Objectives:To investigate the pathogenesis of Chlamydia pneumoniae (C.pneumoniae) pneumoniae with immunohistochemical staining of tissue biopsies. Methods:The Icr mice were inoculated with C.pneumoniae, strain CWL 029, by the intranasal or intravenous routes. After a single inoculation, mice were killed on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th and 60th day separately. Lung specimens were obtained from the acute stage of C.pneumoniae pneumonitis and stained using a C.pneumoniae specific monoclonal antibody. Results:In the intranasal inoculation of mice, the immunoperoxidase staining of C.pneumoniae in lung tissue was positive on day 3,7,14. The positive staining of inflammatory lung tissue was not even but local. The positive expressions of C.pneumoniaewas were mainly in the alveolar macrophages, the interstitial cells and the lymphoid tissues surrounding the bronchi. After iv inoculation, a similarly changes were found but the degree was lighter than that of intranasal inoculation group. The positive expressions of C.pneumoniaewas were mainly in the alveolar macrophages and the interstitial cells. Conclusions:Immunohistochemistry is beneficial to the diagnosis of the acute stage of C.pneumoniae pneumonitis in the mice, and the pathogenesis of infection in intranasal inoculation group was more serious than that of iv inoculation group.

Objective To explore the doctor-nurse integrated health care management model in perioperative nursing management of transvaginal natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (NOTES). Methods A total of 70 female patients underwent transvaginal NOTES. All patients were randomly divided into the control and the study groups. The control group adopted the traditional model of care, and the study group implemented a layered panel system of integrated health care nursing mode, which consisted of three lines (leader), second line, front-line doctors, anesthesiologists consisting of the doctor series and secondary responsibility leader, a responsibility of nurses, operating room nurses laparoscopy group traveling together constituted a series of nurses′ health care integration of the health care team. The average length of stay, preoperative waiting days, awareness of the disease, early postoperative activities and reasonable diet, patient satisfaction with care, doctors′ satisfaction with nurses′ operation and overall satisfaction with health care work were compared. Results The preoperative waiting days, average length of stay, surgical satisfaction, patients′ satisfaction, doctors-nurses′overall satisfaction in the study group were (3.95±0.51) d, (11.58±1.83) d, (95.48±3.82)%, (99.26± 0.61)%, (96.33±0.29)%, the control group were (5.50±0.68) d, (15.79±2.14) d, (82.08±7.21)%, (92.18± 3.54)%, (80.03 ± 5.88)%, the differences were statistically significant (t=-4.431-6.172, P < 0.05). The patients awareness of the disease, early postoperative activities and reasonable diet (postoperative eating time) in the study group were (92.77 ± 0.59)%, (1.60 ± 0.63) d, (2.20 ± 0.54) d, the control group were (93.15 ± 0.47)%, (1.90 ± 0.42) d, (2.40 ± 0.33) d, the difference was not statistically significant (t=-0.898,-0.771,-0.201, P>0.05). Conclusions The implementation ofdoctor-nurse integrated health carenew model can optimize the collocation of medical health care integration, enhance the quality of care, improve patient experience, and improve patients′and doctors′satisfaction for nursing work.

Objective To evaluate the immunogenic stability and hereditary stability of Neisseria meningitides serogroup W135/Y[CMCC(B)29037/CMCC(B)29028]within all the passages, which isolated from china. Methods The toxicity of the 3rd,5th,10th,15th,20th,25th and 30th passage of the Neisseria meningitidis was assayed in mice.Serological detection and biochemical detection were measured, and immunized mice subcutaneously. The antigeeicity of each passage of Neisseria meningitides serogroup W135/Y were measured by serum bactericidal test and the indirect ELISA.With the 30 passage of Neisseria meningitides serogroup W135/Y,the effect to the encephalic tissue was measured in mice.Fermented the Neisseria meningitides serogroup W135/Y with 30 passage and purified the capsular polysaccharide, then analyzed the quality respectively. Results The LD50 of the strains CMCC(B)29037/29028 of each passage was low(LD50 ≥ 109),and all the 30logical detection and all the 30 passage of the two strains were half in the tube agglutination.Glucose and maltose fermentation test were positive.Fructose, sucrose and lactose fermentation test were negative. The GMT of immunogenicity were 1114 and 2229 respectively and all the 30 passage were more than 640 and 1040 respectively. After Immunization with individual 30 passage of the Neisseria meningitides, the titer in serum bactericidal assay(SBA)and indirect ELISA were no difference. The capsular polysaccharide purified from Neisseria meningitides serogroup W135/Y met the quality standard. Conclusion Neisseria meningitides serogroup W135/Y,CMCC(B)29037/29028,used in the manufacture of the meningococcal conjugate vaccine, are stable in the toxicity, antigenicity, immunogenicity.Serological detection and biochemical detection are qulified, and the capsular polysaccharide has met the quality standard.

OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standard of Sabina vulgaris, and to provide reference for its quality control. METHODS: Totally 9 batches of S. vulgaris were collected from Inner Mongolia area. The characteristics of S. vulgaris samples were observed and microscopic identification was conducted for the transverse section and powder of its branches and leaves. TLC was used for qualitative analysis of S. vulgaris. The contents of water, total ash, acid-insoluble ash and alcohol-soluble extract in S. vulgaris were determined according to the method stated in 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopeia (part Ⅳ). The contents of quercetin and amentoflavone in S. vulgaris were determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The branchlets of S. vulgaris were cylindrical or rhombic, with varying length of thorns, dark green or yellowish green. The microscopic observation showed that the epidermal cells of scale leaves were arranged orderly; there were larger cavities in the middle of scale leaves, large cells in spongy tissue; epidermal cells were rectangular with more stomata and large guard cells. Results of TLC showed that the spots of the same color were found in the corresponding positions of chromatogram for substance control (dendrooside and rutin). In the 9 batch of samples, the contents of water were 3.2%-5.6%; the contents of total ash were 3.4%-5.8%; the contents of acid-insoluble ash were lower than 0.8%; the contents of alcohol-soluble extract were 28.0%-33.8%; the contents of quercetin were 0.11%-0.28%; the contents of amentoflavone were 0.15%-0.25%. CONCLUSIONS: It is preliminarily proposed that the content of water in S. vulgaris is not more than 8.0%; the content of total ash is not more than 7.0%; the content of alcohol-soluble extract is not less than 24.0%; the content of quercetin is not less than 0.11%; the content of amentoflavone is not less than 0.15%. Established standard can be used for the quality control of S. vulgaris.
