Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2013;(8):998-999
[Objective] This paper sums up professor Zhang Peiying's scholar thought and clinical experience in diagnosing and treating coronary heart dis-ease. [Methods] From the aspects of the pathological mechanism, and treatment based on syndrome differentiation of coronary heart disease, and the exam-ple of medical record, elaborate that the pathological mechanism is the deficiency of cardiac Yang.Yang deficiency may cause the devitalized chest Yang, which may enable the external pathogenic cold to invade the body. The retention of cold and the stagnation of Qi and blood wil hinder the chest Yang and the circulation of blood in the chest vessels, causing the occurrence of the disease.[Results] The pathological mechanism of coronary heart disease is the deficiency of cardiac Yang and excess of pathogenic factor .Its root belongs to deficiency while its branch belongs to excess. On this base, professor forms Zhang Peiying's treatment principle focusing on relieving both the secondary and primary symptoms, such as replenishing Yang-Qi,and warming up the heart yang and dispel ing cold ,removing blood stasis.Taking an example for the therapy to prove it.[Conclusions]Professor Zhang Peiying's scholar thought and clinical experience in diagnosing and treating coronary heart disease is effective and is trusted and welcomed by patients. His thought and clinical expe-rience are worth to extend and apply.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2012;28(1):47-49
Objective To observe the effect of foam dressing and polyurethane gel pad in prevention of pressure ulcer for surgical patients. Methods 140 patients in neurosurgery department were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 70 patients in each group. The control group received foam-rubber cushion for conventional nursing, the experimental group used foam dressing and polyurethane gel pad to prevent pressure ulcer.Instantly after the operation and 30 min later, the situation of skin pressure ulcer was recorded respectively, the maximum diameter of erythema was measured and the process was put into phases.24 hours after the operation, patients of the above two groups were visited and the situation of skin pressure ulcer was recorded. The skin pressure ulcer and the maximum diameter of erythema were compared between the two groups. Results Cases with phase Ⅰ and phase Ⅱ pressure ulcer in the experimental group were less than those of the control group at three time points, which were instantly after the operation,30 min and 24 hours later. The diameter of erythema at three time points was also less than the control group. Conclusions Foam dressing and polyurethane gel pad could effectively prevent or alleviate pressure ulcer after operation and therefore is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To discuss the status of cesarean section in Shao Xing area, to investigate the indications of cesarean section rate and to study the possibility and feasibility for decreasing it. Methods All pregnant women and obstetricians of seven hospitals were asked to answer a designed questionaire, then the indications of cesarean section were appraised by the experts. Results The average cesarean section rate was 46.1%, the indications for cesarean section were as followed: cephalopelvic disproportion, fetal distress, social factors, proper indications for cesarean section were 74.0%. Conclusions The cesarean section rate can be decreased to 30% and less with the current standard of practice.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2023;35(11):975-980
Objective :
To systematically evaluate the adherence to antiretroviral therapy among HIV/AIDS patients in China, so as to provided evidence-based insights into improving the efficacy of antiretroviral therapy.
Methods:
Publications pertaining to the adherence to antiretroviral therapy among HIV/AIDS patients in China were retrieved in CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, PubMed, and Cochrane Library from 2012 to 2022. A meta-analysis was performed using the software Stata 16.0. Sensitivity analysis was performed with the leave-one-out method, and the publication bias was evaluated using funnel plot and Begg's test.
Results:
A total of 1 171 publications were screened, and 33 publications were included in the final analysis, which covered 11 218 subjects in 19 study areas and included 18 high-quality publications and 15 medium-quality publications. Meta-analysis showed that the pooled adherence to antiretroviral therapy was 86.57% (95%CI: 86.01%-87.12%, P<0.05) among HIV/AIDS patients, and subgroup analysis showed high adherence among HIV/AIDS patients in eastern China (92.13%, 95%CI: 91.45%-92.82%). Sensitivity analysis showed the robustness of the meta-analysis results, and no publication bias was detected as revealed by the funnel plot and Begg's test (P>0.05).
Conclusions
The adherence to antiretroviral therapy is 86.01% to 87.12% among HIV/AIDS patients in China. Intensified health education and follow-up management is required among HIV/AIDS patients in China.
