Objective:To investigate the curative effect of hysterectomy and lymph node dissection with laparoscope or laparotomy on elderly patients with cervical cancer.Methods:60 elderly patients with cervical cancer were enrolled in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 and randomly divided into two groups.Group A (n=30) accepted hysterectomy and lymph node dissection with laparotomy, and Group B (n=30) adopted same surgery with laparoscope, the operation condition and postoperative recovery were compared between two groups. The intraoperative and postoperative complications of all patients were recorded and analyzed, and the quality of life of patients was evaluated in the following-up period. Results:The number of lymph node dissection in Group B was significantly more than that of Group A (P<0.05);the intraoperitive blood loss and the times of using postoperative analgesia pump in Group B were significantly fewer than those in Group A (P<0.05).The time of postoperative exhaust, bladder function recovery, drainage tube retention and hospital stay in Group B were all shorter than those in Group A(P<0.05).The incidence of massive hemorrhage during operation and postoperative urinary retention and lymphatic cyst in Group B were significantly lower than those patients in Group A (P<0.05).After operation 3 and 6 month, the I-QOL and FACT-G scores of patients in Group B were significantly higher than those in Group A (P<0.05).Conclusions:Hysterectomy and lymph node dissection under laparoscope had remarkable curative effect on the elderly patients with cervical cancer, which improved the postoperative recovery and the quality of life of patients.

BACKGROUND:Researches about sub-health status in general community population are rare, especially in minor nationalities.OBJECTIVE:To explore the sub-health status and its risk factors with logistic regression model and negative binomial regression model in Tibetan people.DESIGN,TIME AND SETTING:A cross-sectional study was performed among subjects selected from Songpan county in the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province on September 2007.PARTICIPANTS:A total of 1791 Tibetan subjects from were recruited from Songpan county in the Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province and were involved in this study, among which 1763 subjects completed the sub-health questionnaire.Their average age was 27 years, ranging from 10 to 80.There were 731 male subjects (41.5%)and 1032 female ones (58.5%).All subjects were informed of the survey regimen.METHODS:The sub-health rating scale framed by Chen Qingshan et al was used to assess the sub-health status of subjects with stratified and cluster sampling, including the prevalence rate of sub-health status, the number of sub-health symptoms and various dimensional prevalence.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES:Risk factors of sub-health status with logistic regression model and negative binomial regression model.RESULTS:There were 1038 subjects suffering from one or more sub-health symptoms, and they were considered as being in the sub-health status with the prevalence of sub-health 58.9%.The split-half reliability and internal consistency of the scale were separately 0.7658 and 0.8154.Logistic regression results indicated that the seniors (P=0.0004),female (P<0.0001),marriage status (P=0.0008),mental labor (P=0.0021)and smoking (P<0.0001)were main contributing factors of sub-health status. However, marriage status (P=0.0689)and occupation (P=0.1398)weren't statistically significant in negative binomial regression analyses.CONCLUSION:Tibetan populations living in high altitude are also suffering from sub-health status and should be given more attention.Further more negative binomial regression model could be popularized to analyze sub-health and its influencing factors.

Objective:To explore the reasonable amount of bacteriostatis agent in fluconazole eye drop. Methods: According to the method of bacteriostatis effect test in 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia (ChP), and Staphyococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Candia albicans and Aspergillus niger as the test strains, the bacteriostatis effect of fluconazole eye drop containing 5%, 1%, 0. 3% and 0. 1% benzalkonium chloride was determined. Results: The bacteriostatis effects of fluconazole eye drop containing 5%, 1% and 0. 3% benzalkonium chloride on the five species of tested bacteria complied with the regulations of ChP. The bacteriostatis effects of 0. 1% benzalkonium chloride on Pseudomonas aeruginosa didn't meet the requirements, therefore, 0. 3%was the minimum inhibitory concentration ( MIC) of benzalkonium chloride. Conclusion: The best inhibitory concentration of benza-lkonium chloride is 1%.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of shear wave elastography on deep venous thrombosis in different stage. Methods Models of rabbits'deep venous thrombosis have been established to noninvasively measure Young's moduli of thrombosis in day 1 ,4,7,10 and 14 respectively by shear wave elastography. Results The elastic modulus of thrombosis increased with increment of the stages of thrombosis.Specifically, the mean Young's moduli of thrombosis increased from (4.0±1 .42)kPa (day 1)to (25.71 ±6.09)kPa (day 14),with statistical differences between each two observation time points (P <0.05).Conclusions Shear wave elastography can effectively reflect the elasticity of thrombosis in different stages, and the stage of thrombosis can be estimated judging by quantitative ultrasound elasticity preliminarily.

Microbiology 2008;0(09):-
An extracellar fibrinolytic strain was isolated from fermented shrimp paste. In addition to general physiological and biochemical properties, the strain was identified by 16S rDNA sequence and systematic analysis. The results showed that 16S rDNA sequence of the strain had high similarity with AY601723 and AB195282, suggesting that the strain is a subspecies of Bacillus sp. It was named as Bacillus sp. nov. SK006 by CCTCC. The medium composition and fermentation conditions for fibrinolytic enzyme production were also optimized in the research.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2015;(1):67-71
BACKGROUND:Previous studies have reported that rapamycin can affect the proliferation, migration and adhesion abilities of endothelial progenitor cels, but there is no report on the effect of autophagy, as wel as the interaction between autophagy and apoptosis. OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of rapamycin activated autophagy activation on the proliferation, apoptosis, and cycle of endothelial progenitor cels. METHODS:Density gradient centrifugation was used to obtain mononuclear cels from bone marrow, and the mononuclear cels were inoculated on human fibronectin-coated culture plate. Then after cultured for 7 days the adherent cels colected were the endothelial progenitor cels. Different concentrations of rapamycin (0.01, 0.1, 1 and 10 μg/L) were added and cultured for 24 hours. Western blot was used to detect the LC3-II protein expression and monitor the induction of autophagy, flow cytometry was used to observe the cel cycle progression and apoptosis changes, and methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide colorimetric assay was used to observe the proliferation ability. Meanwhile, the ultrastructural changes were observed under transmission electron microscope. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Compared with the control group, there was no significant increasing of LC3-II protein expression of endothelial progenitor cels in 0.01 μg/L rapamycin group, and the LC3-II protein expression was in the high level. The LC3-IIprotein expression in the 1 μg/L and 10 μg/L rapamycin groups was higher than that in the control group, but lower than that in the 0.01 μg/L rapamycin group, which indicated that autophagywas particularly active when the concentration of rapamycin was 0.01 μg/L. The apoptosis of endothelial progenitor cels was increased with the increasing of concentration of rapamycin, and the proliferation rate was decreased with the increasing of concentration of rapamycin. The results indicate that activation of autophagy by bapamycin can promote the cel apoptosis, change the cel cycle significantly, and can inhibit the proliferation of endothelial progenitor cels.
