The public ethics consciousness,with medical ethics included,fundamentally depends on the gradual improvement in the self-identity of human as objective itself.However,the improvement of humanistic consciousness is a long and painful process.Former recognition of historical culture,including the humanistic ideal in traditional Chinese ethical thoughts and systemic rational thoughts in modern western society,mainly employs transcendental test of abstract anthroposophy as its cultural premise,superficially enhancing certain individuals and their thoughts,motives,and objectives to historical ontology,but actually resulting in the absence of human individuals in realistic history.The self-conscious improvement of human-oriented public ethics can only be realized by the subjective humanistic consciousness which undergoes the regression from axiology,epistemology,to existence theory,making human realize that they themselves are the utmost purpose of all values and significances.

Objective To compare large dose or conventional dose of budesonide/formoterol fumarate powder in treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 120 patients with stable COPD from March 2015 to March 2016 in Jiaxing Second hospital were selected,were treated with budesonide/formoterol,and were divided into the conventional dose group and high dose groupaccording to different doses,60 cases in each group.Pulmonary function tests,CAT Chinese version scale assessment and 6 min walking distance(6MWD)test were performed before and after treatment,and adverse reactions and acute attack were observed.Results FEV1/FVC and FEV1％were significantly improved after treatment in the two groups,and those in the high dose group were significantly better than those in the conventional dose group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),CAT score and 6MWD were significantly improved after treatment in the two groups,and those in the high dose group were significantly higher than those in the conventional dose group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),adverse reactions such as palpitations,tachycardiain the high dose group were significantly higher than those in the conventional dose group,while the acute attack rate was significantly lower than that of the conventional dose group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High dose of budesonide/formoterol inhalation in the treatment of patients with stable COPD powder can improve the pulmonary function and health status,but adverse reactions increase.

Objective To evaluate the changes of left atrial(LA)function in peripartum cardiomyopathy(PPCM)patients using two?dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography(2DSTE). Methods Totally 35 PPCM patients and 35 healthy postpartum women(control group)were en?rolled in this study. Left ventricular end?diastolic diameter(LVEDd)and LA anteroposterior dimension(LAAD)were measured. The end?diastol?ic volume(EDV)and end?systolic volume(ESV)were obtained using biplane modified Simpson′s method. Cardiac output(CO)and left ventricu?lar ejection fraction(LVEF)were also calculated. E wave and A wave of mitral valve were measured,and correspondingly E/A ratio were obtained. LA longitudinal systolic strain(SS),systolic strain rate(s?SR),early diastolic strain rate(e?SR),and late diastolic strain rate(a?SR)were ob?tained by 2DSTE. Results There was no statistical difference of E wave between the two groups(P>0.05). Compared to the normal control group, LVEDd,EDV,ESV,LAAD,E/A were increased,while CO,LVEF,A,SS,s?SR,e?SR,a?SR were decreased in the PPCM group(P<0.05). a?SR was positively correlated with A wave in patients with PPCM(r=0.775,P=0.001). Conclusion LA reservoir,conduit and booster pump func?tion were decreased during PPCM. 2DSTE can easily and accurately assess these changes of LA function.

BACKGROUND: Low power laser irradiation has positive effects on fracture healing, including shortening the time of bone union and enhancement of bone formation. OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effects of different wave lengths in low power laser on eedy fracture healing. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: Randomized, controlled, animal experiment. The study was performed at the Laser Center of Dankook University Medical Center between May 2005 and May 2006. MATERIALS: A total of 60 female English Hartley guinea pigs, 9 weeks old, weighing (300～30) g, were used for this experiment. They were randomly divided into three groups control, 632, and 830 nm groups (n=20). METHODS: The right femoral middle shaft fractures were made with a bone cutter and fixed with intramedullary nails (1.4 mm diameter K-wire). The frequencies of 632 nm and 830 nm semi-conductor laser machines were used. The laser irradiations were started 48 hours after operation vertically at the fracture sites and were applied every two days, at 100 J/cm<'2> of the same irradiation doses and 2.52 cm<'2> of the same irradiation areas in different irradiation groups. Finally, 46 guinea pigs survived, including 14 in control group, 16 in 632 nm group and 16 in 830 nm group. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Guinea pigs were sacdficed at 3 and 6 weeks separately. The bone healing was assessed by the Modified Zorlu Scoring System, including gross, radiologic and histologic examinations. RESULTS: In the gross and radiologic findings, both 632 nm and 830 nm irradiation groups shown a significantly greater rate of callus formation at postoperatively 3 weeks compared to the control group (P< 0.01). Quantity of callus formation in 830 nm group was more than 632 nm group, but there was no significant difference (P > 0.05). The result of histological findings showed a significant increase of osteoblastic proliferation in two irradiation groups than the control group at 3 weeks postoperatively (P < 0.01). Enhancement of osteoblastic proliferation was more obvious in 830 nm group than in 632 nm group at 3 and 6 weeks, but there was no significant difference (P > 0.05).CONCLUSION: Both 632 nm and 830 nm wave lengths are considered to be optimal irradiation wave lengths for eady fracture healing. Moreover, 830 nm irradiation is better than 632 nm irradiation for eady fracture healing.

To study the effect of ischemic preconditioning(IP) on the expression of HSP 70 mRNA in postischemic spinal cord of rabbits, the spinal cord ischemic model was established by inflating the balloon of a 4F Swan Ganz catheter positioned in the abdominal aorta of the rabbits. The rabbits were divided into sham operated group, ischemic group and IP group. The expression of HSP 70 mRNA in postischemic spinal cord was observed by using the method of RT PCR at 4 hours, 2 days and 5 days after spinal cord ischemia respectively. ObjectiveTo observe the effect of acupoints stimulation with silver spike point therapy on insomnia.Methods60 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into the trial group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Patients of the trial group were treated by acupoints stimulation with silver spike point therapy and patients of control group were treated only with Clonopin. All patients of two groups were tested with Self-Rating Scale of Sleep (SRSS) before and after treatment.ResultsThe curative effect rate of the trial group was 86.6%; that of the control group was 60%; the curative effect of the trial group was superior to the control group (P<0.05). SRSS difference of the trial group pre-and post-treatment was 12.79±3.20; that of the control group was 10.1±3.89. There was also a significant difference between two groups (P<0.01).ConclusionThe silver spike point therapy has the better curative effect on insomnia than Clonopin.

A new series of 3-phenyl-3-pyrrolylpentane derivatives are synthesized through modifying the structure of lead compound LG19055,a nonsecosteroidal vitamin D receptor(VDR)agonist.The VDR-agonistic ability of target compounds was measured indirectly by evaluating the differentiation ability of HL-60 cell.The results showed that compounds 13a,13c,13d,13h,13i,13j have excellent VDR-agonistic ability(EC50 <50 μmol /L), especially for compound 13j (EC50 =0.10 μmol /L),which was more potential than that of lead compound LG190155.Their proliferation inhibitory activities in vitro were evaluated by MTT assay in MCF-7,PC-3,Caco-2, HepG2 and L02 cell lines.Compound 13a exhibited significant inhibitory effects on HepG2 cell line(IC50 =0.11μmol /L).Moreover,the inhibitory effect of compound 13a on non-tumor liver L02 cell line was relatively weak (IC50 =15.24 μmol /L ),suggesting that compound 13a has selective inhibitory effects on liver cancer cells.Additionally,HL-60 cell differentiation-inducing activity and the inhibitory effect of cancer cells were posi-tively related.

Objective To investigate the effects of penehyclidine hydrochloride (PHCD)on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury induced by intrauterine distress in fetal rats.Methods Eighty mature fetal rats weighing 4.52-4.81 g were randomly divided into four groups (n =20):sham opera-tion group(group S),PHCD control group (group S+ P),cerebral IR group (group IR),PHCD treatment group(group IR+P).Fetal rat intrauterine distress model was set up by clamping bilateral uterine horn vessels of pregnant rats.PHCD 2 mg/kg was injected in pregnant rat’s gluteus at 30 min before intrauterine distress model was set up in group IR+P,the same volume saline was injected in pregnant rat’s gluteus before shame operation in group S,the same volume PHCD was injected in pregnant rat’s gluteus before shame operation in group S+P.Fetal rats were decapitated at 12 h after the reperfusion,the peripheral blood of fetal rats was detected by blood gas analysis (including PH, PaO 2 ,PaCO 2 ,Lac);the infarct volume and the infarct volume fraction were detected by TTC stai-ning;pathological changes in lung tissue were observed by HE staining;the TNF-α,IL-6 content in the brain were detected by ELISA;the expression of NF-κB mRNA was detected by quantitative Real-time PCR,the expression of NF-κB p65 protein was detected by Western-blotting.Results The blood PH,PaO 2 in group IR and IR+P were lower than group S and S+P,the blood PH,PaO 2 in group IR+P was higher than group IR.Compared with group S and group S+P,the blood PaCO 2 , Lac,the infarct volume and the infarct volume fraction,the concentration of TNF-αand IL-6,the ex-pression of NF-κB mRNA and protein were significantly increased in group IR and IR+P (P <0.05), and those in group IR+P were lower than group IR (P <0.05 ).The pathological changes in brain tissue were significantly attenuated in group IR + P (P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Pretreatment with PHCDcouldattenuatecerebralischemia-reperfusioninjuryoffetalratsinducedbyintrauterinedistress.
