Objective To investigate the best way of delivery for pregnant women with uterine fibroids. Methods The data of 87 pregnant women with uterine fibroids were analyzed. Results Among 87 pregnant patients with uterine fibroids ,68 eases are cesarean section, 19 eases are vaginal delivery. 65 eases are myomeetomy during ce-sarean section, and 3 eases are subtotal hysterectomy. Condusion Myomeetomy during cesarean section doesn't in-crease the risk of the operation when choosing the right eases. It is safe and feasible.

Nitrogen source is one of the important factors that affect the microalgae growth and lipid accumulation. We studied the effects of various nitrogen sources (i.e. NaNO3, CO(NH2)2, NH4Cl and CH3COONH4) and amount on the growth density, lipid yield, and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) content of Nannochloropsis oculata by single factor experimental method. The results show that N. oculata preferred NH4+ as nitrogen source rather than NO3- and CO(NH2)2. NH4+ could promote the growth and lipid accumulation of N. oculata. With the increase of nitrogen concentration, the biomass and the content of polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) increased, but the content of lipid decreased. CH3COONH4 was the most suitable for growth, accumulation of lipid and EPA of N. oculata among the four investigated nitrogen sources. The optimal concentration was 5.29 mmol/L.

Objective To explore the efficacy of comprehensive community-based rehabilitation on chronic schizophrenia and assess in the view of health economy. Methods 80 chronic schizophrenic patients accepted comprehensive community-based rehabilitation for 1 year and were followed up for 1 year. Other 80 chronic schizophrenics were as the controls. They were observed with outcome and the cost. Resultsn The social function, compliance, stability rate, burden on family caregiver, satisfaction of living, psychiatric symptoms, hospitalization were all better in the rehabilitation group than in the control group (P<0.01), and the total cost in the 2 years was less, especially that on hospitalization, maintenance treatment, work loss of caregivers, public prevention (P<0.01). Conclusion Comprehensive community-based rehabilitation can improve the outcome of chronic schizophrenics with less cost.

This study was aimed to investigate the requirement of our hospital nurses in the effect evaluation of fifteen traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) nursing programs, and to make it as the basis for making feasible evaluation tables of TCM nursing programs. The investigation survey was given among 78 nurses from the internal medicine ward, surgical ward and the department of orthopedics in our hospital. The questionnaire was graded according to the Likert 5 scoring method, including 3 themes and 11 items. The SPSS 17.0 package was used for statistical processing. The results showed that 93% nurses participated in the training of effect evaluation table of unified TCM nursing program in the hospital or department, but the overall attitude was negative in terms of the operability and objectivity on the effect evaluation of the program.Requirements of guidelines for effectiveness evaluation of TCM nursing program showed that most nurses agreed that the new TCM nursing program needed to increase quantifiable indicators and to increase its objectivity and reproducibility. It was concluded that nurses generally considered that the evaluation system of nursing program of TCM had no quantitative indicators, but with strong subjective. In the clinical practice,it is in urgent need of an objective TCM nursing program with quantitative indicators and strong operability.
7.Risk factors of pressure injury in patients with advanced cancer
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2021;28(10):1466-1470
Objective:To investigate the risk factors of pressure injury in patients with advanced cancer.Methods:100 patients with advanced malignant tumors who received treatment in The First People's Hospital of Huzhou from January to December 2019 were included in this study. After filling in data registration form, all patients received the first pressure injury risk assessment to assess their skin conditions within 2 hours after admission. At the same time, Karnofsky Performance Scale (KPS), Braden Scale score, serum albumin and hemoglobin levels were determined and assessed. Logistic multiple regression was used to analyze the correlation between various factors and stress injury. Results:Among the 100 patients, five patients had pressure injury. The incidence of hospital-acquired pressure injury was 5.00%. These five patients, consisting of three males (60.0%) and two females (40.00%), were aged 38-89 years. One (20%) patient had stage I pressure injury, three (60%) patients had type II pressure injury, and one (20.00%) patient had non staged injury. Pressure injury was compared between patients at different ages, with different Braden Scale scores, serum albumin and hemoglobin levels, KPS scores ( χ2 = 7.916, 34.657, 5.432, 18.034, 38.922, all P < 0.05). The incidence of pressure injury in patients aged ≥ 70 years with low serum albumin level, low hemoglobin level, KPS score ≤ 30 points, Braden Scale score ≤ 16 points was significantly higher than that in patients aged < 70 years with high serum albumin level, high hemoglobin level, KPS score > 30 points, Braden Scale score > 16 points ( χ2 = 18.034, 5.432, 7.916, 38.922, 34.657, all P < 0.05). Taking pressure injury as the dependent variable and a single factor as the independent variable, correlation analysis results revealed that low serum albumin level, low hemoglobin level, age ≥ 70 years, KPS score ≤ 30 points, Braden Scale score ≤ 16 points were independent risk factors for pressure injury in advanced cancer. Conclusion:KFS score, Braden scale score, serum albumin and hemoglobin levels are closely related to the occurrence of pressure injury in patients with advanced cancer. They are independent risk factors for pressure injury in patients with advanced cancer.

Effects of carbon sources (Na2CO3, NaHCO3 and glucose) and concentration of NaHCO3 on the growth density and lipid contents of Nannochloropsis oculata were studied. N. oculata preferred inorganic carbon to glucose, the growth density and lipid content of algae cultured with NaHCO3 were higher than that with glucose. The effects of concentration of NaHCO3 on growth density and lipid content were related to inoculation density and nitrogen level. In high nitrogen level, the concentration of NaHCO3 had little effect on the growth density, but in low nitrogen level, the growth density increased at first, and then decreased with the increase of concentration of NaHCO3. Based on the results we suggest that an optimum ratio of carbon to nitrogen was existed. Furthermore, we found the optimum ratio was changed with inoculation density. The optimum ratio of carbon to nitrogen was 3 when inoculation density was OD440 of 0.10, the optimum ratio increased to 5 with OD440 of 0.70. Concentration of NaHCO3 and ratio of carbon to nitrogen had significant effects on the lipid content and productivity. Lipid content reached the highest value when the ratio of carbon to nitrogen was 1 with experimental range of nitrogen level and inoculation density. The lipid productivity was 56.7 mg/(L.d) , and the EPA productivity was 6.5 mg/(L.d) at optimum cultivation condition with NaHCO3 as carbon source, the ratio of carbon to nitrogen at 1, the concentration of NaNO3 at 0.225 g/L, and the inoculation density with OD440 of 0.70.
