0.439-0.859)was independently associated with long-term all-cause mortality.FT3 (HR =0.605,95% CI 0.370-0.986)was also a risk factor for cardiovascular mortality.Conclusion NTIS exists in patients with CAD without myocardial infarction.FT3 reduction is an independent risk factor for long-term all-cause and cardiovascular mortality in patients with CAD.
10.Analysis of cooperation networks based on SCI papers from military hospitals

Objective To analyze the institutional cooperation networks of 137 military hospitals in terms of published papers, trends of cooperation and co-authorship in order to guide the cooperation between military hospitals.Methods The institutional cooperation, co-authorship, author-keyword co-occurrence and author-subject co-occurrence in the 137 military hospitals were analyzed with the Thomson data analyzer( TDA) software.Results and Conclusion The institutional coop-eration between military hospitals could be divided into 5 types and were based on the principle of proximity of locations and similiarity of research.The cooperaiton circle with Chinese PLA General Hospital as the center was expanded over time. The institutional cooperation between military and civilian hospitals was also based on the principle of proximity of locations and similiarity of research.Cooperation between productive authors mainly occurred in the same research group but co-au-thorship outside the research group was scarce.The potential competition or cooperation between research fields and authors can be analyzed by comparing co-authorship and author-keyword co-occurrence.
