This study investigated the expression and prognostic value of SHP-2 in cervical cancer caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection. Forty-five specimens from patients with cervical cancer (stage I-III), 32 specimens from patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) (I, II) and 20 normal cervical samples from patients with hysteromyoma were collected in Department of Pathology for comparison. The expression levels of SHP-2 and IFN-β proteins were detected by using immunohistochemistry. The mRNA expression level of SHP-2 was detected by using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). HPVs were detected by HPV GenoArray Test. The Spearman correlation was used to compare the expression level of SHP-2 in HPV infected cervical cancer vs non-HPV infected normal cervix. The level of SHP-2 protein expression in the cancer tissues (88.8%) was significantly higher than in CIN tissues (62.5%) and normal cervixes (45%) (P<0.05 and P<0.05, respectively). The SHP-2 mRNA levels in the cancer tissues were upregulated as compared with those in the normal cervixes (P<0.05). Twenty-one (46.7%) cervical cancers, 25 (78.1%) CINs and 17 (85%) normal cervixes showed IFN-β positive staining in cytoplasm. There was statistically significant difference in the expression rate of IFN-β between cervical cancer and normal cervix (χ (2)=8.378, P<0.05) as well as between cervical cancer and CIN (χ (2)=7.695, P<0.05). HPV16/18 infections could be found in normal cervixs (15%), CINs (68.7%) and cervical cancers (84.4%). There was a correlation between HPV infection and SHP-2 expression in cervical cancer (r (s)=0.653, P<0.05). SHP-2 may be a useful prognostic and diagnostic indicator for HPV infected cervical cancer. In cervical cancers, SHP-2 mRNA and protein overexpression was associated with IFN-β lower-expression.

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of uterine incision diverticulum type repair after cesarean section treated by laparoscopy and transvaginal combined with repair in.order to provide the reference for the clinical operation scheme selection.Methods Fifty-two patients who underwent uterine incision diverticulum type repair after cesarean section in the Second People's Hospital of Jingzhou were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 26 cases in each.Patients in the observation group were treated with laparoscopy combined with repair treatment,and patients in the control group were treated with transvaginal repair treatment.The operation periods,cut bleeding volume,postoperative anal exhaust time for the first time,postoperative highest temperature and length of hospital stay were recorded to evaluate the repair and uterine diverticula recovery at 3 months after operation.Results The operation periods in the observation group was (119.91 ± 35.73) min,longer than that in the control group ((62.32 ± 31.83) min ; t =3.514,P ＜0.05).There were on significant differences between two groups in terms of the amount of bleeding,anal discharge first time,the highest postoperative temperature and contrast after a few days in hospital (P＞ 0.05).After treatment,the observation group menstrual recovery rate was 84.62％ and 88.46％ in the control group.The differences were not statistically significant (x2 =1.14,1.76,P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy hemiorrhaphy and transvaginal repair are effective treatment for uterine incision diverticulum after caesarean operation.The corresponding treatment plan can be made according to the patient's condition.

Objective To explore the clinical and MR imaging features of myxoid liposarcoma.Methods Clinical and MR imaging data of 7 patients with histologically confirmed myxoid liposarcomas on extremities were retrospectively analyzed.The age of the patients ranged from 41 to 59 years with a median age of 51 years.Results Three tumors occurred in thigh,two in calf,one in foot and one in shoulder.Six tumors were situated deeply,and one was superficial.On T_1-weighted images,all 7 tumors showed predominant isointense or slightly hypointense signals relative to muscle,with 6 having lacy,linear or amorphous loci of high signal intensity.The major portion of each tumor displayed hyperintense signals compared with fat on T_2-weighted images.Following the injection of Gd-DTPA,all tumors showed inhomogenous and strong enhancement.All tumors had septa and were well defined without obvious surrounding edema and invasion of the adjacent bones.Conclusion Myxoid liposarcomas usually show predominant isointense or slightly hypointense signals relative to muscle on T_1-weighted images and hyperintense signals relative to fat on T_2-weighted images.The fat components within the tumors may be identified as linear,lacy or amorphous foci of high signal intensity on T_1-weighted images.The contrast enhancement of the mvxoid liposarcomas is usually pronounced and heterogeneous.

Objective To investigate the status of Chlamydia trachomatis(CT) infection in pregnant women in Wuxi ,and to ex‐plore the relationship between CT and abortion .Methods A total of 3 199 cases of pregnant women visiting this hospital from Jan‐uary 2013 to December 2014 were enrolled in this study and divided into the missed abortion group(2 633 cases) ,incomplete abor‐tion group(265 cases) ,the inevitable abortion group(137 cases) ,threatened abortion group(104 cases) and control group(60 cases , all women undergoing induced abortion) .The CT infection was detected by using the fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reac‐tion(FQ‐PCR) .Results The positive rate of CT in missed abortion group ,incomplete abortion group ,the inevitable abortion group and threatened abortion group were 5 .62% ,4 .53% ,5 .11% and 4 .81% ,respectively ,all were higher than that in the control group (3 .33% ) ,without statistically significant differences (P>0 .05) .The positive rate of CT in women in 16- <21 years old age group and 21- <26 years old age group was higher than that in other age groups ,which was 7 .06% and 6 .20% respectively .However , there were no statistically significant differences in positive rate of CT between these age groups (P>0 .05) .Conclusion The posi‐tive rate in women undergoing spontaneous abortion is higher than that in women undergoing induced abortion ,and young women has a higher infection rate of CT .

Objective To establish a simple, cost-effective method to measure reactive oxygen metabolites ( ROMs) using automatic biochemical analyzer.Methods Serum samples were collected from 50 healthy individuals and 50 hospitalized patientsin Beijing Hospital from September 2013 to November 2013.By setting up and optimizing parameters on automatic biochemical analyzer, a new method of measuring ROMS was established with TBHP as calibrator.130 healthy non-smokers were recruited in Beijing Hospital from November 2013 to December 2013 to establish reference interval, including 73 males and 57 females.The average age was 68.8 ±12.5.According to CLSI documents, there was the establishment of the new method including precision, limit of blank ( LoB ) , limit of detection ( LoD ) , limit of quantitation (LoQ), linearity,interference testing, and reference interval.Results The intra assay imprecision was 1. 5%-4.1% and the total imprecision was 4.4%-9.9%.LoB was 0.85 mmol/L TBHP;LoD was 2. 7mmol/L TBHP;LoQ was 5.9mmol/L TBHP.The linearity was 5.9-600 mmol/L (R2 =0.995).When triglyceride≤28.58 mmol/L, hemoglobin≤173 g/L, vitamin C≤60 mg/dl and bilirubin≤73.8 μmol/L, the deviation was -7.6%, 4.6%, -98.9%, 19.1%respectively.The normal reference interval was 61.9 -88.1 mmol/L TBHP.Conclusions The newly-established method has good performances of precision,LOD and linearity, which can meet the clinical needs.The interference of triglyceride and hemoglobin is small, while vitamin C and bilirubin have stronger interference on measurement.( Chin J Lab Med,2015,38:163-167)

Objective To study the clinical values of polyvinyl alcohol chemoembolization and bronchial arterial infusion(BAI) in interventional therapy of central bronchogenic carcinoma.Methods 45 pathologically proved cases of central bronchogenic carcinoma in mid or late period were randomly divided into two groups(control group in 24 cases and experimental group in 21 cases).After detecting the nourishing arteries of bronchogenic carcinoma with angiography,the treating processes were performed.Control group : anticancer drugs were poured into bronchial artery.Experimental group : the feeding arteries of tumors were co-axially superselective catheterized with microcatheters,the anti-neoplasm agents were poured into everyone of feeding arteries according to the blood supply,then the feeding arteries were embolized by polyvinyl alcohol.Results Control group : the obvious effective rate(CR+PR) was 50%.Experimental group:the obvious effective rate was 90.4%.Two cases in control group obtained the chances of radical operation and chemotherapy were performed after operation,the other 22 cases were undergone synthetic treatment.Seven cases in experimental group obtained the chances of radical operation and chemotherapy were performed after operation,14 cases were undergone synthetic treatment.Three cases in control group died and none of in experimental group died in the follow-up of 2~24 months.Conclusion The short-term effect of polyvinyl alcohol embolization is better than those of BAI for interventional therapy of central bronchogenic cancer,but the long-term effect needs a large number of cases to access the real clinical value.

Objective To investigate a cure for neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE) by observing the curative effect on neonates with HIE admitted to neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).Methods Fifty neonates with HIE from May to Dec.in 2006 admitted to NICU for treatment(NICU group),which contrast to the 42 neonates with HIE in corresponding periods of 2005 year(control group).The curative effect of three supports and three expectant treatment were evaluated by observing vital signs,oxygen saturation,biochemical test,and the neonatal beha-vioral nerve assessment (NBNA) respectively; Clinical curative effect contained markedly effective and effective which as the total curative effect statistics.Results There were no obvious difference between each group from the means of blood sugar data while hospitalizing as well as the NBNA in 3 days. Objective To study the protective effect of polyene phosphatidylcholine on hepatic injury induced by oxaliplatin and 5?fluorouracil. Methods A subcutaneous tumor model was established by transplanting colocarcinoma HCT116 cells into 30 nude mice,which were random?ized into three groups. The polyene phosphatidylcholine group was injected with polyene phosphatidylcholine(85 mg · kg-1 · d-1)and 5?fluorouracil (20 mg·kg-1·d-1)for 7 days,and then injected with oxaliplatin(6 mg·kg-1·d-1)for 1 day. The hepatic injury group was injected with 5?fluoroura?cil(20 mg·kg-1·d-1)for 7 days and oxaliplatin(6 mg·kg-1·d-1)for 1 day. The tumor?bearing blank group was injected with normal saline. Hepat?ic injury was observed with ultrathin pathological sections. Liver homogenates were prepared to detect superoxide dismutase(SOD)and catalase (CAT)activity. Results In the hepatic injury group,pathological sections revealed dissolved cellular cytoplasm,mitochondrial membrane dam?age,cell membrane edema,and fuzzy,sinusoidal cell expansion . There were no obvious hepatic injuries observed in the polyene phosphatidylcho?line group. The expression of SOD and CAT were lower in the hepatic injury and polyene phosphatidylcholine groups compared to the tumor?bear?ing blank group(P<0.05). The expression of SOD and CAT were higher in the polyene phosphatidylcholine group compared to the hepatic injury group(P<0.05). Conclusion Polyene phosphatidylcholine has a protective effect on hepatic injury induced by oxaliplatin and 5?fluorouracil, which may be related to its effect on membrane repair and inhibition of oxidative stress.
