Objective To assess the risk factors of pulmonary infection in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and then to provide references for policy-making.Methods Relative literature of crosssectional or case-control studies about risk factors of pulmonary infection in patients with cerebral hemorrhage was searched by computer in data bases such as CNKI,VIP,CBM,WanFang Data and PubMed from January of 1994 to October 2014.Resluts A total of 22 studies (2 case-control studies and 20 crosssectional studies) were brought into the study.The risk factors' OR and its 95％CI was 2.64(2.10-3.33) for over 60 years of age,2.05(1.56-2.69) for smoking history,3.07(2.24-4.19)for those who have diabetes,3.36 (2.40-4.70) for those who have chronic pulmonary diseases,1.54 (1.16-2.05) for those who have heart diseases,2.38 (1.83-3.08) for those who have a history of stroke,5.07 (3.15-8.16) for disorder of consciousness,2.78(2.36-3.27) for amount of bleeding over 30ml,2.85(2.22-3.66) for deviated from midline,2.58 (1.60-4.17) for breaking into ventricle,2.05(1.67-2.51) for high level of fasting blood sugar respectively,and so on.Conclusions Prophylactic measures can be carried out according to the risk factors of pulmonary infection in patients with cerebral hemorrhage,and then to reduce the incidence rate of pulmonary infection.

Objective To investigate the changing trend of incidence and the relevant factors in fetal macrosomia. Methods 84 883 newborns during Jan. 1,1970 to Dec. 31,1999 were used to analyze the incidence of fetal macrosomia,the average birth weight,the percentage of superior fetal macrosomia, the distribution of gestational age, the rate of cesarean section and the vaginal delivery, the relevant factors of fetal macrosomia. Results All the cases were divided into 3 groups, one group from 1970 to 1979, the second one from 1980 to 1989, the third one from 1990 to 1999. OBJECTIVE:To analysis the volatile components in wild strains of Rabdosia rubescensin in Jiyuan area. METH-ODS:Headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) was conducted to extract the volatile components in 43 wild species of R. rubescens,GC-MS was conducted to identify the components,and peak area normalization method was conducted to calculate the relative content of the components. RESULTS:The variety and relative contents of the volatility components in 43 wild species had obvious differences and the ranges of species number and relative content was from 0 to 11 and from 0 to 84.03% respectively. Caryophyllene,caryophyllene oxide,dihydroactinidiolide,phytone and patchouli alcohol were main components which existed in a variety of different strains of volatile components of R. rubescens,and were mainly composed of terpenes,ketones,alcohols and es-ters. In addition,fatty acids such as palmitic acid,oleic acid and linoleic acid were contained in a few individual varieties. CON-CLUSIONS:The internal quality in 43 wild species of R. rubescens has certain differences.

Objective:To study the effect of Xiaoyao Powder on Alzheimer's disease in hippocampal CA 3βregion of rats PP-2A,GSK-3βexpression.Methods:Rats were randomly divided into four groups , including model group, western medicine group,Chi-nese medicine group were treated with intraperitoneal injection of D-gal and A-β1-42 peptide bilateral hippocampal injection mold-ing, physiological group only with equal volume of sterile saline intraperitoneal and hippocampal injection molding .The model was completed, normal group, model group were perfused with saline , western medicine group and Chinese medicine group were treated with oxiracetam solution and Xiaoyao decoction , four groups of intragastric volume was 0.5 ml/100 g, 1 time a day, continuous 28 d. After intragastric administration of isolated rat brain immediately , packet marking in 4℃4%glutaraldehyde solution of glass container , stored at 4℃.Repair piece, cut from the hippocampus, embedded in paraffin, sliced.Dilution of PP-2A for 1∶200, GSK-3βdilution of 1∶150.Images were analyzed by using Image-pro Plus 5 image analysis system, data were conducted by SPSS11.5 statistical analysis software, the comparison between 4 groups by single factor analysis of variance , between the two two groups was compared by LSD-t test, the test level of α=0.05.Results:The expression of PP-2A positive cell number and the positive area , average optical density, integral optical density index , in Xiaoyao Powder orally intervention compared with the model group increased significantly (P<0.01);GSK-3βabove indices were significantly decreased than that in model group after Xiaoyao Powder after intragastric ad -ministration (P<0.01).Conclusion:Xiaoyao Powder can up regulate the expression of PP-2A and down regulate expression of GSK-3β, may be condensed A-β1-42 peptide induced hyperphosphorylation of Tau has certain inhibition .

Objective To evaluate the effect of combination treatment by psychological intervention and a new atypical antipsychotic Paliperidone extended-release tablets(paliperidone ER)on first-episode schizophrenic out-patients.Methods All 62 patients diagnosed as first-episode schizophrenia by DSM-Ⅳ were randomly allocated into,combination treatment group and control group,for a 12-month treatment study.The combination treatment group was treated by paliperidone ER once a day and psychological counseling once a month,while the control group was treated only by paliperidone ER.The efficacy and social function were assessed by Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)and Personal and Social Performance Scale(PSP)individually at baseline,and following 1,3,6,9,12 months.The remission rate was calculated at the end of the 3rd,6th,9th month.The safety and tolerability were assessed using Barnes Akathisia Scale(BARS),extrapyramidal side effects scale(SAS)and involuntary movement scale(AIMS).Results Twenty-seven patients of combination treatment group and seventeen patients of the control group completed the trial with the discontinuation rate 12.9% and 45.2%,respectively.The difference between the above two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The mean total score of PANSS and the PSP of the both groups were significantly improved(P＜0.05)after treatment.PANSS total score reduced more than 30% compared with baseline,and PSP total score increased more than 7.The remission rate of combination treatment group was 74.2%,51.6% and 67.7% at the end of 3rd,6th,and 9th month,which was better than the control group(45.2%,38.7% and 38.7%)(P＜0.05).Both incidence and types of adverse events were almost same between the two groups.The major adverse events were extrapyramidal symptoms,tachycardia,gastrointestinal discomfort and akathisia.Conclusion Paliperidone ER treatment combined with psychological intervention on first-episode schizophrenia out-patients can improve their treatment compliance by reducing the discontinuation rate.And this combination treatment can increase the remission rate and improve social functioning of the patients.

Objective To study the molecular characters of porA and porB genes which encode outer membrane proteins (OMP), and predominated clonal complex of Neisseria meningitidis isolates from Guangdong province. Methods Eighteen Neisseria meningitidis isolates from Guangdong province during year 1967 to 2007 were recovered and reconfirmed by API NH biochemical system, and serogrouped by antiserum. The characters of porA and porB gene were analyzed by DNA sequencing. The allele profiles and the sequence types (ST) were determined by multilocus sequence typing (MLST). Based on their allelic profiles, the evolution relationship was analyzed by PHYLIP software. The predominant clonal complex was determined through comparing with the information of reference strains from the PubMLST database. Results For porA gene, type 20 was more frequently in the variable region (VR) 1 and type 9 in VR2 before year 2004. However, for porB gene, type 4 was more frequently in VR Ⅰ, type7 in VR Ⅳ, type 11 in VR Ⅴ,and type 10 in VR Ⅵ, respectively. The multi-types character was presented in VR Ⅴ and VR Ⅵ after2004. VR Ⅶ and VR Ⅷ can not be found among all the isolates except for one W135 isolate in 2007. Among the seven housekeeping genes, the polymorphism of abcZ was the lowest one with 4 allele numbers, while pgm was the highest one with 13 allele numbers. The predominant clonal complex was ST-5 before 2004. The ST-4821 clone complex appeared in 2004 and caused cases every year since then. More important, highly invasive ST-11 clonal complex firstly appeared in Guangdong in 2007. Conclusion The molecular characteristic of OMP genes presents polymorphism for the Neisseria meningitidis isolates from patients in Guangdong province during 1967 to 2007. ST-5 is the predominant clonal complex before 2004 and the highly invasive clonal complex is circulating in recent 3 years. It suggests that the surveillance based on laboratory should be further enhanced.

Objective To detect epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) 19, 21 exon gene mutation and gene copy number in lung adenocarcinoma tissue, and to analyze the relationship of EGFR 19, 21 mutation with copies number. MethodsEGFR mutations and gene copy number in the tissue samples embedded by paraffin and fixed by for marlin from 58 cases of lung adenocarcinoma were detected by RT-PCR and FISH. The statistical data were analyzed by chi-square test.ResultsOf 58 cases, the overall single mutation rate of EGFR exon 19, 21 was 43.1% (25/58), and 2 cases contained both types of the mutation.The overall FISH positive rate of EGFR was 51.7 % (30/58), including 8 positive amplification and 22 highly ploidy amplification. The testing results showed that there had no statistically differences in FISH positive rates of EGFR mutation among different differentiation lung adenocarcinoma tissues(P ＞0.05), and the FISH positive rates of EGFR mutation in poorly differentiated cancer were lower than those in moderatedly differentiated and well-differentiated cancer (P ＜0.05). EGFR mutation was closely related to EGFR gene copies (P ＜0.01). ConclusionThere are high EGFR mutation frequencies and FISH positive rates in lung adenocarcinoma tissue; Combined detection of EGFR mutation and gene copy number may provide a better approach in selecting patients who may benefit from anti-EGFR target therapy.

Objective To investigate the polymorphism of Brucella melitensis biovar 3 ( B.melitensis biovar 3) strains isolated from Guangdong province .Methods PCR assays followed by agar-ose gel electrophoresis and capillary electrophoresis based on the multiple locus variable number of tandem repeats (VNTR) analysis (MLVA) were performed to analyze 43 clinic isolates of B.melitensis biovar 3 strains isolated from clinical patients in Guangdong province .Results MLVA typing showed that the simi-larities of the analyzed locus among 43 strains of Brucella ranged from 68.2%to 100%.32 genotypes identi-fied among the isolates were identical (100%similarity).27 out of 43 strains (62.8%) were single geno-types, while the other 16 strains (37.2%) belonged to 5 other genotypes with 2 to 5 strains in each of them . Conclusion B.melitensis biovar 3 isolates showed polymorphism distribution in Guangdong province as in-dicated by MLVA typing analysis .Single-genotype isolates accounted for 62.8% of all studied strains.No predominant genotype was found among all isolates .

Objective To investigate the etiological characteristics of Streptococcus pyogenes that caused scarlet fever in different periods in Guangdong province.Methods 22 isolates from different periods were analyzed through emm typing,PCR detection for super antigen genes,antibiotic susceptibility test and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE).Results All isolates were susceptible to cefotaxim,levofloxacin and penicillin.Streptococcus pyogenes isolated after the year 2000 were 100％ resistant to erythrocin and clindamycin,but the resistant rate for strains isolated before the year 2000 was 9.1％ (1/11).There were 3 emm types indentified from 22 isolates including emm12.0 (59.09％,13/22),emm6.0 (36.36％,8/22) and emm1.0 (4.55％,1/22),which were detected in the isolates from the year 1997 and 2011,from 1978 and 1986,and from 2008,respectively.The positive rates for speA,speB,speC,speF,speG,speH,smeZ,and ssa genes detected by PCR were 54.55％,100％,100％,100％,100％,54.55％,0％,and 86.36％ respectively.Among all strains,95.45％ of the isolates carried 6 superantigen genes simultaneously.Three clusters of 10 PFGE subtypes were identified in 22 isolates.Cluster Ⅰ consisted of all strains from 1997 and one strain from 2011.Cluster Ⅱ consisted of strains isolated from 1978 and 1986.Cluster Ⅲ consisted of nine strains from 2011 and one from 2008.Conclusion S.pyrogenes isolates in Guangdong province were susceptible to penicillin but resistant to erythrocin.emm 12.0 accounted for the majority of the three types and there was a high frequency of super antigen genes.
