Objective To explore the efficacy, safety,time of drug taking effect and therapeutic dosage of sertraline in treatment of child emotional disorder. Method One hundred and forty-seven patientswith child emotional disorder were treated by sertraline and the efficacy rate, therapeutic dosage, the time of drug taking effect and adverse reaction was analyzed retrospectively. Results One hundred and thirty-seven patients were regular visited under supervision of a physician. Two months after treatment, the efficacy rate was 80.3%(110/137) and the rate of adverse reaction was 5.8%(8/137). The therapeutic dosage of sertraline was (47.9 + 19.0) mg/d. The time of drug taking effect was (20.4±13.2) d. The therapeutic dosage of sertraline in obsessive-compulsive disorder [(58.7±26.2) mg/d] was significantly higher than that in depression[(43.6±14.0) mg/d],anxiety disorder[(44.4±10.6) mg/d] and phobia[(43.5±15.5) mg/d](P < 0.01 ). The time of drug taking effect in depression[( 14.0±6.1 ) d] was significantly shorter than that in obsessive-compulsive disorder[(26.6±16.3) d,anxiety disorder [(22.3±13.9) d] and phobia [(21.4±12.8) d] (P <0.01). Conclusions Sertraline is an efficient and safe medicine in treatment of child emotional disorder. Its adverse reaction is slight and most patients can tolerate. But it takes higher therapeutic dosage in obsessive-compulsive disorder and the time of drug taking effect is earlier in depression than in other disorder.

Objective: Exploring the epidemiological state of pervasive developmental disorder in 2-6 year-old children in Beijing. Methods: A total of 21866 children aged 2-6 year-old were recruited from permanent residents of Beijing by 2-phase cluster sampling.The Clancy Autism Behavior Scale was used for screening.The Childhood Autism Rating Scale and DSM-Ⅳ were used for diagnosis.Results: 16 children were diagnosed as pervasive developmental disorder (14 with autistic disorder, 1 with atypical autistic disorder, 1 with Rett syndrome).The false negative rate was 0.80 ‰.The prevalence of pervasive developmental disorder was 0.73 ‰, the adjusted prevalence was 1.53 ‰,the average annual detective rate was 0.11‰.The prevalence rate had no difference in distribution between urban-rural, among different age groups, sex and nations(?2=0.11~1.85,P=0.739-0.173).The low family income was related to high prevalence significantly ( tendency ?2=4.70,P=0.030 ).25% children with pervasive developmental disorder had not been identified by parents or had not been to clinics.80% children with pervasive developmental disorder had not get intervention.All children had demand to get intervention. Conclusions: The prevalence of pervasive developmental disorder in 2-6 year-old children in Beijing was not low.Low family income is the risk factor.The rate of intervention was low.The government should pay close attention to the children with pervasive developmental disorder and their needs.

Objective:To test the validity and reliability of Chinese version of Psycho-Educational Profile (C-PEP) for children with autism in order to develop an assessment tool suitable for Chinese autistic children.Methods:A sample of 438 children who were diagnosed as autism according to the Diagnostic and Statisti-cal Manual of Mental Disorders,Fourth Edition (DSM-IV)criteria and aged from 2 to 11 coming from four differ-ent medical or educational rehabilitation agencies of Beijing,Wuhan,Shenzhen and Changchun were selected.488 Children with 2 to 7 years old were sampled from ordinary kindergartens.This study examined the validity and reli-ability of C-PEP using autism sample.Construct validity was tested with the C-PEP by inter-subscale Pearson corre-lations and confirmative factor analysis.Criterion-related validity was tested with the Peabody Picture and Vocabula-ry Test (PPVT),Combined Raven Test (CRT),Adaptive Behavior Scale (ABS),Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS)and the age as criteria.Discriminate validity was obtained by comparing the differences between the typi-cal and autism samples with the total scores of C-PEP.Internal consistency and rater reliability of C-PEP were ex-amined by Cronbach α,ANOVA of rater variation and intra-class correlation coefficients.Results:The inter-sub-scale correlations of C-PEP were medium relevance,the subscale and domain correlations were relatively high.Confirmative factor analysis indicated a relatively high fitting index between the model and sample da-ta.Regarding the concurrent validity of the C-PEP,the development total score was significantly correlated with the Raven's IQ,PPVT IQ,and ADQ scores,pathological behavior total score was positively related to the CARS score.T test results showed that children with autism were significantly behind the typical children at all age lev-els.Results also revealed that the internal consistency based on coefficient alpha and the intra-class correlation coef-ficients of raters for all subtests of C-PEP were reliable.Conclusion:It suggests that the Chinese version of Psycho-Educational Profile (C-PEP)is of good validity and reliability,and it could be used as an effective tool for measur-ing children with autism.

Objective To study the blood_flow_activating and blood_stasis_removi ng actions of Qushang Tablet (QT) and its safety. Methods Thirty rats were randomly allocated to Group A (normal control), Group B (models control) and G r oup C (treated with QT). Rat models with traumatic blood_stasis syndrome were in duc ed by the bruise of falling iron hammer. Effects of QT on blood rheology of rat model were studied. Acute and chronic toxic effect of QT was also studied. Res ults QT had obvious effect on blood rheology of rat model and could improve th e concentration, viscosity, aggregation and coagulability of blood. No acute and chronic toxic effect of QT was found. Conclusion QT exerts obvious blood_fl ow_activating and blood_stasis_removing actions and is safe to be applied in cli nic.

AIM: In this paper, we studied the efficiencies and the mechanisms of a new Chinese herb Qcimum basilicum polysaccharide (BP) on PG cell metastasis in vitro. METHODS: The number of tumor cells going through matrigel was assayed and used to represent the ability of the invasion and migration of PG cells. Using Scrape-loading and dye transfer (SLDT) technique, the efficiencies of BP on recovering PG cell gap junction -mediated intercellular communication (GJIC) was measured. The expressions of c-myc, nm23-H1 and Tiam-1 genes mRNA in PG cells treated with BP were determined by RT-PCR. Objective To investigate whether the bilateral nipple discharge with the background of hypothyroidism and pituitary tumor causes intraductal neoplasm. Methods Clinical data of 222 bilateral nipple discharge patients with hypothyroidism or pituitary tumor undergoing mammary ductoseopy (MDS) examination were analyzed. Those diagnosed as intraductal papilloma received surgery and pathological exam. 158 cases with inflammatory comedomastitis diagnosed by MDS received milk duct washing with gentamycin, dexamethasone and corresponding medical treatment. Results Among the 222 cases, 158 cases(71.17%) were diagnosed as inflammatory comedomastitis by MDS, 64 cases (28.83%) were diagnosed as intraduetal papilloma (64/222) by MDS and received operation,59 cases were pathologically diagnosed as intraductal papilloma,the other 5 cases were pathologically diagnosed as mammary duct ectasia. The pathological coincidence was 92.2% and no breast cancer was observed. 68.10% of inflammatory comedomastitis cases suffered from breast pain. There were no significant difference in the disease distribution of the ethnic groups. During pre-menopause period, the incidence of period neoplasia is higher in pituitary tumor than hypothyroidism; However, during the post-menopause the situation was vice versa. The color of niplle discharge is mostly milk-like in patients with pituitary tumor, while serous in patients with hypothyroidism. 71.19% of duct papilloma locate at the branch of the main duct. Conclusion The bilateral nipple discharge with hypothyroidism or pituitary are usually concomitant with intraduetal lesions. Mammary ductosopy is helpful to discover intraduetal neoplasia.

Objective:To study the correlation of C(-938)A single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) in the promoter of anti-apoptosis gene Bcl-2 with the clinical biological parameters of breast cancer patients in Hebei Province. Methods:Three genotypes(AA, AC, CC) of Bcl-2 C(-938)A from 113 samples of breast cancer patients were analyzed by using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) method, and the results were associated with clinical biological parameters. The distribution of genotype frequency was compared between different groups. Results:When stratified for axillary lymph node metastases, the frequency of AA genotype were 26.8%, 47.8% and 52.6% and the distribution of AC+CC genotypes were 73.2%, 52.2% and 47.4% in negative group, 1-3 metastasis group, and ≥4 metastasis group. The difference between the two groups was significant (χ~2=6.337, P=0.042). Compared with the AC+CC genotypes, the OR value of AA genotype in ≥4 metastasis group was 3.041 (95%CI=1.072-8.626). The frequency of AA genotype were 30.9% and 69.1% in gradeⅠ-Ⅱ group and grade Ⅲ group, and the frequency of AC+CC genotypes were 57.9% and 42.1%. The difference between the two groups was significant (χ~2=5.055; P=0.025). Compared with the AC+CC genotypes, the OR value of AA genotype in differentiated tumors(grade Ⅲ)was 3.082 (95%CI=1.122-8.465). Stratified for estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and C-erbB2, there was no difference between the distribution of AA genotype and AC+CC genotypes (χ~2=3.005, χ~2=1.504, χ~2=1.163, P>0.05). Conclusion:The AA genotype of Bcl-2 gene C(-938)A maybe correlated with high lymph node metastasis rate and poor differentiation.

Objective: To provide an efficeut protocol for constructing recombinant adenovirus, an in vitro ligation was used instead of homologous recombination. Methods: Gene BMP-2 was ligated into pShuttle 2 vector ( pShuttle 2-BMP-2 ) and then fragment containing BMP-2 gene and promoter pcmvie excised by PI-SCe Ⅰ and Ⅰ-Ceu Ⅰ endonuclease. The fragment was further combined with adenovirus vector (Adeno-X-BMP-2) , which was finally linearized with Pac Ⅰ and trans-fered to HEK293 to package adenovirus particles. Results: Both PCR assay and restiction analysis showed that the recombined rectors pShuttle2-BMP-2 and Adeno-X-BMP-2 contains the target BMP-2 gene. THe packaged adenovirus was also i-dentified by PCR assay with specific primers for BMP-2. Conclusions: The BMP-2 incorporated recombinant adenovirus was obtained and this laid a foundation for further study on BMP-2 mediated gene therapy. The in vitro ligation method de-scinbed here for constructing recombined adenovirus was more efficient than traditional homologous recombination.

Objective To deeply understand the risk factors of lymphedema for patients with breast cancer after surgery. Methods The phenomenological method was applied in this study. Semi-structured interview was used to collected data from 9 female breast cancer patients with lymphedema after surgery in our hospital from June to September 2016 for generic analysis. Results The risk factors of lymphedema could be categorized into four themes:(1)choice of treatment is the primary cause:axillary lymph node dissection; radiotherapy; chemotherapy; (2)not paying enough attention to lymphedema:lacking the knowledge of lymphedema; imbalance of physical activities for the affected limb; lacking awareness of exercise and protection of the affected limb. Conclusions Axillary lymph node dissection after radical surgery for patients with breast cancer is the primary cause of lymphedema, and paying not enough attention is an important factor, especially lacking the consciousness of prevention, so the nurses should emphasize education about prevention of lymphedema after surgery for patients, to improve the consciousness of them to reduce the occurrence of lymphedema and its influence on their quality of life.
