Objective To explore the effects of acceptance and commitment therapy on psychological resilience and perceived benefit of breast cancer patients. Methods From January to June in 2015,39 inpatients were enrolled as the control group, where routine nursing and functional exercise were carried out. From July 2015 to January 2016,41 inpatients were treated as the observation group, where acceptance and commitment therapy was implemented apart from the treatment for the control group. Before and after the intervention, the Conor-Davision resilience scale (CD-RISC) and the Chinese version of perceived benefits of diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer (PB-DTBC) were used for evaluation.Result After the intervention, the scores of psychological resilience and the perceived benefit of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group and before intervention (P<0.01).Conclusion Acceptance and commitment therapy can effectively improve the psychological resilience and disease-perceived benefit of breast cancer patients.

Objective To study the current situation of pediatric emergency department of primary hospitals in Guangdong province,in order to provide evidence for the development of appropriate pediatric emergency skill. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in primary hospitals of Guangdong province by face to face and mail. The questionnaire was self-designed,including the hospital area and level set,the key equipment in pediatric emergency, common symptoms and diseases, the need for pediatric specialty in local medical colleges.Results60 questionnaires were released and 38(63.3%) were available, which were from 14 different cities of Guangdong province.Among the 38 hospitals,16 hospitals(42.1%) had no independent pediatric emergency;24 hospitals(63.2%) had no blood gas analyzer;23 hospitals(60.5%) without a defibrillator;22 hospitals(57.9%) had no bedside ultrasound, neonatal warm or warm box;17 hospitals(44.7%) had no bedside X-ray,infusion pump;13 hospitals(34.2%) without gastric lavage machine;12 hospitals(31.6%) without ventilator;8 hospitals(21.1%) without the monitor.Top five symptoms were fever, cough, vomiting, diarrhea, convulsion. The top five diseases were pneumonia, fever of unknown, acute gastroenteritis,hand-foot-mouth disease, convulsion of unknown.Only 5 hospitals (13.2%) thought there was no need for pediatric specialty in local medical colleges. Conclusion Shortages of the pediatric emergency equipments and specialists are very severe in primary hospitals,in order to improve the status of pediatric emergency, some ways can be explored:the construction of grassroots pediatric emergency should be speeded up;a grades regional system for child emergency transport should be improved as soon as possible;the appropriate pediatric emergency skills and training for primary hospitals should be explored and compiled into instructions;pediatric emergency health education could be implemented in child health care.

Journal of Forensic Medicine 2014;30(5):325-328
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the relation between the expression of tPA, MMP-2, MMP-9 and AEG-1 in the human brain tissue and the ethanol concentration under the acute alcohol poison, and to analyze the role of alcohol and trauma in the mechanism of death of subarachnoid hemorrhage.
METHODS:
Fifteen real cases were collected in this study. The brain tissues were researched by histological examination and the concentration of ethanol in heart blood were detected. The tPA, MMP-2, MMP-9 and AEG-1 in brainstem, brain and cerebellum were observed respectively by immunohistochemistry.
RESULTS:
In alcohol poisoning groups with or without trauma, the acute alcohol toxicity resulted in the swelling of brain tissues. The tPA, MMP-2, MMP-9 and AEG-1 of brainstem, brain and cerebellum showed high expression in alcohol victims, and the tPA in cerebellum showed no difference. The expression of the MMP-2, MMP-9 and AEG-1 showed good relation with the ethanol concentration in blood (P < 0.05, r > 0.6).
CONCLUSION
The expressions of tPA, MMP-2, MMP-9 and AEG-1 are significant higher in alcohol victims, and expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 and AEG-1 have positive correlation with the alcohol concentration. The alcohol has acute toxicity to brain cells.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2010;26(6):542-545
Objective To discuss the impact of relevant psycho-social factors on the driving adaptability. Methods A total of 870 vehicle drivers were screened out by stratified cluster sampling, and 620 drivers were finally selected for this study after eliminating those who had 1 -2 accidents. The 620 drivers were divided into accident group and non-accident group. Demographic questionnaire, life event scale, SCL-90 Scale and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire were applied to investigate their general condition, life event, mental health and personality. All data were analyzed by t test and stepwise Fisher discriminatory, and then the discriminatory equations of driving eligibility were established. Results The scores of factors including positive life events, negative life events, family events, work events and social events in accident group were 9.62 ± 11.36, 34.53 ± 30.01, 24.05 ± 23.09, 16.78 ± 17. 12 and 2.82 ± 5.07, respectively, which were higher than 4.67 ± 6.25, 6.38 ± 10. 15, 6.48 ± 9.43, 3.96 ±6.55 and 2.02 ± 5.43 respectively in the non-accident group ( P < 0. 01 ). The total SCL-90 score and the scores of all factors in the accident group were higher than those in the non-accident group ( P <0. 01 ). The Eysenck Personality Questionnaire scores of the accident group were significantly higher than the non-accident group in N dimension ( 56. 32 ± 8.77 vs. 45.23 ± 8.06 ) and P dimension (52.22 ±10.43 vs. 48.31 ± 9.35 ) ( P < 0. 01 ). Fisher discriminatory equations: Faccident group = 0. 258 × X6 + 0.119 ×X9 +0.637 ×X17 +0.043 × X5-7.476; Fnon-accident group =0. 137 × X6-1. 000 ×X9 + 1.423 ×X17 +0.003× X5-2.601. Total discrimination accuracy of verification was 88.3%, and the total accuracy of prospective discrimination was 88.0%. Conclusions There is clear correlation of driving adaptability with coercion, anxiety, emotion and negative factors. The discriminatory equations are useful for selecting drivers because of high accuracy, and may play an important role in reducing the occurrence of traffic accidents.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2015;39(2):87-112
The purpose of this paper is to achieve a measurement of temperature prediction for artificial heart without sensor, for which the research briefly describes the application of back propagation neural network as well as the optimized, by genetic algorithm, BP network. Owing to the limit of environment after the artificial heart implanted, detectable parameters out of body are taken advantage of to predict the working temperature of the pump. Lastly, contrast is made to demonstrate the prediction result between BP neural network and genetically optimized BP network, by which indicates that the probability is 1.84% with the margin of error more than 1%.
