Objective To evaluate the application effect of mind map in admission guidance of patients receiving gamma knife treatment. Methods 153 cases of hospitalized patients admitted in our hospital were selected for this study, which had been divided according to the random number table method, the observation group(77 cases) was guided with the hospital mind map method, and the control group (76 cases) was given traditional oral hospital instruction, respectively. The database was established for the double entry, calibration and data cleaning, which were obtained from the result of gamma knife treatment of intracranial tumor disease related knowledge questionnaire, hospital satisfaction questionnaire and also patient adherence questionnaire assessment. Results The comparison of knowledge assessment questionnaire outcome, the admission guide satisfaction questionnaire assessment, the patients compliance questionnaire assessment outcome showed that the observation group was significantly different from the control group. Conclusions Application of mind map in admission guidance for hospitalized patients was a more efficient method than the traditional oral admission instruction, the method is simple, practical and effective, which is worthy of clinical practice.
2.Nurses' awareness of hindering factors for early out-of-bed activities in patients undergoing abdominal surgery
Chinese Journal of Modern Nursing 2020;26(3):311-315
Objective To explore nurses' awareness of the hindering factors for early out-of-bed activities in patients undergoing abdominal surgery and provide a reference for promoting their early out-of-bed activities. Methods Totally 165 nurses from the Department of General Surgery of a Class Ⅲ Grade A hospital in Sichuan Province were selected by convenient sampling and investigated with the self-designed hindering factor questionnaire for early out-of-bed activities in patients undergoing abdominal surgery between March and April 2018. Results The patients' postoperative pain (3.83±1.17), weak (3.68±1.08) and ECG monitoring (3.48±1.18) were the main hindering factors that nurses thought would affect their early out-of-bed activities; and there were statistically significant differences (P < 0.05) in the awareness of hindering factors between nurses with different educational levels (F=5.410,P=0.005), job titles (F=6.333, P=0.002) and working years (r= -0.159, P=0.042). Conclusions Patient-related factors are the main hindering factors that nurses think affect their early out-of-bed activities, and doctors' lack of postoperative management is also an important hindering factor.

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on anxiety and depression in intracranial neoplasms patients after gamma knife (γ-knife ) radiosurgery .Methods One hundred and sixty intracranial neoplasms patients after γ-knife radiosurgery were chosen and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group , each with 80 cases. The control group received the routine nursing , and the observation group received the psychological intervention on the basis of the routine nursing .The patients were surveyed by the self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS) , self-rating depression scale ( SDS) before and after the γ-knife radiosurgery , and the effect was compared between two groups .Results The cases of patients with moderate and severe depression before the intervention were all 19 cases in two groups , and the cases after the intervention were 17 cases in the control group , and were 10 cases in the observation group , and the difference was statistically significant (Z=3.422,P<0.01).The cases of patients with moderate and severe anxiety before the intervention were all 32 cases in two groups , and the cases after the intervention were 31 cases in the control group, and were 4 cases in the observation group , and the difference was statistically significant ( Z=3.702, P<0.01).Conclusions Systematic psychological intervention is helpful to relieve the anxiety and depression in the intracranial neoplasms patients after γ-knife radiosurgery , and enhance the confidence and courage of treatment in patients so as to ensure the smooth completion of γ-knife radiosurgery .

Objective:To investigate the expression of Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)and extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase 1/2(ERK1/2)in decidua tissue of patients with unexplained spontaneous abortion and their correlation. Methods:The expres-sions of TLR4,ERK1/2 and p-ERK1/2 in decidua tissues of 32 patients with unexplained spontaneous abortion(abortion group)and 32 normal pregnancy(control group)were detected by immunohistochemistry and Western blot, respectively. The correlation between TLR4 and p-ERK1/2 in abortion group were analyzed by Pearson hierarchical correlation analysis. Results:In immunohistochemical experiments, the cytoplasm of decidua cells in the two groups is the expression locus of TLR4,ERK1/2 and p-ERK1/2,the expression of the three proteins were different, and the expressions of TLR4 and p-ERK1/2 in abortion group were significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in ERK1/2 expression between abortion group and control group(P>0.05);In decidua tissue samples of abortion group, the protein level of TLR4 was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the pro-tein level of p-ERK1/2 was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.01),and the protein level of ERK1/2 in decidua tissue of abortion group was not statistically different from that of control group(P>0.05).TLR4 was positively correlated with p-ERK1/2 expression in abortion group(r=0.890,P<0.01).Conclusion:Abnormal activation of TLR4/ERK1/2 signaling pathway may be one of the mechanisms of unexplained spontaneous abortion.
