ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of focused ultrasound for treating non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulvar. Methods212 patients with non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulvar were treated with focused ultrasound. The patients were followed up after the treatment, and symptom was observed and the efficacy was evaluated. ResultsThe efficacy of non - neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulvar of squamous hyperplasia, lichen sclerosus and mixed dystrophy was 99.2%, 100. 0%, 88.9% respectively, the difference was not significat (P > 0.05 ). The efficacy in different courses of patients was 100.0% ( < 2 years), 100.0% (2 ~10 years) ,91.3%( > 10 years) respectively, the difference was not significat( P > 0.05). ConclusionFocused ultrasound was obviously effective in the treatment of patients with non-neoplastic epithelial disorders of vulvar.
5.Functions of human periodontal myofibroblast in vitro.
West China Journal of Stomatology 2015;33(2):130-134
OBJECTIVETo investigate the functions of human periodontal myofibroblast (MFB) in vitro.
METHODSHuman periodontal fibroblast (hPDLFs) was cultured and induced to MFB by transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1). MFB was denoted as the experimental group, whereas the hPDLFs was the control group. The groups were continuously cultured and harvested at 0, 12, 24, 48, and 72 h. The MFB marker α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) was examined by immunocytochemistry. The expression of fibronectin (FN) between MFB was examined by immunocytochemistry to detect the MFB contact relationship. The mRNA expression levels of α-SMA, collagen (Col) I, and Col III were measured by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCT) to analyze extracellular matrix secretion. The protein expression levels of α-SMA and Col I were also assessed by Western blot.
RESULTSThe experimental group had significantly higher α-SMA expression than the control group at 0 h (P < 0.001). A positive expression of FN was found between MFB. The experimental group had significantly higher expression levels of Col I and Col III than the control group at 24 h (P < 0.001).
CONCLUSIONHuman periodontal MFB presents a continuous, high expression of α-SMA. MFB could interact through FN. MFB is significantly capable of extracellular matrix secretion.

China Oncology 2001;0(02):-
ADAMs is a family of transmembrane proteins with multi domains and multiple functions, which play important roles in many(patho-)physiological processes. They are upregulated in a variety of tumors and possess protein shedding and adhesive activities, which showed that they could be useful as tumor biomarkers and promising targets for designing new anti-tumor drugs. This review focuses on the roles ADAMs play in the process of tumor development and the potential application in cancer therapy.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2001;0(03):-
Objective: To study stress distribution and displacement by different distract directioos on mandibular corpus with finite element method. Methods:A three-dimensional finite element model of mandibular distraction osteogenesis was established.Von Mises stress as well as the displac ement of gnathion and gonion under different loads were measured. Result s:The stress and displacement were positively related with distract forc e. Von Mises stress primarily accumulated in distracted areas and were higher un der bilateral distraction parallel to the occlusial plane. Gnathion and gonion w ere positively displaced on X and Z axes and negatively displaced on Y axis. Distraction parallel to the mandibular body induced positive displaceme nt of mandible on X and Y axes and negative on Z axis. Concl usion:Transversal displacement to the opposite side is greater during un ilateral distraction, while displacement on the saggittal plane is greater durin g bilateral distraction.

China Pharmacist 2016;19(2):399-401
Objective: To establish a determination method for the related substances in nortriptyline hydrochloride by HPLC. Methods:An Agilent C18 (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm) column was adopted with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0. 2% trieth-ylamine(pH 3. 0)(34 ∶66). The flow rate was 1. 0 ml·min-1, the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm, the column temperature was 40℃ and the injection volume was 20 μl. Results:The resolutions of the related substances were acceptable. The detection limit and the quantitation limit of the samples was 0. 40 ng and 1. 35 ng, respectively. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, accurate and specific, and can be used to determine the related substances in nortriptyline hydrochloride.

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect, survival rate and adverse reactions of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy(3D-CRT )in combination with chemotherapy on lymph nodes metastasis of esophageal carcinoma. Methods Using supraclavicular 3D-CRT combined with chemotherapy on and simple 3D-CRT supraclavicular lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer patients,3D-CRT com-bined synchronous chemotherapy (treatment group),51 cases, only 3D-CRT 49 cases (control group).3D-CRT combined synchronous chemotherapy 51 cases (treatment group),simple 3D-CRT 49 cases (control group). These patients 3D-CRT were given the total dose of 50 ~60Gy/25 ~30F.TN chemotherapy regi-mens were applied:paclitaxel 135 mg/m2 ,d1;Nedaplatin 25 mg/m2 ,d1,1 ~3,21 days cycle in fist week and fourth week. Results Local control and treatment group survival rates in 1,2 year were significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05).Treatment group adverse reaction rate is higher than the con-trol group, but there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusions The recent curative effect and survival rate could be significantly improved by 3D-CRT joint TN synchronous chemotherapy regimen for pa-tients with supraclavicular lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer, but the relatively high incidence of adverse reactions, clinical application should be considered comprehensively according to actual situation.

Objective To observe the activation effect of histamine on mast cells in the acupoint area and its analgesic effects similar to acupuncture stimulation,so as to reveal the underlying mechanism of acupoint injection therapy. Methods A total of 60 SD rats were divided into control, model, normal saline(NS),histamine-injection and acupuncture groups(12 rats/group).Acute adjuvant-induced-arthritis(AIA) model was duplicated by injection of complete Freunds' Adjuvant(0.05 mL) into the left ankle articular cavity. For rats of saline and histamine groups, normal saline(50 ?L) and histamine(50 ?L,100 ?g/mL) were injected into the left "Zusanli"(ST 36) acupoint area. For rats of acupuncture group, manual acupuncture(lifting-thrusting and twisting needle intermittently) was applied to ST 36 for 20 min.Paw withdrawal(pain threshold,PT) was detected by radiant heat irradiation of the hindpaw.Skin and muscle tissues of ST 36 area were sampled to be fixed in formalin,then,sliced(5 ?m),and stained with Toluidine Blue, separately, followed by counting the degranulation rate of mast cells under microscope. Results Compared with normal control group and pre-modeling,PT of model,NS,acupuncture and histamine groups decreased significantly(P
