OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the relative bioavailability of two products(CLMC 1 ,CLMC 2 )of Clarithromycin in man.METHODS:A single oral500mg dose of CLMC 1 or CLMC 2 was given to20healthy male volunteers in an open randomized crossover study.The plasma concentrations of CLMC 1 and CLMC 2 were measured by microbial assay.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated with3p97pharmacokinetic program and the bioequivalence was evaluated.RESULTS:The con?centration-time curves of CLMC 1 and CLMC 2 fitted to a two-compartent open model.C max were(2.23?0.83)?g/ml and(2.14?0.70)?g/ml;T max were(1.95?0.39)h,(1.78?0.41)h;AUC (0～T) were(9.50?2.52)(?g?h)/ml,(9.35?2.54)(?g?h)/ml respectively.The relative bioavailability of CLMC 1 was(101.60?9.35)%.CONCLUSION:The results of two and one-side t tests suggest that the CLMC 1 is bioequivalent with the CLMC 2 .

Objective:To investigate the etiololgy and pathogenesis of cholesterol granuloma of the marillary sinus. Method:Five patients with cholesterol granuloma of the maxillary sinus were analysed retrospectively. Result: The cholesterol granuloma was a particular form of tissue reactions of granulation. The clinical symptoms of the disease was short of specificity. Conclusion; The pathogenesis of cholesterol granuloma includes hyperlipemia, obstruction of airfilled cavity ventilation and impaired drainage. The final diagnosis was based on pathologic examination. The treatment should begin with the intervention and treatment of hyperilpemia. Radical cure can be a-chieved by operation.

Background Streptozotocin (STZ)-induced type 1 diabetic model is an acceptable model and is often used to the study of diabetic retinopathy (DR).However,the model is often established using retinal digest preparation in vitro in albino rats,and therefore it is difficult to evaluate the change of retinal vessels by fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) in vivo.Recently,pigmented rats are being used as the DR model.But the study on the comparison between albino rat model and pigmented rat model is seldom.Objective This study was to observe and compare the manifestations of FFA and retinal digest preparation in early diabetic pigmented diabetic rat and albino diabetic rat,and to select the right model of DR using FFA.Methods Type 1 diabetic models were induced in 15 six-week-old health male BN rats and 15 six-week-old health male SD rats by the injection of STZ (55 mg/kg) via tail vein.The models were thought to be successful in the rats with the blood glucose level ≥ 16.7 mmol/L.The right eyes of the rats were extracted 6 weeks after injection of STZ.Lens were examined by slit lamp microscope.Retinal vascular changes were examined by fundus photography,FFA and periodic acid Schiff staining of retinal digest preparation.The manifestations of FFA and retinal digest preparation were contrasted between BN rats and SD rats.The number of eyes with lens opacification was compared by Chi-square test and the ratio of vascular endothelial cells and perithelial cells (E/P) was compared between BN rats and SD rats.The use and care of experimental animals complied the Statement of Ethic Committee of Tianjin Medicine University.Results Six weeks after injection of STZ,11 BN rats and 10SD rats were included in this study.The blood levels were (24.73±2.98) mmol/L and (22.36±3.65) mmol/L in BN rats and SD rats,respectively,without significant difference between the 2 types of rats (t =7.873,P＞0.05).Lens opacification occurred in 6 BN rats and in 5 SD rats (P=0.717).FFA showed the clear retinal vascular under the brown background.Evident vessel disorder and fluorescence leakage like background stage of DR were seen in 9 eyes.However,in the SD rats,retinal vessel abnormality could not exhibited owing to the interference of choroid fluorescent light from choroidal vessels and vortex vein.Retinal digest preparation exhibited that unevenness of vessel diameter,decrease of perithelial cells and increase of endothelial cells in both types of rats.The E/P values were 11.50±3.68in the BN rats and 12.86±3.94 in the SD rats,without significant difference between them (t=9.785,P＞0.05).Conclusions The abnormality of fundus vascular morphology can be better displayed in pigmented diabetic rats than albino rats by FFA in vivo.

In this study, ultra performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometer-MS^E (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS^E) combined with UNIFI analysis platform was used to rapidly analyze and identify the metabolites of hederagenins 3-O-α-L-rhamnosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)]-α-L-arabopyranoside (Pulsatilla saponin D) and oleanolic acid 3-O-α-L-rhamnosyl-(1→2)-[β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)]-α-L-arabopyranoside (Pulsatilla saponin B₇) and hederagenins 3-O-α-L-rhamnosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabopyranoside (Pulsatilla saponin BD) in plasma and colonic tissue of normal and ulcerative colitis (UC) rats. The database and analysis methods were established based on the precise molecular weight of compounds, retention time, neutral loss and reported data, and then the final data were obtained by comparing with the blank control group, combining with the deviation and the cracking rule of the compound. The results showed that the glucoses, hydroxylation and dehydroxylation, methylation and demethylation, dehydrogenation, decarboxylation and hydrolysis of saponin D, B₇ and BD occurred in the plasma and colon tissues of normal and UC model rats. This study will clarify the metabolic transformation of Pulsatilla saponins D, B₇ and BD in rats, determine the prototype components and their metabolites that enter the body, and whether colon injury will affect their metabolism in vivo, so as to explore the possible anti-colitis effective components in the prototype or metabolites of Pulsatilla saponins D, B₇ and BD. This experiment was approved by Animal Ethics Committee of Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University (approval number: Y202227).

Objective To explore the relationship between the rs1611115 and rs739398 polymorphism of dopamine-β-hydroxy-lase genes and violent behavior in adolescents .Methods Adolescent male offenders were divided into violent group (107 samples) and nonviolent group (107 samples) .Besides ,107 male adolescents in vocational school were served as normal controls .The rs1611115 and rs739398 polymorphisms of DβH gene were measured by used SNaPshot SNP technology in 321 samples .Chi-square test was used to compare the distribution difference between three groups of each gene type and the allele frequency distribution . Results There was statistically significant difference among violent group ,nonviolent group and normal control group in the geno-type and allele frequencies of DβH gene rs1611115 polymorphism(P<0 .05) ,but there was no statistically significant difference be-tween violent group and nonviolent group(P>0 .05) .There was no statistically significant difference among violent group ,nonvio-lent group and normal control group in the genotype and allele frequencies of rs739398 polymorphism(P>0 .05) .Conclusion No association was found between the rs739398 polymorphism of DβH gene and adolescents with violent behavior .But the rs1611115 polymorphism of DβH gene was related to adolescent criminals with violent and nonviolent behavior .

Objective To explore the relationship between the rs3785143 polymorphism of norepinephrine transporter gene,and investigate the influence of interaction effect between NET gene polymorphism and childhood abuse in adolescents with violent behavior.Methods Adolescent male offenders were divided into violent group (124 samples) and nonviolent group (120 samples).The rs3785143 polymorphisms of NET gene were measured by used SNaPshot SNP technology in 244 samples.Chi-square test was used to compare the distribution difference between three groups of each gene type and the allele frequency distribution.Results ①There was no statistically significant difference among violent group and nonviolent group in the genotype and allele frequencies of rs3785143 polymorphism (x2=0.753,0.022; all P＞0.05).②64.5％ violent adolescents have experience of childhood abuse,and 35.5％ had no history of abuse ;48.3％ nonviolent adolescents have experience of childhood abuse,and 51.7％ had no history of abuse(x2=6.50,P＜0.05).③There was not significant interaction between NET gene polymorphism and childhood abuse((OR=0.386,P＞0.05) 95％ CI (0.457-4.739)).Conclusions The NET gene polymorphism is not associated with violent behavior in male adolescents,and there was not interaction between NET gene polymorphism and childhood abuse.

Objective To investigate the criteria of hemodynamic parameters for diagnosis of intracranial segment vertebral artery stenosis with transcranial color-coded sonography (TCCS ). Methods A total of 622 outpatients or inpatients with suspected posterior circulation ischemia were enrolled retrospectively,from which 216 patients were selected with TCCS,color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI)screen,and digital subtraction angiography (DSA)examination,including 33 patients (15. 3%) had normal intracranial vertebral arteries,the stenosis rates<50% were 45 cases (20. 8%),50%-69%were 44 cases (20. 4%),and 70%-99% were 94 cases (43. 5%). The mean velocity (MV)of intracranial segment,the ratios SPRP (PSV1/PSV2 ),SPRE (EDV1/EDV2 )of the systolic and end diastolic flow velocity between the intracranial segment and the intervertebral space segment were calculated respectively by detecting the intracranial segment of vertebral artery,the intervertebral space segment peak systolic velocity (PSV1 ,PSV2 )and end diastolic velocity (EDV2 ,EDV1 ). The DSA findings were used as the criteria,the area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC ) curve was calculated and the optimal cut-off points were obtained. Results The optimal cut-off points of TCCS diagnosis of intracranial vertebral artery stenosis were as follows:the parameter standards of stenosis rate <50% were 110 cm/s≤PSV1≤145 cm/s and 65 cm/s≤MV≤85 cm/s,the parameter standards of stenosis rate 50%-69%were 145 cm/s≤PSV1≤190 cm/s and 85 cm/s≤MV≤115 cm/s,and the parameter standards of stenosis rate 70%-99% were PSV1≥190 cm/s and MV≥115 cm/s. Conclusion TCCS may effectively evaluate the hemodynamic changes of intracranial vertebral artery stenosis and provide reference for the ultrasound evaluation criteria of intracranial vertebral artery stenosis.

Objective To investigate color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI)and transcranial color-coded sonography (TCCS)for detection and evaluation of severe stenosis of intracranial vertebral artery (IVA) before and after stenting,as well as the hemodynamic changes of restenosis and their clinical value. Methods A total of 102 patients with severe stenosis of IVA confirmed by CDFI plus TCCS and DSA from November 2011 to November 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. Extra- and intracranial segments peak systolic velocity (PSV),end-diastolic velocity (EDV),IVA pulsatility index (PI),extracranial resistance index (RI),tube diameter,spectrum morphology,and hemodynamic parameters before stenting and 1 week, 3,6 and 12 months after stenting were compared. According to the results of TCCS,they were further divided into either a restnosis group (n=16 )or a non-restnosis group (n=86 ). Results (1 )The results of TCCS detection showed:PSV,EDV,and PI of the stenotic segments were improved significantly at 1 week after stenting,they were 109 ± 40 cm/s vs. 258 ± 63 cm/s,47 ± 18 cm/s vs. 132 ± 45 cm/s,0. 91 ± 0. 15 vs. 0.75 ± 0. 18,respectively. There were significant differences (all P<0. 01). PSV and EDV of the restenosis group were increased gradually from 3 to 12 months after procedure. There were significant differences between 12 months after procedure and one week after procedure (all P<0. 01). There were no significant differences in PSV,EDV,and PI of the non-restenosis group between the 12-month observation period after procedure and one week after procedure (P>0. 05). (2)The results of CDFI showed:PSV and EDV of the ipsilateral extracranial segment were improved significantly after procedure compare with those before procedure, they were 64 ± 15 cm/s vs. 51 ± 15 cm/s and 24 ± 6 cm/s vs. 19 ± 7 cm/s (all P<0. 05). The RI value and vertebral artery diameter of the extracranial segment were improved gradually,and they reached the peak at 12 months after procedure (0. 61 ± 0. 07 vs. 0. 63 ± 0. 12,P=0. 038;3. 6 ± 0. 4 mm vs. 3. 4 ± 0.5 mm,P=0. 009). Conclusion CDFI in combination with TCCS can objectively evaluate the extra-and intracranial hemodynamic changes before and after IVA stenting,and provide reference information for the effectiveness of stenting and the imaging evaluation of restenosis.

Food allergies, as a type of adverse immune-mediated reactions to ingested food proteins, have become a serious public health issue that harms children and adults health, with increasing incidence year by year. However, without effective therapy for food allergies, doctors-have mostly advised to avoid allergens and provided symptomatic treatment. According to the findings of many studies, allergic diseases are correlated with intestinal barrier function injury, as evidenced by the significant increase in the intestinal permeability among patients with food allergies. In this paper, recent studies on correlations between food allergies and intestinal barrier functions, intestinal barrier function injury mechanisms of allergic foods and food allergy intervention strategies based on intestinal barrier functions were summarized to provide reference for laboratory researches and clinical treatment of food allergic diseases.
