Objective:To assess the reliability and validity of the Self-rating Internet-using Scale.Methods:A sample of 1240 middle school students was selected for pilot evaluation of the scale.A test-retest study was conducted to evaluate the reliability among 130 middle school students.The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis method.Results:It showed that the test-retest reliability was 0.74,and the Cronbach's ? coefficient was 0.86.Factor analysis extracted 8 factors,with factor loadings between 0.382 and 0.811 and a cumulative contribution rate of 60.1%.When the cut-off point of the scale for diagnosis was 91(x+1.645s),the sensitivity was 26.9%,the specificity was 94.0% the positive rate of internet addiction disorder(IAD) was 6.8%.The positive rate of IAD in boys was significantly higher than that in girls(9.9% vs.4.2%,P

Methods: ASODN was transfected into cholangiocarcinoma cell line FRH-0201 by LipofectamineTM2000. The standard of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) literature metadata is the technological basis and premise of the TCM resource administration and sharing. This paper studied the TCM literature metadata design condition by defining the object of description and discussing the necessity of TCM literature metadata preliminary. It put forward metadata framework structure and element extension principles so as to carry out the specific design work. In order to enhance the practicability of metadata, two means of expression including system table and metadata dictionary were designed with special provisions on description detail rules of metadata dictionary. The design principle of TCM literature metadata was summarized. The issue of balance between accuracy and entirety was considered in the metadata designing.

Objective To discuss the diagnostic values of transrectal ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy in prostate carcinoma(PCa).Methods A total of 238 patients with suspected PCa received tran-srectal ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy.Results Based on the results of biopsy pathology,88 cases (37.0%)were diagnosed as PCa,105 cases(44.1%)were benign prostate hyperplasia,15 cases (6.3%) were low-grade prostatic intraepithelial neoplasm,17 cases(7.1%)were atypical hyperplasia,8 cases(3. 4%)were adenomatoid tumor,and 5 cases(2.1%)were granulomatous prostatitis.Conclusion Tran-srectal ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy is accurate and safe.It is an effective method in diagnosing pros-tatic carcinoma.

Breast cancer related lymphedema is the accumulation of interstitial fluid due to the lymphatic fluid load exceeds its transport ability as a consequence of the lesion of lymphatic structure.It mainly presents as swelling of the affected limb,a feeling of heaviness or tightness in the limb,aching and restricted limb motion.Its incidence is related to surgery,chemical therapy,obesity,hypertention as well as the alteration of particular genes.To prevent the occurrence and exacerbation of lymphedema,patients should avoid the overuse of the affected limb.While limb exercise step by step can solve part of this problem,but not all,doctor should also take both the patterns of exercise and risk factors that patients expose into consideration,then make a individualized exercise plan,evaluate the condition precisely,in order to achieve the best treatment purposes.

Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Keli-Paoxi power for the treatment of acute paronychia. Methods A total of 144 patients with acute paronychia were randomly divided into a Keli-Paoxi power group, a mupirocin ointment group and an ethanol soaking group, 48 in each group. All patients were treated for 3 weeks and followed-up for 2 months. The time to regression of redness and swelling in the nail groove was recorded. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was used to assess tenderness. The curative effects were evaluated, and recurrence of paronychia was recorded. Results The time to regression of redness and swelling in the nail groove in the Keli-Paoxi power group (2.2 ± 0.6 d) was significantly shorter than that in the mupirocin ointment group (8.1 ± 1.7 d) or ethanol soaking group (7.9 ± 1.2 d; F=344.597, P<0.01). The VAS Scores in the Keli-Paoxi power group (1.2 ± 0.2) was significantly lower than that in the mupirocin ointment group (3.2 ± 0.3) or ethanol soaking group (3.1 ± 0.3; F=831.273, P<0.01). The total effective rate in the Keli-Paoxi power group (100.0%, 48/48) was significantly higher than that in the mupirocin ointment group (83.3%, 40/48) or ethanol soaking group (81.3%, 39/48; χ2=9.700, P=0.008). The recurrence rate of paronychia in the Keli-Paoxi power group (2.1%, 1/48) was significantly lower than that in the mupirocin ointment group (16.7%, 8/48) or ethanol soaking group (14.6%, 7/48; χ2=6.000, P=0.049) at 2 months follow-up. Conclusions Keli-Paoxi power can alleviate tenderness, shorten the time to regression of redness and swelling in the nail groove, decraese recurrence in patients with acute paronychia. The curative effect of Keli-Paoxi power is superior to mupirocin ointment and ethanol soaking in the treatment of acute paronychia.

AIM: To study the protective effect of glutamine (Gln) against endotoxemia by observing the effect of glutamine on heat shock proteins (HSPs) and tumor necrosis factor-? (TNF-?) in endotoxemic rats. METHODS: The rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, lipopolysaccharide group (LPS), glutamine-treated group (Gln) and control group (C). The blood was drawn from lateral tail vein for analysis of cytokine levels at 0, 2, 4 and 6 h post-lipopolysaccharide (LPS) challenge. TNF-? was measured by radioimmunity assay. Multiple tissues were harvested from the rats, and HSP70 was detected by immunohistochemistry. At the same time, lung, liver, and ileum tissue section were stained with hematoxylin and eosin. ObjectiveTo explore the content of isorhynchophylline in different medicinal parts of Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis.MethodsHPLC was adopted to determine 8 batches of different Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis of different origin and different medicinal parts. The Waters Symmetry C18 color(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm) was used with mobile phase of methanol -0.01 mol/L ammonium acetate buffer(pH 8.0)(60∶40), column temperature of 25℃ , 20μl sample volume, velocity of 1.0 ml/min, and detection wavelength of 246 nm. ResultsIsorhynchophylline can be detected in all 8 batchs of Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis in different regions, and different content were found among different origins. The content of isorhynchophylline in different parts of the same origin showed a decreasing sequence of the rhabd, stem with hook, stem without hook, and twig without hook and leaves.ConclusionMost of medicinal part of Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis contains isorhynchophylline, which provide a lab basis for exploring medicinal parts of this herbal medicine.

Objective To discuss the application effect of TCM constitution recognition on TCM chronic disease refining health management for type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods Totally 140 outpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus from Chaoyangmen Community Health Center were selected and divided evenly into two groups after TCM constitution assessment. The study lasted for 2 years (1st August 2013–31st July 2015). The control group (70 cases) received diabetes community health management. In addition to routine community health management, TCM constitutional management was also administrated in the intervention group. The latter group received medicine, food, sport guidance according to the results of TCM constitution assessment. The blood glucose, blood lipid, BMI and waist-hip ratio of the two groups were monitored, and the self-management and life quality of patients were evaluated. Results After the intervention, significant improvement was found for fasting blood glucose, 2 h postprandial blood glucose, BMI, waist-hip ratio and blood lipid both in the control group and the intervention group, and the improvement in the intervention group was more obvious than the control group (P<0.05). The whole level of self-management and life quality was greatly increased in both groups, while improvement of the intervention group was much higher than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated application of TCM constitutional theory in TCM chronic disease refining health management for type 2 diabetes mellitus will contribute to improving patients’ self-management, changing their clinical symptoms and finally improving their life quality.
