OBJECTIVETo study the therapeutical effects of crossing anastomosis of nerve on the peripheral and central nerve injuries.
METHODSTwelve kinds of central and peripheral nerve disorders and their complications were treated with 11 kinds of crossing anastomosis of nerve bundles near the innervated organs. After nerve injury and repair, somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs) and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) retrograde tracing studies were used to investigate the rabbit's nerve function and morphology.
RESULTSThe ulcers of all patients healed. Sensation, voluntary movement, and joint function recovered. Four weeks after the anastomosis of distal stump of radialis superficialis nerve and median nerve, pain sensation regained and SEPs appeared. HRP retrograde tracing studies demonstrated sensory nerve ending of medial nerve formed new connection with the body of neuron.
CONCLUSIONCrossing anastomosis of nerve is an effective method to treat peripheral and central nerve injuries.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship among perceived stress, sleep and fatigue status; and to analyze the effect of sleep status in mediating and regulating perceived stress and fatigue status in soldiers that were acutely exposed to high altitude for the first time. METHODS: A total of 700 soldiers that were acutely exposed to high altitude for the first time were investigated with convenient sampling. They were evaluated using Perceived Stress Scale,Sleep Status Self-evaluation Test, and Fatigue Scale-14. The mediating effect was analyzed by structural equation model, and the moderating effect was analyzed by hierarchical regression analysis. RESULTS: The total score of fatigue among soldiers that often took part in recreational activities was significant lower than that who did not( P < 0. 01). The total score of fatigue among soldiers that had training injury was significant higher than that who had not( P < 0. 01). The total score of fatigue among soldiers that had high training expectations was significant higher than that that didn't have high training expectations( P < 0. 01). Sleep status, sense of overload and training expectations had remarkable predicting effect on fatigue status among soldiers that were acutely exposed to high altitude for the first time( P < 0. 01). Sleeping status has a complete mediating effect on the sense of prediction, sense of overload and fatigue status( P < 0. 01),and has a moderating effect on the sense of control, sense of overload and fatigue status( P < 0. 01). CONCLUSION:s Perceived stress and sleeping status had close relationship with fatigue status among soldiers that were acute exposed to high altitude for the first time. Sleeping status has intermediary and regulating effect between senses of overload and fatigue state.

Objective To explore the effect of task-oriented training of intelligent mirror gloves combined with low-frequency repeti-tive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on hand function recovery in stroke patients. Methods From October 1st,2022 to June 30th,2023,136 stroke patients in Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital were ran-domly divided into control group, mirror group,rTMS group and combination group, with 34 patients in each group. All the groups received routine rehabilitation treatment. In addition, the mirror group received task-orient-ed training of intelligent mirror gloves,rTMS group received low-frequency rTMS,and the combination group received task-oriented training combined with low-frequency rTMS,for four weeks. The Fugl-Meyer Assess-ment-Upper Extremities(FMA-UE)score,Wolf Motor Function Test(WMFT)score, and surface electromyo-graphic root mean square(RMS)of forearm extensor and flexor muscle groups on the affected/healthy side be-fore and after treatment were compared. And the differences of transcranial magnetic stimulation-motor-evoked potentials(MEP)between rTMS group and combination group before and after treatment were also compared. Results Four cases in the control group, seven in the mirror group, five in rTMS group and six in the combination group dropped off.The intra-group effect(F>996.656,P<0.001),inter-group effect(F>20.333,P<0.001)and inter-action effect(F>72.796,P<0.001)were significant in the scores of FMA-UE and WMFT,and the RMS ratio of forearm extensor and flexor muscle groups among four groups,in which the combination group was the best. After treatment, the amplitude of MEP increased in rTMS group and combination group(|t|>3.842,P<0.05),and was higher in the combination group than in rTMS group(t=-3.060,P<0.01). Conclusion The task-oriented training of intelligent mirror gloves combined with low-frequency rTMS could effectively promote the recovery of hand function in stroke patients.
