Objective:To screen the optimal process of ambi-extracting of Xinyi Powder and inclusion of volatile oil.Methods:Single factor experiment was used to optimize the extraction process of Xinyi Powder by taking crushing particle size, extraction times, the amount of water added and extraction time as the investigation factors. L 9(3 4) orthogonal test was used to optimize the inclusion process of volatile oil in Xinyi Powder. Results:The optimal extraction process of ambi-extracting of Xinyi Powder was as follows: the slices were not crushed, 10 times the amount of water was added, and extracted for 3 hours; the best inclusion process of volatile oil as follows: β-cyclodextrin:water=1:25, β-cyclodextrin:volatile oil=6:1, inclusion temperature 35 ℃, inclusion time 3 hours.Conclusion:The ambi-extracting process and volatile oil inclusion process are simple, stable and feasible.

Objective To summarise and analyse the qualitative studies on the factors that influence patient involvement in decision-making for the initial administration of insulin for the patients with Type II diabetes,from the perspectives of patients and healthcare staff in order to provide a reference to promote patient involvement in decision-making.Methods Systematic searches were conducted across databases,such as CINAHL,Cochrane Library,EMBASE,PubMed,Web of Science,PsycINFO,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP,and SinoMed,for qualitative studies on the factors that affect patient involvement in initial insulin decision-making for the patients with Type II diabetes.The search was limited to articles from the inception of the databases to 30th September,2023.Quality of the included studies was assessed using the Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)evidence-based healthcare centre for qualitative research quality assessment tool.The results were integrated using a synthesising integration method.Results A total of 19 articles were included,yielding 20 study results,which were categorised into 7 themes of patient decision-making related values,patient role preferences in decision-making,condition of patient,the role of healthcare staff in patient participation in decision-making,professional quality of healthcare staff,relationship between patient and healthcare staff,and the support from a medical institution.The data were ultimately integrated into 4 overarching themes of patient personal factors,healthcare staff factors,patient-staff interaction factors and medical institution factors.Conclusion The involvement of the patients with Type II diabetes in the decision-making for the initial administration of insulin is influenced by patients themselves,healthcare staff and medical institutions.It requires efforts of multiple parties:not only with the patients actively participate in decision-making,but also with the healthcare staff and institutions who provide effective decision supports.

Objective:To explore the nursing distance education model under the epidemic situation of COVID-19, and challenges of teachers and students so as to bring forth a proposal for future nursing education model reform.Methods:The mixed research was used with methods of questionnaire survey and interview. In February 2020, we investigated the distance learning conditions and needs among 922 nursing undergraduates in School of Nursing, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. Qualitative research of phenomenology was used to carry out semi-structured and in-depth interview among 14 nursing teachers. Data analysis was implemented with the method of Colaizzi phenomenological analysis.Results:Among 922 nursing undergraduates, 95.99% (885/922) of them could learn on line normally on the public platform, but there were still some students in mountain area limited by network conditions; 97.18% (896/922) of them accepted the nursing distance education model proposed by our school. Qualitative interview of teachers extracted two themes, the key element to implement nursing distance education and challenges, inspiration of epidemic situation to nursing education reform.Conclusions:In distance education model, teachers face challenges of idea, technology and resource; students are influenced by study habits, online learning ability and objective environment. In future, we can make a reform in the aspects of teachers, educational content and form, educational resources and platforms, education management.

Objective:To analyze the current research status, hotspots, and trends in the field of cancer symptom management in recent 10 years, and to provide a reference for further research.Methods:Articles published from January 2010 to December 2019 were retrieved with "cancer OR tumor OR neoplasm" and "symptom management" as the subject terms from the core collection of Web of Science database. CiteSpace 5.7.R1 was used for analysis and visualization of researchers, countries, institutions, journals, documents, keywords and other content.Results:The number of papers published in the field of cancer symptom management was basically on the rise, but the number of co-authored papers by multiple authors and institutions was insufficient. The United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia were the main countries in the field of cancer symptom management. They occupied a key position in this field and cooperated closely with each other. China's number of publications ranked the fifth, but it did not take a central place, and it had less international cooperation. Journal of Clinical Oncology, Journal of Pain and Symptom Management, and Supportive Care in Cancer were the core journals in this field. The related articles published on them reflected the foundation of this field, and provided important reference for this field. Cancer, symptoms, intervention measures, self-care, remote management, etc. have been research hotspots in recent years. Conclusions:This study provides a perspective for understanding the related research in cancer symptom management, and supplies valuable information for researchers to identify potential collaborators and cooperative institutions, core journals, hot topics, and research frontiers. In the future, researchers may focus on such hotspots and frontiers as symptoms, interventions, self-care, and remote management.

Objective:To explore the methodology of the evidence-based expert consensus formulation process of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing taking stroke as an example.Methods:First,preliminary and comprehensive presentation of all stroke-related symptoms and corre-sponding TCM nursing techniques involved were revealed through bibliometric analysis.Then,selection of stroke symptoms and TCM nursing techniques for inclusion in the consensus was performed using an expert consultation method.Next,we determined the search strategy for a precise evidence search;conducted an evaluation of evidence quality and the grade of the evidence;and completed evidence extraction,evidence analysis,and evidence synthesis based on the included symptoms and TCM nursing techniques.The Delphi method was then applied to determine the strength of each recommendation and the choice of nursing care points by referring to the Grading of Recommendations,Assessment,Devel-opment,and Evaluations grid.Finally,we conducted an external expert validation of the Delphi results to form an expert consensus guideline.Results:Through the bibliometric analysis,22 stroke symptoms and 18 TCM nursing techniques were identified in the literature.Then,after expert consultation,22 symptoms and 111 pairs of symptoms combined with TCM nursing techniques were selected for the evidence search.Evidence integration yielded 10 stroke symptoms corresponding to 29 bodies of evidence;these 10 symptoms were retained through the Delphi consultation,and recommendation strength results for 26 recommendations were obtained.A total of 9 symptoms were further retained for expert external validation to form 24 rec-ommendations,with a recommendation process score range of 7.64-9.99 points and a more scientific and standardized recommendation-formation process.Conclusion:Owing to the current limited conditions of evidence-based resources for TCM nursing,the present consensus-building process represents only a preliminary exploration of an evidence-based expert consensus for TCM nursing to provide a reference for a more scientific and standardized methodology.

Objective A scoping review was performed to identify the effectiveness,characteristics,and behavior change techniques of intervention strategies for reducing sedentary behavior among older adults.Methods This study was guided by the scope review methodology framework proposed by Arksey and O'Malley.A comprehensive search of databases was conducted in PubMed,Embase,PsycINFO,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,and Sedentary Behavior Research Database to collect the literature on intervention strategies for reducing sedentary behavior among older adults.The search period was from the establishment of the databases to September 20,2022.The study selection and data extraction were performed independently by 2 reviewers.The resulting data were analyzed and arranged using the descriptive analysis and the social network analysis.Results A total of 31 separate studies published between 2011 and 2022 were included in this study.Most intervention strategies were developed based on the Social Cognitive Theory.Almost all sedentary behavior intervention strategies targeted the psychological and behavioral levels of the individual.The main contents of the intervention strategies included goals and plans,feedback and monitoring,natural consequences,social support,repetition and substitution.In the social network analysis,the behavior change techniques that ranked high in degree centrality included goal-setting(behavior),self-monitoring of behavior,action planning,information about health consequences,and feedback on behavior.These intervention strategies could reduce sedentary time from 23 to 151 min/day.Conclusion Domestic nursing researchers should pay attention to sedentary behavior in older adults,and develop intervention strategies for reducing sedentary behavior in local contexts based on the effectiveness,characteristics,and behavior change techniques of the existing sedentary behavior intervention strategies.

ObjectiveTo reveal the influence of Jianchangbang characteristic processing method on the change process of volatile components and the processing mechanism of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex（MOC） by studying the changes in the composition and content of volatile components during the processing of ginger processed Xingpo pieces. MethodSamples of raw products， ginger juice moisturized products and stir-fried and heap moisturized products of MOC were taken according to the set time points， and headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（HS-GC-MS） was used to determine the contents of volatile components in the samples， and the relative content of each component was obtained by peak area normalization. Principal component analysis（PCA） and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis（OPLS-DA） were performed on the sample data using SIMCA 14.1 software， and the differential components during the processing were screened with variable importance in the projection（VIP） value>1 as the indicator. ResultA total of 68 volatile components were identified in the samples， among which some of the chemical components with similar structures showed similar trends of changes， and there was also the phenomenon of interconversion between compounds. Compared with the raw products， the contents of 42 components in ginger juice moisturized products increased， while the contents of 25 components decreased， 19 components were unique， and 4 components were unique to the raw products. Compared with ginger juice moisturized products， MOC in the early stage of piling had three unique components， and the contents of 11 components such as cyclosativene and （+）-α-pinene increased， and the contents of 5 components such as tricyclic terpene and α-curcumene decreased， and ginger juice moisturized products had four unique components. Compared with the early stage of piling， in the later stage， the contents of 8 components such as （+）-α-pinene and camphene significantly increased， while the contents of 6 components such as linalool and α-selinene significantly decreased. During the processing of MOC， there were significant changes in the chemical composition of the samples before and after 20 days. The differences between ginger juice moistening and the early stage of piling， the early stage and the later stage of piling could be clearly distinguished. ConclusionDuring the preparation process of ginger processed Xingpo pieces， the addition of ginger juice can reduce the contents of stimulating components， and the contents of active components continue to increase in several stages， such as the addition of ginger juice， frying and heap moisturizing， the quality of the decoction pieces may change significantly at about 20 d of processing. This study can provide a research basis for exploring the processing mechanism of ginger processed Xingpo pieces.
