Objective To observe the clinical effect ofHuangkui capsule combined with benzbromarone on the treatment of the patients with chronic uric acid nephropathy (CUAN).Methods A total of 60 patients were recruited and divided into the treatment group and the control group by using the random number table method, each group 30 patients. Two groups were treated with conventional treatment, such as low purine, low protein diet, quit smoking and drinking extra water. The control group was added with oral benzbromarone, and the treatment group was added with oralHuangkui capsule. All the treatments last 8 weeks. Theblood uric acid (BUA), serum creatinine (SCr), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), cystatin C (Cys-C), SOD, 24-hour urinary protein quantity and Urinary sediment red blood cell count were detected by the automatic biochemical analyser.The clinical effect was evaluated by the Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) quality of life questionnaire.Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.64% (26/30), which was significantly higher than that of 63.33% (19/30) in the control group (χ2=7.264, P=0.001). After treatment, the BUA (273.52 ± 110.37μmol/Lvs. 331.28 ± 126.54μmol/L,Z=-2.543), BUN (6.24 ± 1.23 mol/Lvs. 8.16 ± 2.35 mol/L,Z=-2.680), SCr (90.37 ± 20.16μmol/Lvs. 110.38 ± 16.72μmol/L,Z=-2.534), Cys C (0.86 ± 0.51 vs. 1.03 ± 0.10,Z=-2.372) in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.01); SOD (156.37 ± 32.04μmol/Lvs. 43.36 ± 31.52μmol/L,Z=-2.041) in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.01); the 24 hours urinary protein (439.86 ± 250.41 mg/24hvs.897.69 ± 213.37 mg/24h,Z=-2.853), urine sediment RBC counts (50.31 ± 14.06 points/μlvs.213.47 ± 38.46 points/μl, Z=-2.106) in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.01); the physiological function(43.14 ± 2.06 pointsvs.36.48 ± 3.21 points,Z=10.362), the psychological function (40.76 ± 3.28 points vs. 16.54 ± 3.71 points,Z=9.547), social function (40.74 ± 3.58 points vs. 33.04 ± 5.48 points,Z=6.034), healthy self-awareness (24.57 ± 1.97 points vs. 22.63 ± 3.43 points,Z=4.236) and total score (127.38 ± 6.43 points vs. 107.69 ± 13.57 points,Z=6.754) in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.01) . Conclusions TheHuangkui capsule combined with benzbromarone could reduce CUAN patient's blood uric acid levels, protect renal function, and improve the quality of life.

Objective:To extract, separate and identify the flavonoids in Humulus Scandens and detect their cytotoxic effect on cells HepG2. Methods: After Humulus scandens bing was extracted by alcohol, luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside ( LGL) and cosmoiin ( AGL) were obtained by using column chromatography and identified by spectral analysis. The inhibitory effects of LGL and AGL on HepG2 cells were detected by a typan blue dye method. Results:The main flavonoids in Humulus Scandens were LGL and AGL. When the concentration of LGL and AGL was increased from 6. 25 μmol·L-1 to 100. 0 μmol·L-1 , the inhibition rate of LGL was increased from 28. 8% to 95. 2% and that of AGL was increased from 3. 6% to 21. 3%. Conclusion: LGL has notable inhibitory effect on HepG2 cells in a dose-dependent manner, while the inhibitory effect of AGL is not obvious.

Objective To explore the relevant influencing factors of the prognosis of patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD).Methods Totally 105 patients with MHD were followed up for two years.Their clinical data were collected,and follow-up results were recorded.The relationships between C-reactive protein (CRP),serum cardiac troponin T (cTnT) and the prognosis of patients with MHD were analyzed.Results A total of 105 patients with MHD were followed up for (20.68 ± 1.32) months,in which there were 27 cases (25.71％) with positive cTnT,31 cases (29.52％) with positive CRP,and 15 cases (14.29％) with positive cTnT and CRP.Twenty-one cases (20.00％) were dead in follow-up period.The mortality of patients with sample positive cTnT or CRP was significantly higher than those with sample negative cTnT or CRP (P ＜ 0.01),and the mortality of patients with both positive cTnT and CRP was markedly higher than those with both negative ones and those with one positive and one negative (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜0.01).Survival analysis revealed that the survival of patients with MHD was significantly correlated with the influence of positive cTnT,positive CRP and positive cTnT and CRP.Conclusion The levels of serum cTnT and CRP are significantly correlated with the prognosis of patients with MHD.

ObjectiveBased on the hemodynamic indicators of transcranial Doppler （TCD），this study aimed to analyze the correlations of visual analogue scale（VAS） and Hamilton depression rating scale 24-item（HAMD-24） scores with mean blood velocity （Vm） of the anterior cerebral artery （ACA），the middle cerebral artery （MCA）， and the posterior cerebral artery （PCA），and the correlation between VAS score of headache and HAMD-24 score，and explore the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyaosan combined with paroxetine tablets in the treatment of migraine with liver depression and blood deficiency syndrome and depression. MethodSixty-two outpatients treated in the encephalopathy department， the First Afffiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine between January 2019 to June 2020 who were in line with the diagnostic criteria were enrolled and divided into a treatment group （32 cases） and a control group （30 cases）. All patients were treated with paroxetine tablets，while those in the treatment group received additional Xiaoyaosan. The changes in relevant indicators in the two groups before and after treatment were observed. The effects of Xiaoyaosan on the TCD indicators （Vm_ACA， Vm_MCA， and Vm_PCA）， scores of migraine and depression ［including VAS score， Headache Impact Test-6 （HIT-6） score，and HAMD-24 score］， and the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome score were analyzed. ResultVAS and HAMD-24 scores were positively correlated with Vm_ACA， Vm_MCA， and Vm_PCA （P<0.01）. VAS scores were positively correlated with HAMD-24 scores. Compared with the conditions before treatment， the levels of TCD indicators （Vm_ACA， Vm_MCA， and Vm_PCA） in the two groups decreased after treatment （P<0.01）， and the scores of HIT-6， VAS， and HAMD-24 in the two groups were significantly improved （P<0.01）. Compared with the control group after treatment， the treatment group showed decreased levels of TCD indicators （Vm_ACA， Vm_MCA， and Vm_PCA） （P<0.01） and superior improvement of HIT-6， VAS， and HAMD-24 scores （P<0.01）. The effective rate in the treatment group was 90.6% （29/32）， higher than 63.3% （19/30） in the control group （χ²=5.13，P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups. ConclusionTCD indicators can effectively reflect the cerebral blood flow of patients with migraine and depression co-morbidity，and migraine is correlated with the onset and severity of depression. The comprehensive analysis showed that the efficacy of Xiaoyaosan combine paroxetine tablets was better than that of paroxetine tablets alone in the treatment of migraine with liver depression and blood deficiency syndrome and depression. This therapeutic protocol can significantly improve cerebral blood flow and the symptoms and degree of migraine and depression and can provide references for clinical treatment.

ObjectiveTo explore the accuracy of clinical common serum fibrosis indexes hyaluronic acid （HA）， type Ⅳ collagen （CⅣ）， laminin （LN）， and type Ⅲ procollagen peptide （PⅢNP）， in combination with liver stiffness measurement （LSM， measured by transient elastography） and non-invasive markers of fibrosis aspartate aminotransferase to platelet ratio index （APRI） and fibrosis-4 （FIB-4） in the prediction of the hepatic fibrosis of Wilson's disease （WD） and to observe the clinical effect of Gandouling （GDL）. MethodThe data of 76 WD patients were collected and the LSM， serum fibrosis indexes （HA， PⅢNP， CⅣ， LN）， APRI， and FIB-4 before treatment were recorded. The correlation of LSM with serum fibrosis indexes， APRI， and FIB-4 was discussed via Pearson′s correlation analysis. According to the therapeutic schemes， patients were classified into the control group （36 cases） and treatment group （40 cases）. Patients in control group were treated with sodium dimercaptopropylsulfonate （DMPS）， while those in the treatment group received GDL in addition to the western medicine therapy. The treatment lasted 6 courses （8 days/course） and the influence of GDL on the indictors was evaluated. ResultHA， CⅣ， LN， PⅢNP， APRI， and FIB-4 were in positive correlation with LSM （r=0.517， 0.438， 0.281， 0.457， 0.778， 0.847， P<0.01）. HA， CⅣ， LN， and PⅢNP in the treatment group were lower after treatment than before treatment （P<0.05， P<0.01）. HA， CⅣ， and LN in the control group were lower after treatment than before treatment （P<0.05， P<0.01）， and PⅢNP showed no significant difference. LSM， FIB-4， and APRI in both groups decreased after treatment （P<0.05）. After treatment， LSM， FIB-4， APRI， HA， and PⅢNP in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05， P<0.01）， but CⅣ and LN demonstrated no significant difference from the control group. ConclusionLSM in combination with serum fibrosis indexes （HA， PⅢNP， CⅣ， LN）， FIB-4， and APRI can help accurately identify the level of the hepatic fibrosis in WD. Moreover， on the basis of decoppering by western medicine， GDL can significantly improve the liver function and hepatic fibrosis of WD patients.
