International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(18):2706-2707,2710
Objective To explore the consistency of chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay(CMIA)reagent and particle‐enhanced turbidimetric immunoassay(PETIA) reagent for detecting pepsinogen(PG) ,so as to provide laboratory references for en‐suring the reliability of PETIA reagent in detecting PG .Methods According to the requirement of EP9‐A2 file made by the Nation‐al Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards(NCCLS) ,taking PETIA as evaluating method and CMIA as reference method ,a to‐tal of 92 specimens collected from patients with various degrees of gastric atrophy were selected ,PETIA and CMIA reagents were utilized for bidirectional detection of PG .Then recorded test results of pepsinogenⅠ(PGⅠ) ,and PGⅠ /pepsinogenⅡ(PG Ⅱ) rati‐o ,and carried out method comparison and bias evaluation for the two kinds of reagents .Results The expected relative bias of detec‐tion results of PGⅠ and PGⅠ /PG Ⅱ ratio by using PETIA and CMIA reagents were acceptable within linear range of methods . Conclusion The results of PGⅠ and PG Ⅱ detected by using PETIA reagent could be accepted .
7.Alteration of erythrocyte immune function in patients with chronic gastritis
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2009;30(7):649-650
Objective To investigate the change of immunologic function of red blood cell (RBC) in patients with chronic gastritis. Methods The immunologic function of RBC in 88 cases of chronic gastritis was dynamically detected with yeast rosette method. Results The results showed that RBC-C3b receptor rosette (RBC-C3b-RR) rate and RBC immune adherence enhance factor (RFER) rate were significantly lower (P<0.05) and RBC immune complex rosette (RBC-ICR) rate and RBC immune adherence inhibitor factor (RFIR) were significantly higher (P<0.05) in the patients with atrophic gastritis than those in control group. In the patients with superficial gastritis, the difference had no distinct significance (P>0.05). Conclusion The immunologic function of red blood cell (RBC)measurement plays an important role in differential diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of chronic gastritis.

Clinical Medicine of China 2008;24(z1):4-5
Objective To explore the risk factors of vascular dementia (VD) in stroke patients, expecial-ly, the relationship between VD and carotid artery atherosclerosis. Methods 64 patients with cerebrovascular dis-ease , who had a history of stroke , were divided into VD groups (n = 64) and control group (n = 60). The age, disease course, education and blood lipid and carotid artery stenosis were compared. Results The age of patients , course of disease ,educational levels, the serum levels of TC ,TG, LDL and internal diameter of carotid artery were different between the two groups (P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The age of patients , course of disease , education, the serum levels of TC ,TG ,LDL and carotid artery atherosclerosis are related to vascular dementia in stroke patients.
9.mRNA Expression of c-myc Gene in the Hyperacute Rejection of Xe notransplantation
Chinese Circulation Journal 2001;16(1):67-69
Objective:To research expression and function of c-myc gene in hyperacute r ejection of xenotransplantation. Method:Through the model of hyperacute rejection of xenotransplantation wit h isolated rat heart perfused with human plasma,we detected c-myc mRNA expressi on and cell localization with in situ hybridization in hyperacute rejection. Result:c-myc mRNA increased expression in the endothelium cell of heart.Th e value of signal is 450.09±409.99.The value of signal of group of control is 1 74.40±51.50(p<0.05)。 Conclusion:From these study findings,it would appear that hyperacute rejecti on is associated with the elevation of c-myc mRNA expression.
10.Medial Collateral Ligament Reconstruction with Semitendinosus Autograft for Medial Instability of the Knee:Report of 12 Cases
Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(11):-
Objective To investigate the effect of medial collateral ligament reconstruction using semitendinosus autograft. Methods A total of 12 patients with medial collateral ligament injury received knee examinations.Among them,2 had lateral meniscus injury, and received partial resection of the lateral meniscus;2 had cruciate ligament(CL) injury(anterior CL in one and posterior CL in the other),and underwent bone-ligament-bone reconstruction.Medial collateral ligament reconstruction was performed using the semitendinosus tendon autograft ingrowth in the tibial tunnel. Results Primary healing was achieved in all the cases. In 10 of them, the stability of the knee was regained in 6-month follow-up;stress X-ray examination showed that the medial joint space was smaller than the contralateral one by less than 5 mm,and the position of the interference screw was optimal.Of the 12 patients,11 achieved an active knee flexion between 0? and 120?,the other, who had fracture of the lateral condyle of the femur, had a flexion of 90?.Conclusions Semitendinosus autograft provides sufficient tension for medial collateral ligament reconstruction. The fixation of the knee and the closure of the joint capsule can be achieved by using the method.
