Tumor cell metastasis is a process of extracellular matrix hydrolyzed by protease, where tumor cells traverse the defect in the extracellular matrix into the lymphatic system and the capillaries to form new metastasis hematogenously.Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are a kind of enzymes closely related to the metastasis.MMP, especially the relationship between MMP-9 and endometrial cancer metastasis in this paper will be summarized to get a better understanding about it.

ObjectiveTo study the safety and effectiveness of acute hypervolemic hemodilution (AHH) combined with tranexamic acid(TA) in neurosurgical operation. Methods Forty patients underwent selective neurosurgical operation were divided into two groups by radom digits table with 20 cases each, both groups were infused HES(130/0.4) 20 ml/kg for AHH after anesthesia, TA intravenous injection of loading 10 mg/kg, 1 mg/(kg·h) continuous infusion until the end of surgery in experimental group,only for AHH in control group. The mean arterial blood pressure(MAP), central venous pressure(CVP), heart rate (HR), pulse oxygen saturation (SpO2) were measured before AHH (T0), A HH immediately (T1), 1 h after AHH (T2), at the end of operation (T3), and in the corresponding time hemoglobin (Hb), hematocrit (Hct),prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), platelet ( Plt ), fibrinogen ( FIB ) were measured; the intraoperative bleeding, blood transfusion and transfusion rate were counted in both groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference in HR and MAP at different time between two groups (P ＞0.05),compaued with T0,CVP at T1,T2 was increased (P＜0.05),Hb and Hct at T1,T2,T3 were decreased (P＜ 0.05 ). PT and APTT at T2,T3 were longer than that at T0 in control group (P＜ 0.05 ) ;Plt at T1 ,T2,T3 was lower in control group than that at T0 in two groups (P ＜ 0.05 ), Plt at T2, T3 was obviously increased in control group compared with experimental group (P ＜ 0.01 ) ; FIB at T2, T3 was lower than that at T0 in control group (P ＜0.05). The intraoperative bleeding, blood transfusion and transfusion rate in experimental group [(650 ±560) nl, (150 ± 50)ml,30％(6/20)]were lower than those in control group [(820 ±410) ml,(380 ±290) ml,60％ (12/20)],there were significant differences between two groups(P ＜0.05).ConclusionAHH combined with TA has obvious effect of saving blood and hemodynamic stability with less influence on coagulation in neurosurgical operation.

Aim To observe the effects of ketamine on Na+,K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase and NOSase activity in different cerebral cortex in convulsive mice.Methods The mice were randomly divided into blank group,normal saline(NS) group and ketamine 25 mg?kg-1 (KetⅠ),50 mg?kg-1(KetⅡ) group. The animals of blank group were killed directly.Convulsion was induced by intraperitoneally(ip) strychnine(1.5 mg?kg-1) in other groups,and correspond drugs were administered ip before five minutes.Action variety of mice was observed. Animals were killed on 30 minutes after strychnine injection.The activity of Na+,K+-ATPase,Ca2+-ATPase,TNOSase and iNOSase were assessed by spestrophotometric analysis in different cere-bral cortex(forehead,parietal and occipital area).Results Ketamine group could decrease mortality completely. The duration of tonic state in KetⅡ group was significantly shorter than that in KetⅠgroup.Compared with blank group,Na+,K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATP ase activities were decreased in the group of NS and KetⅠ,and recovered normal level in the group of KetⅡ at parietal and occipital area. PurposeTo analyze the sonographic and the histological features of special types of breast malignant tumors in order to explore preoperative ultrasound diagnosis. Materials and Methods Seven cases of special types of breast malignant tumors confirmed by pathology were retrospectively investigated by ultrasound. The sonographic and histological features of the lesions were reviewed. The ultrasonogram manifestations of the breast anatomy and the lesions were observed and recorded.Results Among 7 cases, there were 2 cases of papillary carcinoma, 3 cases of mucinous carcinoma, and 2 cases of lymphoma. Microscopically, the papillary carcinoma had clear boundaries with infringing mesenchyme, and the tissues were papillary and dense. The mucinous carcinoma had cancer cells floated in mucus lake. The primary breast lymphoma was diffused large B-cell type with focal lesion. For sonography type of breast, there were 3 cases of fatty types, 1 case of fibroglandular-1 and 3 cases of fibroglandular-2. The papillary carcinoma was hypoechoic in 2 cases, one of them was expansive growth with large size. Two cases of mucinous carcinoma were hypoechoic without accompanying sound attenuation in 1 case and with accompanying acoustic shadow due to calcification in the other case. Lymphoma was apparent anechoic and cystoid.Conclusion Special types of breast malignancies have different sonographic features and histological features from the common invasive ductal carcinoma. It has high clinical significance to enhance the understanding of rare malignant breast tumors.

Objective: This paper proposes a design of portable ECG monitor in dual processor based on 3G, analyzes the design for function module. Methods: Bases on 3G, network, multimedia technology, the monitor equips an TMS302VC5402 micro-processor as its main controller, digital signals processor BSP15 process multimedia message,and 3G communication module HC25 to realize the wireless communication. Results: The system has the functions of ECG display and automated analysis and diagnosis, which can detect and send the data to monitoring center of hospital within the coverage of 3G network.The system can help a patient far away from the hospital save herself(or himself) by the two-way video technology. Conclusions: The real-ization of this system can help doctor real-time, full-scale, no the region restrainedly to obtain the ECG message of patient. The system is suitable for the patient of coronary.The 3G leads the ECG information to deliver more rapidly and conveniently.

Objective To analyze the present situation of medical service prices in Beijing,and provide scientific basis in order to carry out the reform of medical service prices of the city.Methods Literature review method to collate the administration policy of medical service price in Beijing,and the method of statistical analysis to compare the Beijing medical service prices with 1 9 other provinces across the country.Results The number of medical service projects (4 613 )in Beijing is higher than the national average (4 507),but the average medical service prices (423 yuan)in Beijing is lower than the national average (609 yuan),and medical service price and the regional economic level has no statistical significance Conclusion Medical service prices of Beijing need to be adjusted,and a reform of medical service prices in Beijing should be implemented by the Development and Reform Commission,Health and Family Planning Commission.

Objective To research the method of Chronic hepatic injury modeling in mice induced by D -galactosamine and lipopolysaccharide combination . Methods Injected D-galactosamine ( 30 mg/mL ) and lipopolysaccharide ( 2μg/mL ) combination by intraperitoneal injection , two days at a time for 8 weeks .Monitored variation of diet and weight; detected serum level of alanine aminotransferase ( ALT ) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST), been put to death in mice and removed the liver tissue .strained hepatic tissue by the HE and Masoon dye to observe Liver tissue structure and cellular morphology and the degree of fibrosis .Results Lipopolysaccharide and D-galactosamine combination resulted in ALT rise , hepatocyte degeneration and necrosis ,collagen fiber hyperplasia obviously . Conclusion D-galactosamine and Lipopolysaccharide combination could induce mice chronic hepatic injury modeling .

Objective To investigate the effect of restraint stress on liver injury in mice induced by D-galactosamine and lipopolysaccharide (D+L).Methods Normal BALB/c (B/c) mice were randomly divided into normal control, stress control, D+L group, and D+L+stress group.The mice of normal control group were bred routinely.The stress group was giv-en stress regularly and quantitatively.Mice in the D+L group were injected intraperitoneally with mixed solution of D-galac-tosamine and lipopolysaccharide at final concentration of 30 mg/mL and 2μg/mL, respectively, once every two days.The D+L+stress group was given equal stress as stress group after injection of D-galactosamine and lipopolysaccharide mixed solution. Eight weeks later, blood samples were collected to test serum aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST), liver tissue samples from all animals were collected to evaluate the degree of liver fibrosis by HE and Masson staining.Results At the 8th week, the ALT and AST values in the D+L+stress group were significantly reduced( P＜0.01) and AST/ALT value was significantly increased(P＜0.01)compared with that in the D+L group.For HE and Masson staining, disordered structure of hepatic lobules, nodular hyperplasia, and necrosis of epithelial cells were present in animals of the D+L group.However, no obvious pathological changes were observewd in the D+L+stress group.For fibrosis scores, the fibrosis grade in the D+L+stress group was significantly decreased than that of the D+L group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Constraint stress presents pro-tective effect on D-galactosamine and lipopolysaccharide induced liver injury in mice.
