Objective To investigate the effect of hydroxycam ptothecine on PS2 and COX-2 in nude mice by human bile duct carcinoma QBC939 cells in order to analyze the correlation between PS2 and COX-2 expressions and the development of the tumor.Methods After the model of the transplanted tumor of subcutaneous tissues located the nude mice was constructed by human bile duct carcinoma QBC939 cells,30 nude mice were randomly divided into 3 groups,namely,control group,hydroxycamptothecine low-dose group and high-dose group.The growth of the transplanted tumor was observed and immunohistochemical staining combined with image analysis was used to determine the expression of PS2 and COX-2 in the tumor tissues.Results Compared with that of the control group,the content of PS2 in the tumor tissues was increased in hydroxycamptothecine low-dose group and high-dose group.The content of COX-2 was decreased and the growth of the transplanted tumor was inhibited in both hydroxycamptothecine low-dose group and high-dose group(P

AIM:To observe the effect of Jianwei Yuyang Granule(Radix Bupleuri,Radix Codonopsis,Rhizoma Atractylodis macrocephalae,Rhizoma Corydalis,etc.) on the expressions of PS_2 and platelet activating factor(PAF) of helicobacterpylori-associated gastritis and study the potential mechanisim. METHODS:80 cases were divided into two groups.Jianwei Yuyang Granule group(42 cases) was given Jianwei Yuyang Granule and the control group(38 cases) was given three kinds of western medicines combined.H.pylori was detected by urease test on biopsy specimen of gastric mucosa and Warthin-Starry method and the changes of expressions of PS_2 and platelet activating factor(PAF) were observed.The contents of aninohexose and phosphatide in gastric mucosa were determined at the same time.All patients were rechecked gastroscope in the 6th week. Adeno-associated virus is a kind of DNA defective parvovirus which is non-pathogenic. Recombinant-adeno-associated virus vector comes from wild-type non-pathogenic adeno-associated virus and is highly secure, and it also has the advantages of broad host range. Recombinant-adeno-associated virus vector has become a hot spot for gene therapy and is widely used in gene therapy for cardiovascular diseases, especially for hypertension, heart failure, arteriosclerosis, and myocardial infarction.
5.Changes of fractional exhaled nitric oxide and their relation with lung function in bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the changes of fractional exhaled nitric oxide (FENO)) and their relation with lung function in bronchial asthma.Methods FENO and forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1) were measured during the periods of acute onset,chronic persistence and paracmasis in 54 patients with asthma and 19 healthy persons.Results There were significant differences in the levels of FENO and FEV1 among the course of acute onset [(57.59 ± 32.24) ppb and (1.72± 0.33) L],chronic persistent course [(40.02 ± 15.68) ppb and (2.41 ± 0.23) L],paracmasis [(26.71±6.07) ppb and (2.82±0.29 )L]and control[(14.74±3.42 ) ppb and (2.93±0.13)L] (F=19.555,163.096,P<0.01) except for the levels of FEV1 between paracmasis and control group(P>0.05).The negative correlation between FENO and FEV1 was found in the course of acute onset(r=- 0.666,P =0.005 ),but not in the chronic persistent course ( r =- 0.288,P =0.176) and paracmasis(r=-0.246,P=0.457).Conclusions The level of FENO is increased and may be useful to evaluate control degree in patients with asthma.
6.Analysis of the effect of different doses of sodium phosphate sodium bowel solution on bowel preparation before colorectal treatment in children

Objective To study and analysis the effect of different doses of sodium phosphate solution in bowel preparation for colorectal treatment in children. Methods 100 patients who underwent colonoscopic polypectomy treated in our hospital from February 2015 to September 2016 were randomly divided into group A and group B, each group of 50 patients each. A group was treated with 2 bottles of cleansing liquid heating boiling water, B group were treated with 1 bottles of cleansing liquid heating boiling water. The therapeutic effects of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed. Results The tolerance of group B was 78.0%, significantly better than that of group A(50.0%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in group B was 24.0%, significantly lower than that in group A (60.0%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). In group B, cleanliness was common in 1 patients and poor in cleanliness in 3 patients. In the A group, 1 patients had poor cleanliness and 2 patients had general cleanliness. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion 1 bottles of sodium phosphate in intestinal cleaning colorectal bowel preparation effect is good, low incidence rate of adverse reaction, greatly improve the intestinal cleanliness, with further clinical promotion and application significance.
7.Study of the Sea Buckthorn Procyanidins's (SBPC) potencional mechanisim against peptic ulcer

AIM: To investigate the potencional mechanism of Sea Buckthorn Procyanidins(SBPC) against peptic ulcer. METHODS: 72 gastric ulcer patients(final diagnosis by gasroscope),were randomly divided into two groups,including Sea Buckthorn Procyanidins(SBPC) treatment group(36 cases),and Ranitidine control group(36 cases),among them,50 Hp-positive PU patients were confirmed by endoscopy,histological instection,urease test.Normal group was 12 cases.Detection on Biospy specimens of gastric mucosa was used to observe the change of ITF for Immunohischemical,PS_2 for western blotting and the contents of aninohexose and phosphatide in ulcerated gastric mucosa. Nitrogen source is one of the important factors that affect the microalgae growth and lipid accumulation. We studied the effects of various nitrogen sources (i.e. NaNO3, CO(NH2)2, NH4Cl and CH3COONH4) and amount on the growth density, lipid yield, and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) content of Nannochloropsis oculata by single factor experimental method. The results show that N. oculata preferred NH4+ as nitrogen source rather than NO3- and CO(NH2)2. NH4+ could promote the growth and lipid accumulation of N. oculata. With the increase of nitrogen concentration, the biomass and the content of polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) increased, but the content of lipid decreased. CH3COONH4 was the most suitable for growth, accumulation of lipid and EPA of N. oculata among the four investigated nitrogen sources. The optimal concentration was 5.29 mmol/L.

9.Analysis on the septum correction and plasma radiofrequency ablation combination therapy for nasal septum deviation.

OBJECTIVE:
To discuss a effective method of nasal septum deviation.
METHOD:
One hundred and sixteen subjects with nasal septum deviation were divided into treatment group (69 subjects) and control group (47 subjects) randomly. The combination therapy of correction of deviated nasal septum and plasma radiofrequency ablation were used in the treatment group. The combination therapy of deviated nasal septum and partial inferior turbinectomy were used in the control group. The data were analyzed by statistical method.
RESULT:
The effective rate of physical signs and symptoms of the treatment group was 100.0%, while the control group was 85.1%. There was significant difference of two effective rates (P < 0.05). Furthermore, hyperventilation and nasal adhesion were not happened in treatment group 6 months after treatments.
CONCLUSION
The correction of deviated nasal septum and plasma radiofrequency ablation combination therapy had the satisfied and safety treatment effect, which was and plasma radiofrequency ablation combination therapy had the satisfied and safety treatment effect, which was easy for observation as well as the minimal tissue damage. The combination therapy method was according with the principle of functional minimally invasive surgery.

10.p27 gene methylation and clinicopathologic features of colorectal carcinoma

Objective To investigate the relationship between p27 gene methylation and pathology of colorectal carcinoma. Methods p27 gene methylation promotor region and p27 protein expression were detected respectively by methylation specificity polymerase chain reaction and immunohistochemical staining SP in 106 cases of colorectal carcinoma and each adjacent normal mucous membrane tissue and 22 cases of colorectal adenoma tissue. Results The positive expression rate of p27 gene methylation was statistically different in colorectal carcinoma tissue compared with normal mucous membrane and colorectal adenoma tissue (P<0.05). Their positive expression rate were 59.4% (63/106), 18.2% (4/22) and 3.8%(4/106) respectively in colorectal carcinoma tissue,colorectal adenoma and normal mucous membrane tissue (P < 0. 05). p27 gene methylation in poorly differentiated group was significantly higher than that in welldifferentiated group (48.0% vs. 24. 7%, P <0. 05), in Dukes-A + B stage group was significantly lower than that in Dukes C + D stage group(20. 0% vs. 41.2%, P < 0. 05 ), and it was higher in lymph nodes metastases group than that in lymph nodes negative group(41.5% vs. 23. 1%, P <0. 05), that in positive serosa infiltration group was higher than negative serosa infiltration group(32. 5% vs. 24. 1%, P > 0. 05 ).Conclusions Methylated p27 gene protein expression in colorectal carcinoma was significantly higher than normal mucous membrane and colorectal adenoma tissue. The methylation rate of p27 gene in colorectal carcinoma was significantly associated with tumor differentiation, invasive depth, Dukes stage, lymph node metastasis.
