China Medical Equipment 2017;14(9):103-106
Objective:To study the effect of hysteroscope electrotomy for treating infertile women with uterine septum. Methods: 64 patients with uterine septum were divided into observation group (25cases) and control group (39cases) according to different operation method. Patients of observation group received the combination mode of hysteroscope and laparoscope while the patients of control group received hysteroscope electrotomy. And thenthe effects of the two surgical methods for pregnancy outcome of the patients of the two groups were compared. Results: In 22 patients with complete uterine septum, the postoperative pregnancy rate was 59.09% which was significantly higher than preoperative pregnancy rate (18.18%) (x2=4.539,P<0.05). The postoperative rate of normal childbirth in term was 31.82% which was significantly higher than preoperative outcome (0%) (x2=8.324, P<0.004). In 42 patients which incomplete uterine septum, the postoperative pregnancy rate was 73.81% which was significantly higher than preoperative pregnancy rate (33.33%) (x2=13,832,P<0.05). The postoperative rate of normal childbirth in term was 54.76% which was significantly higher than preoperative outcome (0%)(x2=31.672, P<0.004).Conclusion: Hysteroscope electrotomy is significant in the treatment for patient with uterine septum, and it has series of advantages of minimally invasive surgery including small wound, less blooding, fast prognosis and others. Therefore, it is worthy in the clinical promoting.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1992;0(01):-
Objective:To assess the reliability and validity of the Self-rating Internet-using Scale. Methods:A sample of 1240 middle school students was selected for pilot evaluation of the scale.A test-retest study was conducted to evaluate the reliability among 130 middle school students. The data was analyzed by descriptive analysis method. Results:It showed that the test-retest reliability was 0.74,and the Cronbach's ? coefficient was 0.86.Factor analysis extracted 8 factors, with factor loadings between 0.382 and 0.811 and a cumulative contribution rate of 60.1%.When the cut-off point of the scale for diagnosis was 91(x+1.645s),the sensitivity was 26.9%,the specificity was 94.0% the positive rate of internet addiction disorder(IAD) was 6.8%.The positive rate of IAD in boys was significantly higher than that in girls(9.9% vs.4.2%,P
5.Relationship between P53 and survivin in human lung cancer cells
Chinese Journal of Cancer Biotherapy 2006;0(06):-
Objective:To observe the inhibitory effects of survivin-specific siRNA on human lung cancer cell lines with different P53 statuses, and to analyse the relationship between P53 and survivin in vitro.Methods:A549(wild-type P53)and H1299(P53 absent)cells were transfected with chemosynthetic survivin siRNA.The effect of siRNA on cell proliferation was analysed by MTT assay. The changes of cell cycle and apoptosis were examined by flow cytometry. The expression of survivin mRNA was detected by RT-PCR.The protein expression of survivin,P53,P21 and PARP was examined by Western blotting. Results:Endogenous survivin level in A549 cells was lower than that in H1299 cells. The mRNA and protein expression of survivin was significantly lower in siRNA group than in blank control group and non-silencing siRNA group(P
6.Cemented versus uncemented bipolar hemiarthroplasty for femoral neck fractures in the elderly
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2007;0(22):-
BACKGROUND: Many studies have been conducted about cemented and uncemented total hip arthroplasty (THA). However, there are few reports about the differences between cemented and uncemented bipolar hemiarthroplasty in China. OBJECTIVE: To compare treatment effects of cemented and uncemented bipolar prostheses on fracture of femoral neck in the elderly. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: Comparative observation. The patients were selected from Department of Orthopaedics, Xi’an Red Cross Hospital from January 2004 to December 2005. PARTICIPANTS: 131 cases of femoral neck fractures (type Garden Ⅲ and Ⅳ) were selected from Department of Orthopaedics Xi’an Red Cross Hospital, including 39 males and 92 females, aged 79 years (ranging 65-98 years); 72 cases of left hip and 59 cases of right hip. METHODS: The patients with various basic diseases were given corresponding treatment before surgery. The operation was performed 3 or 4 days after admission by the same operator. The patients were randomly divided into two groups, who were separately treated with cemented or uncemented prostheses. The patients were followed up for 3 years after operation and the hip function was evaluated by Harris score. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Hip function, Harris score, mortality revision rate, revision rate and complication incidence rate. RESULTS: During follow-up period, 6 in cemented group and 8 in uncemented group died. After 3 month of operation, 43 patients could walk independently, 15 needed walking aid, and 5 only acted on bed in cemented group. In uncemented group, 27 patients could walk independently, and 35 needed walking aid. In hospital, 9 patients of cemented group and 15 of uncemented group had complication. After 3 years of operation, 14 cases underwent revision in cemented group due to prosthesis loosening with revision rate of 23.73%, while only 5 patients underwent revision in uncemented group, including 4 cases of prosthesis loosening and 1 of femur split with a revision rate of 23.73%. One year after operation, there was no statistically significance in Harris scores between two groups. During follow-up period, there was no difference in acetabular abrasion between two groups, but the uncemented group had a higher medullary cavity possession rate. No prosthesis dislocation, heterotopic ossification, or bone dissolving was found. CONCLUSION: There were no differences in hip function between cemented and uncemented bipolar hemiarthroplasty for femoral neck fractures in the elderly during follow up.
